Οικογένεια4 ενήλικες και 1 μικρό παιδί (2 δωμάτια)

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ούτε 10 λεπτα με το αμάξι από τον παραλιακό Λεμεσού. Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και πάντα χαμογελαστό έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρέτηση! Το πρωινο πλούσιο και πολύ νόστιμο! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο..ειναι ακριβώς πάνω στην θάλασσα και έχει πολύ όμορφη αισθητική! Τα παιδιά θα τρελαθούν με το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου που είναι πάνω σε μια λίμνη με ψαρια! Ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή που μας προσφέρατε!!

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα αξίζει και το κάθε ευρώ που δίνεις!

Will never recommend this hotel.

Nothing. The accommodation was not as described at all and when we found bed bugs we asked to change rooms only to be given a room with blood on the sheets.

See above. In addition the majority of the staff were unhelpful or at best ambivalent towards our requests for help.

Look forward to our next visit.

Excellent breakfast. Very very friendly staff throughout from reception (Michael) to consierg (Lloyd) to waiters (Albert) and pool lifeguard. Even the young woman who checks the room number for breakfast was very nice.

We were there for 8 nights. The room cleaning staff basically burst into our room twice! The cleaning in the room was not thoro! We had cigarette butts on the balcony (we don’t smoke) and unused old jacuzzi with dirt on the balcony. Some of the bushes along the boardwalk need toe cleaned.

Неплохо, но нужна парковка и хорошая звукоизоляция

Отель большой, удобно расположен. В 5 минутах ходьбы парк Дасуди и его детская площадка. Вкусные завтраки, много кафешек и ресторанов поблизости. Удобно добираться до отеля и от отеля в центр по прямой красивой набережной.

1) нам достался номер на 4 этаже, они имеют межкомнатную дверь, которая не обеспечивает звукоизоляцию между комнатами. Одну ночь мы плохо спали из-за соседей, которые НЕгромко разговаривали, но у нас было слышно всё очень отчётливо. 2) парковка у отеля маленькая. Вечно проблема припарковаться. Один раз я почти час караулила место. Есть рядом платная Парковка, но зачем парковаться там и платить деньги, если ты живёшь в отеле и по идее это должно входить в стоимость. 3) у нас был Sea View. Вид потрясающий, но балкон сделан так, что линия горизонта закрывается перекладиной балкона. Казалось бы мелочь, но не позволяет должным образом насладиться видом сидя на стуле. 4) в ресторане при отеле есть дресс-код: Smart casual. Мы туда не пошли только из-за дресс-кода. Сомневаюсь, что кто-то в отпуск на море берёт с собой что-то подобное. Но рядом много других классных мест, так что это скорее не минус. Там точно не так классно, как например, в the Garden или Mixology.

Cena absolutnie nie adekwatna do klasy hotelu.

Prócz widoku z pokoju oraz lokalizacji kompletnie nic.

Minusów jest tak dużo, że w zasadzie nie wiem od czego zacząć... Śniadania - ubogie, po 9 trudno było o coś do jedzenia. Poprzez sprzątanie pokoju obsługa rozumie zaścielenie łóżka, nie dotknięte zostały brudne naczynia stojące na stole. Trudno zrelaksować się w pokoju w momencie, kiedy na korytarzu personel sprzątający krzyczy do siebie, lub na siebie. Ręcznik na basen dostępny jest tylko i wyłącznie w strefie spa, która jest oddalona od strefy dla dorosłych, na moją sugestię, że może warto byłoby żeby ręczniki były też bliżej, manager przewrócił oczami.

Boom Boom.

Facilities, location. Very good room.

NEVER stay here at weekend. They hold large events with BOOM boom music till early hours of morning. No regard for sleeping hotel guests who want peace & quiet. Everything good about this hotel is overlooked by their desire to hold events such as weddings.

Only the location and room service!!

The staff were super rude, the only smiling person is the bell boy! The cleaner stole 1 ear ring while the other was with my wife, lucky it was the fake 😂 then the room was not cleaned at all after it went missing.

A total flop and ripoff, thanks to booking.com

1)Very old deteriorated furniture, 2)What they presented on booking.com is not true and completely the opposite. 3)Most of the staff are senior citizens 4)It’s a total ripoff as the suite I stayed in is disastrous full of junk furniture. 5) They mentioned that floor are tiles and marble and it turned out to be carpet and wooden floor parquet. 6)I tried to shorten my stay by three days a week instead of 10 days they refused and insisted to charge the total amount 7)I think both booking.com and hotel management are both responsible (never ever using booking.com)

Excellent hotel. Very clean and relaxing beachfront and city bus access

Love the view of the sea from our room. Food and service were excellent. We used the Spa ,jacuzzi and had book some treatment it was very relaxing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is in the center. Near to different Restaurant and shops. Accessible by city bus. All the amenities were superb. I made a right choice in Choosing A.Miramare. will be back again soon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and when requested they have given us a late check out. Breakfast was very nice.

Style, furniture and facilities of the room as well as in common areas is quite old. Hotel needs a freshening / renovation.

Perfect.

From the moment we arrived everything was amazing. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade, not sure if it was because it was my birthday or not but it was much appreciated. The room was stunning, view.. stunning, hotub on the balcony.. stunning.. bed, huge!

There was a slight communication error with the balance at the end which I do believe could have been handled slightly better but it was dealt with before we left.

Location great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay great selection.

Room was very tired. Daily housekeeping hit and miss. Glasses and cups not removed and replaced twice our cups glasses and plates left in our room without being washed or replaced. Sink not clean around taps and plug hole. Not dusted once.

inconvenient access to the shower: located inside a bathtub, narrow where size 42 of foot could not turn. Curtains inside for a total space not exceeding 40 cm, It is not a shower up to the standard of the hotel facilities
