Breakfast, communal coffee area, views from the terrace, lovely host family. Location was good too.
A couple of towels weren’t quite clean. Would have been nice to have the fire on in the communal area when it was raining or have heating on in the bedrooms.

Schöne Hotel Pension mit sehr schönen Gemeinschaftsräumen und Terrasse. Sehr leckeres Frühstück in Buffetform.

Incredible. I dont have big expectation from Georgian accomodations. For now we slept in 2 different apartments in a different city...and we were impressed. Rooms, food, owners..

Lovely family that provides great service. Large number of breakfast options, all included. Great location a little bit out of the “fray” of main street Mestia. Great rooftop lounge area.
I liked everything!

This is a relatively well-maintained GH, certainly not a hotel, yet as such it is somewhat overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was well laid out, but it was unpleasant to stay in a room with windows only opening to the hallway and thus getting no real fresh air. Thus, for guests wanting to enjoy a bit of mountain air, there should be proper seating arrangements in the yard as the terrace balcony is usually occupied by other guests. In addition, wifi reception was very weak unless you opened the door. Finally, if guests have booked a room and written and phoned that they are on their way, it helps that the main gate is open. Banging and shouting for the door to be opened and when it did, to be greeted with confusion was a bit bewildering especially after a long day of travelling.
All in all, the place is alright and the owners are polite, but it lacks the charm and warmth you usually find in almost any GH all over Georgia.

Perfect breakfast, great location
Reapir the entrance gate :)

The bed was comfortable, the view spectacular, the host friendly. I loved that coffee and tea was always available. The rooms were nice and warm and spacious. Breakfast was included and it was fairly nice.
The wifi in the room has very weak signal unless you stand in the bathroom, by front door or balcony. The duvet for the bed was also on the smaller side making it unpleasant if you have a blanket thief in the bed. Regardless of it all, it was a good stay and will definitely stay there again.

The host family is super welcoming and try their
best to take care of their guests. Breakfast is self
catering, which we found convenient, instead of
being served what host thinks is appropriate, like
it is in most places in Georgia. It is a small detail,
but they had shower curtain and bathroom was of
normal size, also not like in other Georgian guest
houses. Needless to say it was spotless.
The only thing we didn’t like is barking dogs, but
that’s what it is in this country, not host’s
responsibility

Really Georgian hospitality.
They treat you like a family.
We become friends. Highly recommend

Comfortable and clean rooms, hospitable and amaible owner-host Levan , good buffet breakfast , convenient location, clean and comfortable yard. Definitly I'll recommend it. 1. Comfortable beds, cleen sheets, slippers, towels, shampoo and toothpaste were provided.
2. Unlike the other room - our had a window and the balcony, so we were lucky to have a nice view and fresh air.
3. Access to tea/coffee/cakes any time in common area.
4. Heater in the room, because it was cold and we used it.
1. It seemed like the stuff wasn't ready to any critics and blaming guests who had remarks and bad experience for lying is unacceptable. We felt like only ratings matter and not the well being of the visitors. Insted of apologies for inconvenience of the other guests, after a bad review later on it appeared that we received 13 calls early in the morning with request not to have another bad rating. When we noticed that - we were very confused.
2. Not every room has a window in a common sense. There is one, which faces the common corridor and you wouldn't want to open it - otherwise everyone who walks there will see you. And you'll be looking at the corridor, no even garden view or something.
3. We didn't like the breakfast as the food was cold and some of it was over salted (omelet) and some was tasteless (oatmeal). It's hard to find smth if you don't eat meat, most of the dishes had it. So we ate vegetables and fruits.
4. To catch wifi you need either to sit/stay at the hall of the room, or to go to shared balcony. At the rest part of the room it wasn't possible to catch it.
5. The curtains in the room were dirty with blood spots or something like that, also there was spiderweb and dead spiders in a room.
6. It's hard to drive to the hotel by car, as the street is narrow and the road is very old and road angle is big.
7. It would be nice to have shower curtain.

Stayed in June for 5 nights. The place is very nice and well kept, very comfortable, quiet, with a nice view. It is a short walk to all attractions in Mestia. The host Nazi and her family were very kind and warm. The breakfast was great, with a variety of tasty dishes. Many thanks for your hospitality!
All was perfect.

Rooms are very clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. There is a cozy hangout area where one can grab a tea/coffee 24/7, play games, watch movies etc. Hosts are very hospitable and generous. Breakfasts are very delicious and tailored for every guest. It was the first time smn cooked “varenyky” (Ukrainian national food) for us for breakfast abroad. When we went hiking early in the morning, hosts prepared us lunchboxes instead of breakfast. Overall, I loved the place and hosts and highly recommend it 🥰🤗❤️.
