La comodidad de las almohadas y la ropa de cama es un punto a destacar, así como la calidad del aire acondicionado. El personal es muy amable, especialmente la señora que nos hizo check-in. Ofrecen estacionamiento, muy agradable.
No hay dónde colgar las toallas en el baño o depositar el jabón. En el desayuno, las opciones son limitadas, especialmente si se tienen condiciones de salud que requieran productos sin lactosa o libres de gluten.

Ubicación, Tranquilo, Habitación amplia y totalmente limpia, camas muy cómodas.
Personal súper amable, principalmente los del restaurante 🫶🏽 te dan recomendaciones de los lugares a visitar en Medellín (miradores, discos) y además el hotel da la opción de servicio de viajes turísticos Medellín ( comuna 13, piedra Peñol, etc)
Pues no es algo que no me gustó, pero es para recomendaciones a extranjeros , si desean cambiar dinero , no realizan cambio de dólares a pesos colombianos . Pero de ahí todo excepcional, lo recomiendo! Y hasta podría volver

L’emplacement dans le quartier Poblado, buffet déjeuner complet, diversifié et succulent, l’étage penthouse et un l’homme BILINGUE travaillant comme portier.
Notre première chambre #301, était désuète, air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, pas de crochet dans la salle de bain. La première station de tramway POBLADO est tout de même assez loin, 1.2 km, et une bonne pente est à prévoir. Service du soir au restaurant mauvais, les jeunes employés lents et toujours avec leurs téléphones à la main.

Location is very good, accessible to many activities, calm, fairly quiet and has plenty of parking. Staff is exceptionally accommodating, kind and willing to please. The restaurant is pretty, good decor and ample selection of cold, warm food for breakfast. Have a cook offering omelets, soup and typical foods for breakfast. Has 2 restaurants, plenty of music and service. Food is tasty, but could vary or expand the menu more. Will definitely return and stay there on my next trip to medellin. Moreover, the price for a nightstay in penthouse was exceedingly inexpensive.
Variety of options on dinner menu was repetitive, but tasty and well done. Would prefer more salad options.

I enjoyed the view from my room. Breakfast was ok, although restaurant staff was not that friendly- they ignore you all the time, except for the manager.
Location is ok and the guy in charge of helping with the luggage and escorting you to your room is friendly and very helpful.
The hotel reception staff-or the hotel management per se- should be more flexible when inviting friends- we had a friend who wanted to hang out with us in the room. The hotel could have a method to register visitors and/or charge your room a another option.
