Excellent location and surprisingly quiet for being in the center of a very lively neighborhood The free breakfast was appreciated. Wifi was strong. The staff was so nice they walked me to the taxi stand when it was time for me to go.
Nothing to diislike

We had a nice stay at Aragonese and the breakfast at Antonios Café was lovely. The location in the old town is perfect. All in all a good place to stay in Napoli.
Whilst the hotel is in a quiet backyard, the walls to the other rooms aren't well insulated at all - you hear every word from the neighbouring rooms...

The cleaning lady was very helpful and kind

I liked the location-large room and clean.
Shower door came off track and was not fixed.
Communication with operator a little tough. Could only communicate through WhatsApp text. It was not bad. It all worked out.

location
cleaning lady open the door at 830 am and came in the room while I was sleeping and made me feel very uncomfortable
also she moved our personal stuff around I felt she was going through our stuff very unprofessional,
also the free breakfast just skip it not good at all , while I was drinking a cappuccino notice a plastic bottle cap inside turn me off completely disgusting
air conditioner not works and toilet keep on flushing
bottom line not worth it
the only good thing is the location

Nothing
No one met us upon arrival. I have a broken foot and asked about an elevator & was told there was one. It was not working and it was sleazy all around. We immediately left & booked another hotel

Location, really could not be better for the historic centre. And yet very quiet
There is supposed to be a view, but we think that is impossible.
We went in off season, late March, so the staff were only contactable by phone.
"luxury" is a bit rich, a reliable tell tale the (ancient) wardrobe had a motley selection of coat hangers

only location
they are giving wrong information. They say their room has balcony and city view. This is absolutely not true. Any room in the there has no balcony and view. Very old and cold rooms. Room cleaning is only in the morning. You cannot sleep well. Every morning staff knock the door. Breakfast is very bad in the coffee. one piece crossaint and one cup coffee. The information in the booking site regarding this facility is misleading and wrong.

Beautiful an comfortable room
The host Antonio is super friendly and helpful

Location is perfect. Antonio the host is a really nice guy. Breakfast included but down at the cafe is a perfect service.
I could listen to the other guests on the room right next to us. And not because they were speaking loud but because there is almost no isolation on the locked door between the 2 rooms.

Good location in historic centre. Easy to walk to places.
Good sized room.
Breakfast not on site, in a cafe nearby. Limited choices. Would benefit from few more options e.g fruit/yoghurt.
Someone from the cafe came to meet us and take us to our room. Actual building is desolate. No one on front desk.
The term “luxury” is misleading. I’ve stayed in basic accommodation which provides tea/coffee and kettle. Also no hand soap! Only small sachets of shower gel.
Worst thing - one night another guest opened our room when they came back late. There must be a security issue with the keys - very annoying.

Good location.
Towels. In five days, they didn’t changed our towels.

Very nice location in a massively beautiful building. Nice and quiet backyard. Italian breakfast (Espresso and cornetto) in a Bar max. 5 mins down the pedestreal aerea, very nice
The term „luxury rooms“ might be somewhat missleading. I‘d say the rooms have a nice old italian charme, which is nice but still it‘s ab utterly classic B&B rather than a luxury whatsoever i would say

Location is excellent, in the middle of everything (in the historical center). Breakfast was served in a nearby caffee which was very charming and very "italian". Rooms waren' t as luxury and as shown on pictures, but were good enough (good value for money).
Toiletries supply was modest (only shampoo)

It was nice that they right away reached out in WhatsApp and let you know all the details and would respond quite quickly there in case of questions. Also the rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows very comfortable.
Not really client oriented. If you have heavy luggage this is not the place to stay, as the lift only works if you have coins to put in it and the person that came to let us in didn't. Nor were he especially interested in helping with the luggage. Had to be told in no uncertain terms that ladies needed help with their suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Also, we were running late by 30 minutes to check out and that was a big problem for them. And we could not leave the luggage at the place we stayed, but instead had to walk for about 10 minutes through the very busy old town with cobblestones and narrow streets to their bar, which is where it would be kept. That really didn't make much sense to me... Oh and need to be sure to have them show which key works for which door. When we were coming back at night the first door into the courtyard was very hard to open and we spent several minutes trying to figure out which key and why it would not budge... Also not great noise insulation from inside. Could very clearly hear people in the hall early in the morning.

Honestly I didn’t really care for this place. I’ve stayed in better B and B.. if you like not having anyone around and breakfast isn’t even there
Their was no one around. I had to wait over an hour to be let into my room. Even though I told them what time I would arrive no one was there. The owner told me to call but I couldn’t because I had no service and I explained that to them. They told me to have the cab driver call.. honestly you should of been there when I told you what time I was going to be there. I wasn’t late when I arrived. The WiFi wasn’t good. I told them this and they seem to not care. I got kicked out of my room early because the other guest had showed up and they where knocking on my door with the house keeper saying I need to leave because they are there. I tell the owner and they try to blackmail me about a messy room which is a lie. The breakfast part is a far walk away from the room not even in the same place.

Perfect location, staff helpful, a/c silent, good bed, good bathroom
Even though the room we had was very well isolated from the noise from the outside of the building, we could hear everything from the rooms next to us

The value was incredible. Outside the location was the most central and best piazza in Naples. It couldn't be a better location.

The location is perfect! Right in the historic center and within walking distance to a lot of site. Metro is also nearby for farther excursions.
Room was clean and the bathrooms were nicer than I expected.
Staff was very accommodating to our needs!
Was advertised as having 24/7 reception but that wasn't really the case. Also, the price we paid should have included breakfast but there wasn't any. I understand both of these things are due to COVID-19, and it wasnt that important to us, but the advertising should be accurate.

The location was excellent
Had to wait outside to be let in and it was difficult to contact anyone to meet us and let us into the property.
8.3
Excellent location and it was just me. I never saw any other occupants.
No one at the desk to help or answer questions.
