בית המלון במקום מרכזי ונוח, הצוות כולו היה מצויין, שרותי, ואדיב ביותר. המלון מהמם ביותר ממליצים בכל פה. רבקה ושלום

Inmejorable ubicacion

la ubicacion es muy buena sobre la avenida de comercios y a dos cuadras de lanoperany de la catedral, ademas de tener cafeteraben el cuarto, tiene una cafetera 24 hs en la recepcion para servirte cafe gratis. El edificio es muy lindo como tambien las habitaciones, lo unico que le criticaria es que tiene alfombra en los cuartos.

Fantastica struttura - consigliata

Eccellente struttura. Perfetta per posizione, sia che si venga per affari che per svago. La.metro dista 60 metri lineari e davanti vi passano vari mezzi pubblici tra cui anche il Sightseeing per i turisti. Siamo nella via più lunga e di prestigio della capitale magiara che termina con Piazza degli Eroi. A fianco all'Hotel è presente un esercizio Rolex e vi sono molte Case di moda che hanno le loro rappresentanze. Ad appena 100 MT il fantastico Teatro dell'Opera. Poco più in basso la Basilica di Santo Stefano. Professionalità del personale, staff giovane ma molto laborioso e determinato nel risolvere ogni più piccolo problema. Ragazzi sempre cordiali ed eleganti nei modi. Nulla da eccepire, anzi solo un grazie per aver assecondato le mie richieste. Colazione di grande qualità e completezza in quanto a scelta. Personalmente ho molto apprezzato la frutta e l'insalata freschissima. Si denota anche in tale contesto la.grande efficienza degli addetti al servizio. L'Hotel reca a fianco della entrata principale, al piano terra, due locali che sono Sfinx, lounge bar molto ben arredato, che serve drink fino a tarda notte, e Zenobia, ristorante con cucina mediorientale molto varia (di fatto è lo stesso locale che funge la mattina per le colazioni). Nel piano interrato c'è una bella SPA. Camere molto belle e spaziose, arredate con gusto. Ci sono molte lampadine con possibilità di soddisfare ogni esigenza di illuminazione. Ottimo la varietà di prese elettriche e USB. Bagno con rubinetteria di rinomato marchio italiano. Frigobar con prodotti vari con prezzi tra l'altro non esagerati. Materassi molto comodi, col giusto grado di compattezza e morbidezza. Dotazioni nel complesso più che adeguate. La tenda nera non fa passare la luce al mattino e finalmente si ha un buio assoluto! Pulizia e ordine sembrano le parole d'ordine che governano la vita di questo hotel che è stato ricavato in un edificio di grande prestigio degli anni 800.

Nelle recensioni sono anche troppo critico. Ma non riesco a trovare difetti. Ho passato 5 bellissimi giorni, provando un sincero piacere a rientrare in Hotel dopo una giornata di gite belle ma stancanti

Great centrally located hotel for sightseeing

Great location to walk to the river and attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and room service was great.

We couldn't have the windows open due to the noise from the street below so we had to have the air conditioning on. We had a high floor and so the noise was less than a lower floor room!

מומלץ מאוד

מלון הבית שלי כשאני מגיעה לבודפשט. מיקום מעולה מרכזי ולא רועש. חדרים מרווחים. מיטה ברגיל טיפה קשה אבל מי שרוצה הם מוסיפים שכבה רכה כזאת שהופכת את המזרן למושלם. צוות מקסים. א. בקר חביבה. תה/ה וכו תמיד בלובי. לא מהמלונות הזולים - אבל שווה.

Hotel centrale, elegante, moderno con ottima colazione ed accoglienza

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, hotel che somiglia anche ad una galleria d'arte con opere esposte, palazzo molto bello. Personale di una cortesia assoluta e attenti ad ogni esigenza del cliente. punto di ristoro disponibile per i clienti a tutte le ore. Colazione molto buona e varia sia nel dolce che nel salato. Stanza piccola ma ben organizzata ed accogliente e molto pulita.

Hotel Moments, a charming hotel, offers value in a top Budapest location.

Everything is outstanding about Hotel Moments. Our room, on the top floor was spacious, well-decorated, with a fantastic bathroom and a view of the basilica. The breakfast spread in Zenobia (included) is truly the best we have encountered. We had dinner twice there and enjoyed the excellent Lebanese/Syrian menu. But best of all, every employee was gracious, helpful, and service-oriented. We loved this hotel for value, too. A real gem in a great location in beautiful Budapest.

Beautiful

Hotel is on the best street in Pest. Best to many attractions. Classy and comfortable. Lovely staff, tea, coffee, chocolate drinks available for free in lounge 24hrs. Great value for money. Rooms are lovely, with very nice toiletries. Kept very clean.

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. חדר גדול ונוח, נקי מאד. אווירה ביתית. פינת קפה ומים כל הזמן ללא תשלום. הצוות נענה לכל בקשתינו. מיקום טוב, קרוב מאד לכל האטרקציות.

I would book this place again!

