The bed was very comfortable, the property was safe and welcoming.
The location made it difficult to easily get around on foot. It is isolated at the point of the island, disconnected from the beach to walk to restaurants not on site.

Peaceful and beautiful location!
Bed bugs! We got eaten up…

Excellent private snorkeling beach, quiet location, Excellent staff.
Sewer smell near the ramp walkway from lobby to pool

Property is very ni e and we’ll kept. But it’s away from everything. I recommend you do some food shopping and go tu supermarket before you get there. You definitely need a taxi to go to any place since this is the very last property at the end of the island far from every restaurant or place to have breakfast. The beach is full of rocks so it’s not recommended to swim but you can snorkel. The restaurant on the beach is not so good. Prices are outrageously high throughout the island
Not a good beach, far away from markets, stores and restaurants

Staff was very friendly and enjoyed the location just outside of west bay main area. I enjoyed not being right on the west bay main area as that is crowded and this was pleasant. Again the staff was amazing.
Nothing to discuss

There is no breakfast in this place no taxi’s available tv was broken the sofa bed was horribly very old and has a hole in the thin mattress. The personal was excellent Samir went out of his way to help us same the guard… also Daniel and kitchen staff the only good thing I can say about this place. For the price was absolutely a ripoff…
Good working tv and a most comfortable sofa. Transportation available!!!

It was a nice property and the rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The staff was friendly and met our requests but was not overly attentive especially given how few people were in residence. The location was very nice but on the far end of the island so a vehicle is required unless you plan to spend the entire stay on property. Our villa's kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and a full range of cutlery/tools. They provided bagged ice and additional toiletries upon request.
As noted above, it sometimes took additional effort to get attention from the staff. In the restaurant we frequently had to flag down or get up to make requests of the staff (e.g. Need salt, additional beverage, etc.)...especially when there was a football (soccer) game on. We were in a 3BR villa for a week and did not realize there was no maid/cleaning service for the entire week so trash became overly full and we had to do our own basic cleaning. They did provide plenty of towels for the week so this wasn't an issue. The pool was nice but no towels were provided so we had to bring them from our unit. We were disappointed that the advertised pool bas was not available the entirety of our stay and didn't even look like it was functional.

It is a very quiet and calm place. It felt private even when it is shared. I felt like enjoying Roatan just for myself. The apartment studio was amazing.
The restaurant was closed.

The condominium was so cool and amazing furnished.
I would like more options on the Menu at the restaurant.

The Meridian is a very comfortable and pleasant vacation experience. The lush vegetation on the grounds and around the pool give it a wonderful tropical feeling. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. Kismet is a small bar/restaurant near the oceanfront at the resort and is a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay and hope to return, in the future.
One of my very few complaints of my stay at The Meridian is that the water temperature for the shower and sinks was very difficult to regulate. It was either scolding hot or cold. Additionally, If you enjoy running around the island and seeing sites as I do, you would be wise to have a vehicle rental when staying here.

Beautiful place, quiet beach
Hot water is inconsistent, but this seem to be an issue throughout the Caribbean island

Almost everything
They don't have service for breakfast😩

A great location near West Bay. Great snorkeling from its private beach. It's about a fifteen snorkel to West Bay Beach. The cruise line passengers and venders do not affect this resort. We have stayed numerous times at other resorts on West Bay and would recommend this over the others. The Meridian is quiet and not overcrowded. The rooms are designed very well with private baths for each bedroom. The beach bar, located on the property is one of our favorites on the island.
Some of the maintenance cosmetics around the property could be better.

I loved the location! it has a private beach and the restaurants was amazing!

Pool bar closed. Beach restaurant with no shrimp nor lobster. Beach restaurant closed due to a wedding. Not received a legal form of Honduras approved invoice. Place was empty with no other guests around, like a ghost place. Artificial sand in the beach not natural sand.

No breakfast. Everyone was wonderful. The staff at the restaurant was awesome! We loved the food too. It was very peaceful and our first time to the island. We will come back for sure to this property.

The Meridian is a hidden treasure. Excellent value, gorgeous facilities, private, quiet and just a few minutes walk to the best snorkeling on the barrier reef. The beaches at the Meridian are beautiful and the staff exceptional.
Loved everything about it

It was a lovely condo, clean and bright. The pool was beautiful and inviting.
It was clean but not spotless. I dropped my phone cord near the master bed and there was a lot of dust and debris behind the bed and night stand.

The place was beautiful and secluded. The staff was awesome. Samir did a great job getting us taxis and Covid testing. Van was an excellent restaurant hostess. Made great drinks. Maria was wonderful. Ms Moulder was lovely. Will definitely be back. Montes Family

This place was terrific. The room I received was much larger than expected. The project looked gorgeous. The location was gorgeous. I had a rental car, but did not use it while I stayed here for two days. I walked over to the Grand Roatan both mornings for breakfast, and went snorkeling from West Bay Beach after breakfast.
I wish more people were staying here. I ate at the restaurant on the night I arrived, and there were only a couple of other people. The other night, I walked down to West Bay Beach.

The Meridian may not be the perfect stay for everyone, but it was perfect for my small family of 3. The location was fantastic for having direct access to the reef from the shore, and the Kismet Bar/Restaurant was great. We definitely plan on making a return trip!
If you are looking for nightlife, this isn't the place for you. Having access to a scuba facility would be good.

The room was spacious and beautiful. Pics did not do it justice. The pool is just lovely and we did partake after a lunch at the restaurant on the beach. We were there only overnight, but would have enjoyed more time to explore the area. There is a little shopping/restaurant area that is walkable. Its a pretty good uphill hike on the way back so you might appreciate a ride if that's a concern. We went down to breakfast there. A little bagel shop where they make the bagels there. It was AWESOME! There is a pretty beach down by the restaurant. It was an beautifully refreshing stay
Just tiny things. The front desk person was not at the desk each time we stopped by, so they always had to come from somewhere behind the door there. Fortunately, the security guard was super helpful and gave us tips and info to get around. The restaurant had kind of strange hours and werent open for breakfast.

The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and the best on the island! Van the bartender was friendly, helpful and met our every need. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. The resort was clean and spacious. I loved the private beach front and the pool was beautiful. The Penthouse condo that we stayed in was roomy, comfortable, clean and had an incredible view. I would recommend this resort to anyone considering coming to Roatan! Just perfect for my family of 5 but could have accommodated more people too.
It would have been nice if the workout room/gym was operational. We would have used the swim up bar and coffee bar if they were staffed also. There was some construction going on which was not ideal but did not bother us that much. I think a breakfast restaurant on premises would be nice as well.
