Very good

Very good service by the caretaker (Altaf), was very responsive. House has a good amount of space and common areas are comfortable.

Washing machine mentioned as services was not available. This was a let down as we had wanted it badly.

Pros - upon entry it was a nice and clean bunglow. They have a very caring care taker in Pappu.

Amazing Home Stay. Will stay again in future and also recommend this for anyone planning to stay.

Everything of the Home is Awesome, design of rooms, Bright all across from the windows and all bedrooms having AC with TV n Tatasky. The bedrooms had dark curtains if you dont want to have the bright light. Very very Tall ceilings made the experience awesome. Staff (Pappu) is available and very friendly. He helps with food as well, but we asked him Tea once. We always had outside food plans in our schedule.

All good, no complaints about the stay. A little lower on price would have been awesome but for all the facilities they provide AC, Beds, TV its still worth the money paid. Restaurant options are limited if you are looking for any specific big name ones but multiple multi-cuisine restaurants available within 1-2kms.

A very good care taker, makes you feel home.

I will rate this place 8 for the experience and service. I liked the architecture and the fact that the living room and bedrooms were clean, spacious and an amazing very humble care taker Pappu. He took care of us really well and was available for any assistance any given point in time. He speaks only hindi but understands English and kannada. It's a big house and I had hosted a decent birthday party where I had invited 4 families with kids to the party. Pappu prepared yummy food for us for the party - they have an in house menu. Post 10pm, that neighbour who was soo curious on what's happening here complained couple of times for speaking loud and laughing (we had not even played the music).

WiFi was really poor for IT professionals & even for insta use, washroom could have been even more cleaner in all rooms, especially common bathroom, AC didn't work in one room, kitchen could have been kept even more cleaner. No proper toiletries and towels were.old and weren't white. In total, house required a one level of renovation. Your neighbour to the right was soo curious on what's happening in this house, most of the time he was staring towards us!

Worst ever experience.. When booked room, the rule is they should handover key to you, but they are not doing so. Always 2 unknown persons around u and looking you, there is no privacy.