The receptionists at the hotel were amazing! They helped with making phone calls to local restaurants, gave excellent recommendations, and helped in whatever way they could. I was so impressed with their customer service. The breakfast was no simple continental breakfast. So many options for fresh fruit, pastries, and more hearty options. They had AC and relatively quiet rooms. Highly recommend!

I didn’t like that you had to request basics such as hair conditioner, slippers, and robes. It should already be in the room. Not a big deal but just a suggestion.

1. Завтрак ужасный. Для мусульман нечего есть из мясного и горячего, кроме яичницы, овощей и круассанов ничего дельного не нашли. Спросили у официантов из чего сосиски, одна замешкалась, побежала на кухню и пропала, спросили у второй, тоже пропала на кухне. Такое ощущение, что было подешевле из свинины черти что, то и подали. Извините, но мир состоит из разных религий, хотя бы можно же что-то предусмотреть из курицы, ее все едят, я уж молчу про говядину, она дорогая, не вписываются может в бюджет… зачем эту вонючую свинину везде пихают, достало… 2. В 10.00 заканчивается завтрак и ни минуты позже. В 09.58 подходит официантка и выгоняет: sorry, we are closed. Извините, в других отелях хотя бы до 10.30, и если уж гость набрал тарелку, можно же дать ему доесть еду. Нет, валите, нам побыстрей нужно все убрать. Даже в выходные и праздничные дни тоже до 10.00!!! Хотя на следующий день, сидели европейцы столов 10 еще, спокойно доедали и к ним не подходили и не выгоняли. почему то странно именно на нас смотрели возмущенно мол жрите быстрей. Что за дискриминация?! Официантка с темными волосами, подстриженая до плеч, неприятная такая. Зачем так смотреть пренебрежительно, мол валите быстрей, неприятно. Аж непроизвольно в рот быстро быстро еду пихаешь и не жуя глотаешь, короче завтраком не насладились 3. В номере нет бесплатной воды, вообще. заехал, и в холодильнике вода, но она платная. И думаешь, таааак где купить воду и гуглишь магазинчики рядом. Фу 4. нет чайника. внизу в фойе подается бесплатное кофе и чай, и там же можно налить воду. но это совершенно неудобно. почему я должна таскать холодную и горячую воду оттуда?! Я хочу прийти в номер и полежать, отдохнуть после долгой прогулки, а не беспокоится о воде и спускаться вниз и наливать ее по старинке. Ужасно. 5. нет зубной пасты, зубной щетки 6. Выселение в 11.00. Почему так рано??!?! Не успел позавтракать и снова валите быстрей с номера. Везде чек аут в 12.00. А у них в 11.00!!! Еще звонят и торопят

תמונה במלון שמציגה שמדינת ישראל היא פלסטין ומדינת ישראל לא קיימת. אם הייתי רואה את התמונה לפני ההזמנה לא הייתי מבצע אצלם הזמנה. לא הייתי מפרנס מי שלא מכיר במדינה שלי ואף נוקט עמדה באמצעות תמונה דבר שמעיד על בורות. לא אחזור למלון הזה וממליץ לכל הישראלים לא להגיע. צרפתי את התמונה המוצגת במלון.

Bonito hotel muy bien situado con problemas de limpeza y excesiva calefacción

La ubicación es excelente a no más de 10' a pie de los puntos de interés: catedral, parlamento, Opera, Sinagoga, restaurantes, etc...

La calefacción era excesiva y hacía poco confortable el dormir con tanto calor, pese a haber apagado la calefacción y dejado abierta la ventana durante el día. La limpieza del baño no era muy buena y la moqueta estaba sucia.

Great place to stay in Budapest!

Location was really great. Breakfast was better than any hotel we have ever stayed. Room was spacious. Bathroom was remodeled and had large shower. We would stay here again.

The beds were a little firm. But we slept fine.

Great location. Nice, polite and very helpful staff. Varied and good breakfast. Clean room. Quiet at night, despite the location at a main street.

There was no room service, which I think is odd for a 4 star hotel. The soap and showergel in the bathroom had a quite intense and not very pleasant smell. If your particular about that, bring your own stuff.

Piacevole soggiorno

Posizione ottima, personale molto gentile, struttura elegante con sobrietà, camera sopra le aspettative spaziosa silenziosa e con bella vetrata con vista (fortunatamente abbiamo avuto una camera all’ultimo piano), molto gradito il servizio di bevande gratuite nella hall (acqua, the, caffè, cioccolata, ecc) Buono e comodo anche il ristorante interno di cucina siriana-libanese nella stessa sala dove la mattina è servita la colazione. È presente anche un cocktail bar.

Colazione migliorabile per varietà e qualità, sbilanciamento sul salato rispetto al dolce. Aggiungerei un bollitore in camera per tisane oltre alla nespresso anche se comunque nella hall sono fornite bevande calde. Mi sarebbe piaciuto un asciugamano più grande o accappatoio per la doccia e piumone più pesante ma sono dettagli. Nel complesso struttura più che promossa!

Fabulous stay in the centre of budapest. Great boutique hotel, close to everything.

room was very spacious for a city centre location. Hotel is in almost a perect locaiton on one of the main streets, close to centre, 10min walk to the danube river, next to Jewish Quarter (lots of bars and restaurants)
