rien du tout
personnel absent voire inexistant.

The young French sister of reception girl was per perfect , and she help us a lot for every thing , my kids love her too much , and don’t know her name but all the familly wood like to tell her Thank you for your kindness .
The lady of reception who prepare the breakfast and take the place of the young sister , she took Islamic Hidjab , but she was very angry with all of us , she didn’t let us take our breakfast , she said because must make reservation first , I don’t have this information from the hotel . Three of my kids they already took the plate of breakfast , so she stopped the other familly members , I accepted and I paid 3 adults breakfast , and we back to my rooms (84&85) , one of my kids have one leg broken , so he used too canes to move , other brothers helps him to go back to the room , after tow minutes she sent her friend to my room , she asking us to back to the reception to take the plate to the correct place , I accepted and I do that , because is her right , but she didn’t stop talking , she said every thing not good , so I asked her to talk to manager , she totally refused , by the way Chinese girl come to the reception, I asked her to call the manager , in that time only she come and called Mr Sedirick, she talk to him , but she didn’t give me the phone to talk to him . She asked me to go out 😔I feel too bad , I want the hotel managerhement to check this case carefully because Bis my first B&B Hotells is my favorite choice , and I want to keep this nice image always .

Great and secure parking. Public transport is nearby and rooms looked cool. The provided code served both for entering the rooms and also the parking.
There was mold in the shower, sheets were stained and there weren’t many amenities. The shower was clogged in one of the rooms.

The room was horrific, it had squished gnats all over the walls, the smell was so bad that I can not identify if it was a dog smell or mold. My friend and I had to sleep with the window wide open as we could not handle it. The bed had dark Hairs on it (I am Blond)

We thought the breakfast was great, a big variety of things to eat. The location whilst is slightly further out was still nice with a few bars and restaurants in the area. However, getting to Vieux Port every day was quite a journey as you had to take a bus and a metro… at night this became harder as there were fewer buses.
The security. We had multiple bad encounters with one particular security staff who was inappropriate with us and following on from that very rude to us. Definitely ruined our stay and made us feel uncomfortable.

Easy self check in, closed parking.
Small and not enough clean room

It is near the main highway.
A lot of dust was built up on the air conditioner.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The cloudy apple juice was delicious, nice selection of toasts, bread, pastry and yogurts. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was nice.
My main complaint would be the size of the room for 4 people ( hardly any space to move around) and a lack of fridge in the room. If not, an ice machine on each floor. There was only 2 choices of cereals. Only one hanger for 4 persons. No washing machine in the hotel. No easy public transport to access the hotel from the airport.

The hotel had everything we needed: the rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. There is a self check-in, the security guard was very friendly and helped us with it. There is also free parking inside secured gates.
Important for the parking! First of all, it was a bit hard to find in the dark: but you need to drive through the parking of the supermarket to find the gate to the private parking. Secondly, in order to park your car behind the secured gates, you first need to do your self check-inside, thus first park your car at the parking outside. After checking in, you will get a code for the parking gate, your room and the wifi.

The location was close to eateries and public transport
The room was quite squeezed and the air-conditioning kept dripping water into the room. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain and water was splashing all over the floor.
