Loved the pool, comfortable room, complimentary spa, excellent breakfast. We miss it already. Quiet and away from the centre of vung Tau.
Would like a lounge/sitting area inside.

The staff were simply amazing. So attentive and friendly. Genuinely why we will go back. The bed was very comfortable. The extras, like two spa treatments, breakfast and shuttle.
The facilities in the bathroom room were in need of repairs. Shower was broken and no hot water.

Set in beautiful grounds with lovely views. Very comfortable and well equipped with inclusive massage on site. Lovely staff who appear to genuinely care about your needs .
It's on a hill but that's not really a problem. It's a 20 min walk from the beach but there is a shuttle available. The breakfast was a bit poor. Although it is cooked individually it wasn't great.

We had the hill view room which meant that you could see the jungle on the hill through one window and a city view through the other. We took advantage of the spa facilities on site that were included and the driver. The local phone provided was so helpful as we did not have a local SIM card so we could phone for the driver to collect us when we went out for walks or to the market.
Parts of the building we were staying in could do with a refresh, they have made a start with this but could replace the carpet and paint the walls on the stairs.

Everything,!!!! From check in until checkout the staff couldn't have done anything any better, a special mention to the young lady in reception who made us feel at home during the entire stay. The amazing complimentary massages were without a doubt the best massages we have had in all of Vietnam, thank you very much Loc

Everything exceeded my expectations. Never met such a welcoming team of staff. The receptionist, massage team, and chef were so kind and helpful. The room was equipped with a kitchen which is very convenient for those who wish to cook during their stay. Great price great place. Definitely will come back.

Lovely and rather quirky little hotel.
Location - up a very steep hill (be warned). Seemed to have a skeleton staff on...had to go looking for staff to get drinks each time.
Please consider your spa package deal. If a guest pays for 1 night they should have 1 spa visit, but 2, 3 or 4 nights at the same price is also 1 visit - this does not seem value.

The hotel resort itself is beautiful, with lovely ponds and well-maintained shrubbery. The rooms are large and spacious and the breakfast is good - cooked options as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt etc.
Unfortunately we had a terrible stay. This place is not somewhere you want to go if you want to relax in any way (at least not at the front of the hotel where we stayed). There was karaoke every night of our two-night stay. And not just loud - but ridiculously loud (to the extent you couldn’t hear yourself think) from 7pm booming through the room. The karaoke came from the villas next to the resort and you could argue that there’s not much the hotel can do about that - but a warning whilst booking would be nice as I’m sure it’s not the first time it’s happened. It totally ruined my Christmas stay - and I have to say I did go completely mad and ending up screaming at the karaoke singers (if we can call it “singing” - felt more like torture). Then to top it off I got awoken at 5.30am by some sort of drill/gardening outside my bedroom window - incredibly loud - and this went on for about an hour. In the end we left a night early - I just wanted to get out of that place ASAP and never return.
Other problems: the apartment was not properly clean. Dirty cushions on sofa, walls dirty, food stained on sides, stains on sofa and cot bedding and very dusty. Also, I find it ridiculous that you have a cot with no mattress - what on Earth?! Anyone that knows anything about baby sleep safety knows you can’t put a baby on loose blankets as a mattress - which was what the hotel were proposing. Then brought me a tiny bath mat and said Vietnamese babies sleep on that!! In the end we had to go to Lotto mart and buy our own (which they did refund, to be fair, but the hassle of doing it wasn’t really great).
Also, no mention of the free massages - luckily I’d read the booking carefully or we’d never have known. Another point for Vietnamese staff - if you’re unsure if someone is pregnant, please don’t ask them - as it’s quite offensive. I’ve just had a baby, and I don’t want staff to keep pointing and asking about my stomach - it really didn’t help an already disappointing stay.
