We expected more for the price.

Perfect location, nice view to the mountains, quite cold water in the wellness, thiefs in the hotel (some housekeepers)

Wonderful location.

Dermocosmetics (Lancôme, Vichy, Eucerin) were stolen from our room. That happened on the 1st and 2nd day of our visit. We mentioned this story at the reception but they were not surprised. I recommend to lock all of your personal belongings into the safe.

Borzasztó nem tudnék olyat írni ami jó lett volna,pedig nagyon sokat utazunk sok helyen szálunk meg de így még nem jártu

Az elhelyezkedés!

A személyzet nem kedves ,köszönni sem tudnak,a szobában az van írva este 21ig van vacsora,az étterem ajtajára az hogy 21:30,mi 20:10kor mentünk le és majdnem elzavartak minket hogy 20ig vannak nyitva,egy baráti párt is le hívtunk és elég kellemetlen volt hogy ilyen helyre hívtuk őket ,aznap este szinte mindenki éhen maradt mert ami volt az kb egyfajta abból is minimális és láttuk úgy nézték ránk hogy……!Aztan kocsiba ültünk hogy elmennek valahova vacsorázni de sajnos nem volt nyitva már semmi 20.40kor ezért éhesen tértünk vissza!Borzasztoan felháborítónak találom 145ezer Ft fizettünk ezért a 2napert,semmit sem ért az étel választok pocsék egy alap rántott szelet sem volt többen beszéltek még ott !!!Nem ajánlom senkinek !!!A személyzettről nem is beszélve !!!!

Organizowane imprezy nie dają spać, brak porządku w pokojach

Spa było ok

Na terenie hotelu są urządzane imprezy, co zakłóca ciszę nocną. Zgłoszenia na recepcje nic nie dają, bo muzyka leci w najlepsze do samego rana. W naszym przypadku byliśmy tylko 5 nocy, z czego podczas 2 były imprezy. Jeżeli chodzi o sprzątanie pokoju, to były tylko raz wymienione ręczniki i mydełka. To wszystko.

Great spa with indoor swimming pool nicely opened to surrounding spaces outside. A quite place around with an opportunity for nice walk to Tatranska Lomnica

My expectations were higher

The room was amazing - Family Superior, 2-floor room full of comfort and space. Also, there was a terrace entrance with view to hotel area. I really enjoyed the spa center, there was a nice pool with pool bar, really good placed saunas and relaxation room. U can relax in beautiful place and find something exactly for you. The location of hotel is good with nice views on High Tatras, a lot of space for parking, but probably the main summer season is better for families with kids than young pairs or romantic stay...

I didn´t enjoy services. The price of our stay was a little bit higher of the comfort we got. If you have to pay for everything for exmpl. biliard in the lounge (5€ / per hour) and it isn´t the best biliard ever I was really dissapointed - biliard table was aged. Also if hotel includes pool bar there should be a barman all the time of opening hours. But young lady - barmaid was rather chatting with colleegues in spa reception. We had to go from pool to ask her for drink. I didn´t like the dinner bufet. Every dish was mixed with another, a lot of noisy kids running across a restaurant and long row to reach the food that doesn't please you.

Overall, stay was super and family friendly. Would go there again.

The pool, Dinner , Breakfast and large room.

I didn't like that I had to ask for shower body wash Also the bathroom was missing basic bathroom fixtures i.e incomplete vanity units and missing shower baskets and toothbrush holder

Rooms with a beautiful view, excellent food, a nice pool and saunas The pool is open from 2 p.m., the sauna from 4 p.m

Internet without password, had to reconnect 10 times every day, speed 0.5 Mbps We took a suite for 4 people, a maximum of two keys are given, for the loss of a key 5 euros. To enter the elevator - you need a key

Will come again

From the very first moment to our last day was wonderful. Very nice, intelligence and friendly staff . Nice services of spa and pool . Excellent food and large options of choices even for vegetarians. Highly recommended.

- spa/saunas

- rooms too hot - substandard beddings - rooms not being cleaned - no bathroom ventilation - only 20% food tasty - undrinkable coffee at breakfast - normal coffee chargeable - no drinks - not even water.available at half board dinner, only at extra charges - awful beers at the hotel bar I won’t be coming back.

The spa, food, location. Huge variety of food during breakfast and dinner. Spa is very spacious and massage is very nice too. There's a bar in the pool as well. Very close to High Tatras. Overall excellent experience

Rooms too hot but it's not a huge deal. Still better than cold.

Great stay!

The spa was excellent. Also, we enjoyed the half-board, amazing breakfasts, and dinners. The personnel is very nice and kind.

We would appreciate having an in-house program for adults in the evenings. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide these kinds of services.

Very good

Really nice hotel. Well equipped wellness section. Good breakfast ( more fruits would be nice). Dinners are really great and good value for 15€. Friendly staff. Good location, 15-20m walk from the center of T.Lomnice and 5-10m walk from the train stop.

Two beds put side by side instead of a proper double bed. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything. Payment for extra services is done by telling your room number which leads to stuff being often ordered on different room numbers. Make sure you check your receipts at checkout. They are paying a lot of attention to avoiding you stealing your wellness towels by exchanging it for some paper cards that you can not loose or you pay a fine, which I find laughable considering that if someone wants to steal they can just order cocktails on different room number.

Very good hotel. Ideał cleaness. Perfect location in a quiet area, perfect kitchen and more than perfect wellness area. Very friendly personel.

The first thing to improve is the room description. Not every standard room has the balcony or the mounrain wiev. Some of them have only „lateral view”.And are dark No air conditioning and even sranding windmill in the room- this is the second thing. Both easy to improve.

Great and tasty food, amazing wellness area to fully relax.

The prices for additional services and products, especially drinks are outrageous in the hotel at the moment. While having dinner the cheapest possible way to drink water was to order 3dl of sparkling/still water for 3€ which is really way too much. The same goes for the pool drink and any other drinks on offer.
