Beautiful location , very peaceful, loved the retro caravan, and having a private garden , which was great for our dog. They offered a breakfast picnic, which we would have tried , but we had already stopped for groceries on the way. Met liz the host , very welcoming ,friendly lady. We would definitely stay again. There are different options of accommodation, so might try the summer house next time .
Nothing liked it all

Area looks beautiful.
No radiators and fire takes at least an hour to begin to heat. Shower burns or is freezing. No loo except in a shed. Walls in interior of cabin wet. Spider webs everywhere. Spider infestation in bedroom. Kept being woken up by numerous spiders crawling on us. Smells of damp too. Cabin not insulated. Wouldn't stay again. Poor value for almost £300

It was somewhere a bit different from a standard normal hotel /place to stay .
The owners were lovely , friendly and helpful.
Amazing imagination and skill in the way the place and the different types of accommodation are set up ,want to go back and try them all .
Also very dog friendly at no extra cost .
Plenty of open space and great countryside views .
Close to local village with everything you need.
Have read a few of the other reviews and seems you can please everybody no matter how hard you try , why pick to stay in the countryside if you dont know what it entails
Will return in the spring , keep up the good work .
If you want somewhere a bit different with quirky features , give it a try
Loved it all , a great weekend away , wished we had stayed longer

Peaceful. Lisa was very helpful throughout our stay.
The cabin was cold despite the log burner, pyjamas and plenty of quilts.

The breakfast hamper was lovely, as was the surroundings. The location was great, only a 15 minute drive from the coast! Lovely views. Plenty to go explore and of course dog friendly.
The little cabin was rustic and comfortable enough. Slept very well. The fire was a challenge (first time!) but with the help of the welcome pack we managed to figure it out haha.
Friendly welcome and a great escape from the stress of reality.
We were a little surprised with the size of the cabin, it is smaller than we anticipated but nonetheless it was still lovely.
For those who are not a fan of spiders, take a good flip flop aha! I’m usually terrified of them, but by the end of our two night stay, I was a master! We eventually agreed to share our resident with Burt, who guarded our door. Very kind of Burt, I suppose…

We did like it just wasn't close to anything, lovely surroundings.

It was hard from the publicity to know exactly what would be in the chalet. The cool box was an added bonus. parking was easy.
The chalet wasn't very clean. The blanket on the bed smelt of dog. The location was on a main road with few places to stroll without driving first.

This place was so relaxing!! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great so we spent more time in our room than we had planned, so the fire was a bonus!
Unfortunately this place is a little far from everything, it is a long walk to the pub/ the beach/ a shop.

Everything was great, wine glasses were not in the cabin but as soon as we asked they was provided. Hosts very friendly.

Beautiful location.
Great quality fixtures
Lovely and warm, plenty of hot water.
Nice place. Couple of little things I would change. All 3 remote controls needed new batteries, just as well I had a couple with me.
A few too many dust bunnies for my liking.
When using the bath/shower nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries reachable from the bath.
The 2 small windows in the bedroom could do with curtain/blinds.
Could do with coat pegs at the bottom of the stairs instead of taking wet muddy coats and boots up to the apartment.

Nothing but possibly larger shower facilities would be improvement

Great studio room in a lovely farm, very tastefully decorated with a fab bathroom. Nice friendly owners. We loved it and will stay again.
Tiny tv, too high up.... also could do with lights above kitchen area, in the morning I had to turn the main light on to make a cuppa which woke the hubby..
