Perfect stay

Comfy modern apartment with all facilities. Spotless clean. The host has been extremely cooperative and flexible when I had to change my arrival times. Can only recommend it. Super!

Wonderful Stay at Cozy Apartments

I recently had an amazing stay at these cozy apartments. The attention to cleanliness and thoughtful amenities was impressive. The provided board games added a fun touch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, allowing easy exploration of the city center while ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment's design struck a great balance between modern aesthetics and comfort. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. From booking to check-out, the hosts' communication and attentiveness were outstanding. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

Perfect

It's the second time we stayed at this apartment. For sure we will stay whenever we come back in Nicosia. It's a big apartment, very comfortable with everything you need. The location is perfect! Sheets were clean, bathrooms were clean, everything was clean.

Excellent

Spacious, clean, well furnished and everything in good condition. Able to park very near the apartment. Good communication from the owner and easy check in. Nice touches, for example local map and info sheet. Good value for the price.

Nice and modern apartment near to the old town

Very roomy apartment near to Nicosia old town. Big balcony, comfy beds and modern kitchen. Two bathrooms. It was really easy to check in and out. There was information about the city sights and nice books about Cyprus tourism.

Magnificent

So clean so spacious loved the lounge area and bath and that it's a very modern building and the host Julia is amazing! Best place to stay in Nicosia I feel and I've stayed in a few others before! Plus very well priced! I highly recommend this place! Lots of heaters too!:) great for winter now !

Big apartment located on a side street

The apartment is huge and much bigger than it looks on photos. We have been welcomed by a very friendly and helpful host that gave us the keys. It's well equipped and located on the side of city center, so it's not loud. There are 2 bathrooms (first belongs to master bedroom). Limited free parking space is avaiable on the street in front of the building.

Overall a great place for a short stay. Conveniently located for business travelers.

Central location in a quiet neighborhood but close to main roads with all kinds of shopping facilities

As a personal preference I would have preferred a harder mattress and a stronger WIFI that covers the whole flat.

Excellent flat, convenient location, good communication. Book it!

Big spacious flat with all the basic amenities: shower/bathtub with plenty of hot water, fresh towels and bedsheets, whole place is very clean and tidy, kitchen if you want to cook for yourself, good wifi, clothes iron, airco in living room + bedroom if you wish, 15 min walk to central Nicosia, fairly quiet since it's a residential area and not downtown near the bars, coffee + bakery + groceries close by (no breakfast provided so take advantage of this). Julia lives downstairs if you need anything, this is also helpful for late arrivals. I booked it because of the high ratings and positive reviews here on booking.com, and was definitely not disappointed. Great communication, Julia was in contact with me directly after the booking and she answered the phone immediately when I rang, very much appreciated. Google Maps gives a slightly different location (this seems typical in Cyprus), but the house is right at the T-junction of E.P. Chatzipetrou and Mourouzi, maybe 50m from where Google Maps places it.

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Spacious, clean and has all required amenities. The location is just 20mins walk to the centre but nearby there are also some restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Highly recommended

Spacious, cosy, well stocked and a reliable host!

Really cosy, clean and spacious apartment. Location is really good, not far away from the old city centre. There are many amenities in the apartment so you don’t have to buy anything. Host was really friendly and responsive.

Parking on the street was sometimes not available directly in front of the building. That of course is not a problem but we were wondering, wether the situation gets worse while staying there in the main season.

Very spacious apartment on quite location, but still central.

There was no showing around, we were just handed the keys.

The bed was really surprisingly super comfortable and the size of the flat was a plus.

Great location, perfect accommodation, cost, airy, light and comfortable all round

Perfect location, a huge apartment, that was very much home away from home, very comfortable….was a shame I only needed to stay for 1 night….could have stayed longer quite happily.

The fruit for the breakfast seemed a little past it’s best…but Julia made fresh pancakes as I couldn’t eat some of the breakfast items (allergies) and they were delicious and definitely more than made up for it.

Superb self catering apartment in Nicosia!

So clean plus there were even toys, a changing mat and baby bath for our daughter! It was very well equipped and we found everything we needed.

We were only staying 1 night...! ☹️
