The whole place was very dirty. The main bedroom downstairs had bedsides tables very dirty with marks of sticky duck tape on drawers. There was a broken fan in the wardrobe. There were mismatched curtains and there were holes in the fly screen so could not open windows for fresh air. The ensuite shower was not working it had only cold water. There was a packet of eaten yoghurt next to toilet. The whole carpet very dated, stained and dirty looked liked it had not been vacuumed in ages. Dust on the window , this place has not been cleaned in ages. The staircase was very dirty not vacuumed. The furniture in the rest of the place was mismatched, dated and dirty like straight from an op shop. There was a very dirty sponge in the kitchen to do dishes and no detergent offered. In the laundry window still there was an ashtray full of cigarettes butts.

The hotel accommodated me despite not getting paid by Priceline or booking.com for my accommodations before I arrived, in the hope that everything will be straightened out between myself and priceline/booking.com.
When Priceline was paid by me initially for the reservation package, they didn't automatically pay lodging. My bank account has itemized charges instead of the lump sum that was expected to be withdrawn, which allowed other factors to interfere with the total process.

Issues with other guests...... police called twice and site manager did not answer his phone. I am a repeat quest who has been staying at the Cleveland over the last few years. I felt the issue involving police should have been handled better and as my husband and I got ZERO sleep on that particular night, we should have been rembursed one night's accommodation

When we got there I moved the pillow and found three baby silverfish so I immediately went to reception got a refund and found a better hotel.

It was close to shops. The wifi was free like other facilities.
We booked a wheelchair accessible room for myself who is wheelchair bound. I cannot walk at all.
TOILET: No bars at all at the toilet. Really small area for a wheelchair. I complained and the staff brought me a small frame, which I could NOT use! I could not use the toilet in the room! They did NOT have another accessible room for me.
Because I could not use the toilet, I was directed to the disable toilet in the upper floor, next to reception for my use. It was so ridiculous. In order to use this toilet, I had to use a lift which was locked at certain times, which meant I had to call the night manager to unlock the lift so I could access the toilet upstairs! So difficult for someone in my situation.

Not very much at all. I can't say I really liked anything about it.
Pretty much everything. The doors had holes in them covered by a picture. The walls had grubby marks on them. The door to the room was loose on the hinges. The bathtub was missing its plug, the silicone caulking was moldy and coming away from the walls and bathtub. There was a single glass shower screen that was either one half of the bathtub or the other. The room furniture looked like it was salvaged from a skip bin. The toilet seat was loose. Etc. Etc. And to top it off there were very young children playing ball etc, in the hallway and screaming and yelling without any adult supervision. It was like living in a Day care centre in Logan.

Security poor anyone could walk in through unlocked back door and this was happening thus yelling and screaming on both nights reported to reception gentleman didn’t care he was only interested in getting money for room , armchair had hole in the side and seat support was broken like sitting on the floor,damage to wall ,motel needs a makeover very tired.

rubbish left in bathroom bin upon entering room and having to ask for it to be removed,not a good look for a first time stay , no variety of teas, and just a couple of shampoos and conditioners.

Were willing to accomodate us on late notice even though it meant we rented a room that had been withheld from letting due to a leaky bathroom tap. It was a life saver to get a room at the same facility our sons were staying in overnight.
The room with the leaky tap cost more for one night (per night cost) than the room we rented for two nights for our sons.
