About this apartment rental
Beautiful, newly renovated oceanfront condo, one bedroom, small one bathroom with full shower with sliding showerhead (convenient for kids), fully equipped kitchen (pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc., central AC, gas stove, semi-private very large patio with table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. All chair and lounge pads are stored in hall closet (top shelf) There is 1 tv in bedroom and 1 in livingroom. Bedroom has 2 full beds, 1 twin bed, sofabed/couch in livingroom area. Guest Laundry room on site . Large Patio overlooks ocean, pool, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong and beach volleyball . Designated Free parking space. Management on site. Bedding and bath towels are initially supplied ONCE for duration of stay. Napkins, paper towels are not included.

This property is as close to the beach as you can get! Also, the views were terrific! The VRBO description of the property is spot on.
It’s a very family friendly place and we enjoyed seeing families using the amenities in the courtyard. It’s also a very central location for accessing attractions in the area. Would definitely return!

We just returned from a 5 day stay at Linda's Unit. It is absolutely stunning! The owners have done an amazing job with decorating and stocking it with everything you would ever need in an efficiency! It is super clean, has comfortable beds, and a great location with an oceanfront view! This is definitely a 5 Star unit to rent!

My two young adult daughters and I spent 4 fabulous nights at this beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable condo! The location was ideal - right on the beach with a heated pool and amazing views from inside the unit as well as from the generous front patio that included a dining table and lounge chairs. Every amenity is considered and available from the well stocked kitchen to linens to beach chairs plus much more! Linda was a delightful and engaging host which made everything from booking our reservation to ensuring our stay was all we wanted it to be, a breeze! Lisa and the entire staff were kind, helpful and available - one of the best we have ever encountered in Wildwood Crest. Honestly the condo and the whole experience was one the best we have ever had in all of the years we have vacationed there! We would absolutely LOVE to return! Thankfully will have our unforgettable memories to sustain us until we do. Thank you, Linda!

Linda’s condo was amazing and perfect for our family. Our son loved the pool and all the activities for the kids. The view is amazing and the big balcony is great for relaxing. We are already starting to book our family vacation there for next time.

We had a great stay at this adorable place. Clean, safe area and functional property that is perfect for a beach getaway! Great access to beach and use of beach accessories or just hang out on the deck or by the pool. So many nice touches! Linda was amazing. Check in and check out were flawless! Would 100% rebook here!

I stayed at Linda’s condo for a weekend with family. The condo was clean and was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect! There is a patio with furniture that overlooks the beach in case you don’t want to go down to the beach. Linda called to check on us and was very pleasant. Check in and check out we’re very easy and the property managers were great to deal with. We will definitely be back!

From reserving to check out our experience was perfect. Everything was just as described and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great location too. We biked all over the neighborhood and up to North Wildwood Crest. Great family spot.

My family of four had a blast! Beautiful condo, with Everything you could possibly need! You can tell how much Linda really cares about how comfortable you are staying at her place! The location made our yearly week long vacation the best yet. Being able to wake up and walk right on the beach every day was Amazing! Our family has their beach time preferences so being able to have two go and meet up with them whenever you want or come back whenever you want because the beach is basically your front yard was the best!!! Having the pool was another huge plus as my kids loved coming back from the beach everyday rinsing off and jumping right in! The corner deck was a bonus, with a great view!

Best Condo we've ever stayed at
This was our first time booking with Linda and Jim and we can't say enough about them. My wife and kids were very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. Linda was always in contact with us at all times, even gave us her personal cell phone if we had any questions. The place was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was small but perfect and had all we needed. Nice new appliances, beach chairs, and outdoor balcony seating. Linda was quick in responding to any questions we had. The resort that the condo is in has a fun vibe-lots of kid and family oriented things to do and even some nightly entertainment. Nice heated pool as well. Overall, a perfect stay on The Shore and would love to come back next year.

Linda’s place was perfect for our beach getaway. It is an amazing location (not even one block from the beach) and the view from her balcony is lovely. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our few day stay. Check in and check out we’re both simple. Would definitely go back!

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful to say the least! We have rented in Wildwood Crest for Memorial Day weekend for close to ten years and this was by far our best year EVEN with the weather not being ideal.
To start, the location of this property is perfect. It is steps from the beach and has a perfect view out the window to see the ocean. What I loved most is that the location is quiet and relaxing being in the Crest, but is only a short ride to grocery store, liquor/beer stores, restaurants, bars, etc. if you want or need it. With that being said, we had a few fun nights out with friends, but also were able to have a relaxing night in and cook a delicious dinner with the appliances and space available in the property! There is a huge fridge, gas range stove, plenty of pots/pans, and new, clean dishes. This is not always the case in VRBOs/Airbnbs, so I was excited about this. We also had plenty of towels and the condo was clean and all set up upon arrival. We did bring our own sheets and towels just in case, but didn’t even end up needing to use them.
As far as the host, Linda was so attentive and did a great job communicating from the very beginning. Through VRBO, she gave me her phone number if I needed to contact her ahead of time and was extremely responsive throughout the duration of our stay. When we checked in through the office, they were friendly and you could tell they work very hard to keep the property maintained around the clock for every guest.
Needless to say, we are so grateful for our time and will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommend.

Loved the large deck with an ocean view!
Our stay at Linda's condo was perfect! I was there with my 2 sisters. The place is updated and very clean and comfortable. Linda was a pleasure to work with. We absolutely loved sitting and relaxing or reading on the large deck right outside the door with a beautiful view of the ocean! We have been coming to the Jersey shore for years and this was our best accommodations yet. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.
