De bedden zijn goed, er is veel te doen, erg sociaal, personeel is vriendelijk, de feestjes zijn geweldig, het voelt heel veilig.
Je komt het hostel niet meer uit haha

The activities, tubing, evening entertainment
One of the more expensive hostels in Colombia, no pool
2.5 / 5.0
Very clean and comfortable facilities
Very expensive and very remote location which made it difficult to get to know the local area.
4.5 / 5.0
Good location right on the rivers edge
Wide range of activities for guests including charity foundation activities
Very social atmosphere and great party nights
Good quality food
Good dorm layout giving ample space even in the largest dorm, with fans to keep the rooms cool
Spotlessly clean throughout
Food (although good quality) and drinks were very pricey compared to other places in the vicinity.
The staff who ran the tubing were rude and impatient, and even refused to find some water shoes that fit me properly (even though it was mandatory that you use the ones they provide) making for a difficult 30 min walk to the starting point

the place itself is pretty cool. you can do tubing, swim in the river, play volleyball, pool and pingpong. the atmosphere and the party were really good as well. the food was pretty good too.
it was overpriced for the room i got. supposed to be a dorm, it was just a tent and you couldn't even close the mosquito net properly.. also to get a good sleep at night i wouldn"t recommend it

Food was amazing. Great atmosphere and location. Staff were excellent
Don’t expect the get any sleep. This is a party hostel after all so if you like your sleep maybe stay somewhere close by so you can still go to the parties here but also get some rest

the whole vibe was amazing! the place is located nicely in the middle of nowhere with a little beach
very expensive since you’re forced to buy their food and the portions are really small

The Hostel is nicely situated and the river is lovely. The food mostly is quite good.
There is no Hostel- or Backpacking-Atmosphere (anymore?). You feel like on a european or american festival with tons of makeup, selfies and super expensive prices. Everything felt quite superficial (probably because of the hostel gaining fame over the last few years and the kind of people it therefore attracts, which actually is not really the fault of the hostel). Of course all of this can, depending on your preferences, be nice as well, but we were just not looking for that vibe in Colombia.
The staff was not super nice. Besides the welcome drink, nobody showed that he/she was glad we were visiting them. Often you have to wait a couple of minutes untill you can order something because the staff is talking to other members of the staff or just not attentive at all.
They serve free coffee in the morning, although, only americano with oat-milk. We would liked to have the free option of normal milk as well.

It's a great hostel and a great place to meet people. There are fun activities and really good parties at night. It's also really nice to just sit by the river. The food is phenomenal too!

super nice place. it‘s very comfy - all these plants and palmtrees everywhere. very beautiful place. right by the river so you can hang out there and cool down :) tubing is so much fun! they offer many activities during the day like yoga, beach volleyball, pub quiz etc.
very entertaining parties, etc.
food and bakery is amazing!!
loud music at the parties. no sleeping possible if they have one - but that‘s what you get for staying in this „party“ hostel. you know before you come here ;)

Our private room was amazing. Super cute and cozy.
A lot of people both Colombian and foreigners that worked at the hostel were kind of rude to be fair. Also, massive groups of people that came together were ruining socializing at the hostel.

OK first of all the location is amazing. The hostel stands alone in a small beach of rio buritaca. You see no other human presence around it, only nature. This also makes the tubing experience rather unique. The buildings were all nicely made and beautiful. We had the best room of the hostel, spacious with private bathroom and terrace. It was situated at the end of the property so it wasn't noisy as well.
Well it's a party hostel. That means it's full with people from North America and Europe (no Colombian in sight except from the people that work there) and there is all day long loud beat music (the kind that these people like) We liked so much the fotos and the location of the hostel so we booked thinking that we could ignore the party aspect and just relax. But it is impossible to ignore. There are no common spaces were you can relax. You are obliged to sit in the bar or the restaurant or play billiard or ping-pong. You are surrounded by this music and you have nowhere to go. Our mistake. We left a day earlier and just lost our money. Keep in mind: everything is very very very expensive for Colombia. Food and drinks. There is a bakery which was amazing. But the restaurant was awful really. Nothing that we ate was nice. It was the kind of cheap(but it was expensive) fast food full of calories for someone who drunk a lot. Add to this the lack of a common space to relax(there was a kiosk with a few hammocks who were full all the time). I don't doubt that for other kind of people it is a lovely place.

as far as hostels go this is meant to be one of the best around! it’s very sociable and pretty clean.

Great atmosphere, nice parties, private beach at the river.
One is basically forced to buy all meals and drinks in the hostel (no stores close by), but the prices here are very expensive. So calculate with spending lots of money here. Because the hostel is so big, it is difficult to socialize during the days. However at night it’s easy.
5.0 / 5.0
The proximity to the river where you can swim in crystal clear water.
After a few days the food they offer gets a bit boring.
