La habitacion estuvo bien ubicada con un balcón y vista a la piscina y a la playa.

No todas las luces funcionaban en la habitación y no tenía regadera en la ducha. No nos afectó pero en la habitación el wifi no funcionaba.

El aire acondicionado, la cercanía al mar, la comida, la piscina.

El colchón ya está vencido; tenía un hueco que no dejo dormir muy bien...

Me voy inconforme porque me hicieron perder el vuelo

El alojamiento y la ubicación muy bueno

Muy mal nivel de servicio, nos toco esperar varias horas para la entrega de la habitación y el día que nos íbamos a ir no podíamos sacar el carro porque estaba bloqueado por otra camioneta, nos tocó esperar por horas hasta que encontramos al dueño ya que el parqueadero no tenían cámaras no sabían de qué habitación era, no tenían registro de nada

que en las fotos mostraban unas habitaciones muy bonitas y cuando me entregaron la mía era muy pequeña, nada que ver con la de las fotos,

Nice location but we did not get to enjoy the pool or room.

We arrived early and were allowed to check-in. The location was good, mid-way between Covenas and Tolu. The restaurant and bar were good. The beach and water were excellent.

We were not told that the pool was out of service upon check-in. Our Queen Deluxe room was not as pictured. The Shower head was missing and we had to request it to be repaired. We had no towels on day one and had to get them ourselves after asking more than once which were old and worn.

Nothing positive to say about this hotel. Had we not arrived at 2am we never would have stayed even one night.

Images of the rooms are totally deceptive. We never saw the rest of the hotel. We couldn't get out of there soon enough. Very expensive considering the facility properties in the immediate area.

Quite noisy

The location was really nice. But, it's to far from the downtown.

It's too noisy. If u want to get a relaxing and silence moment, this places it's not for u. It's quite expensive in overall for every meal and extra service

Disappointing

..... Pool and Beach was nice.

Very Small and old Rooms. Pictures looks way better. Uncomfortable bathroom. Mediocre and Expensive Food. For that price you will find better options in the area!

Pleasant

The staff was great and the food very delicios, also the location is perfect next to ocean.

The room was in a really bad condition, the beds were not confortable and the air conditioner didnt work stop working several timea. The badroom smells and the water get out of the sink and the cleaning was terrible they never change the towells. The pool badroom was dirty and the hotel left the outside vendors to use it. The dinner was always full of bees and in the bar there was never the drinks offer in the menu.

Almost $100 night for a room without a single bottle of water. - Not water in the breakfast either, I asked for water and they said that they did not have. - The air condition did not work well - The shower was broken - The breakfast was the same everyday, a tasteless English or American menu, last day I decided to go to another place for breakfast.

This hotel is under new management as of the past couple months.. but they need to step it up.

The location is wonderful, lots of beach to walk in both directions, the pool is kept cool and feels VERY refreshing.. if you are lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible! The bartenders and lady running the kitchen are absolutely amazing and are the only reason I stayed the whole 6 days here and did not leave for another location

Let me start by saying I WANTED TO LOVE THIS HOTEL SO BAD 1 - the wifi doesn't not work, they have a network but say the "internet is down in the sector and it might come back tomorrow, this was the answer for all 6 days I stayed there 2- It was hard to get our room cleaned each day, we would go out to the beach and arrive back around 4PM and the room still had not been cleaned... we had to trace down the maid to make sure it got cleaned the next day, as they were already leaving for the day 3- this hotel had LOTS OF DISRESPECTFUL GUESTS, that would play music at all hours of the night and the hotel could not control them, I am talking VERY loud music until 4AM! The rooms are great, but do NOT do a good job of stopping music or noises from the outside 4- there is no menu for the restaurant, so you are unsure of what food they have and the price of the items you are ordering 5- make sure to get to the beach EARLY, as by the time you wake up the vendors from the town will have already taken many seats by the beach and will sit there for a few hours
