Wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Better find another place with a good owner
Monday and Thursday markets are close to these apartments quiet area not a lot of people
THE WORST OWNER I've ever dealt with. We stayed for a week here and liked the area, so we discussed with Numan Polat (the owner) that we want to stay for more, till January 19 (one month). We discussed with him that electricity and water was included in the payment before arriving. When our month started, he said that we must pay for electricity, but hot water, cold water , gas, internet - all included in the payment and we can use without problems. Then I discovered that there is electric water heater in the apartments, so it means that we have to pay extra for hot water , too. When told him that it wasn't what our agreement was about and that electricity was included when we talked before, he said that he never said this. So I showed him out conversation. He freaked out when saw it, yelled at us, said that he won't give us money back and we must leave now or he will call the police. We had no other options, so we had to agree to pay. After that he was very rude for the whole month. And another surprise happened in January, when he said that we must leave one day earlier, on January, 18. Because he thinks, that there are 30 days in each month. And that we payed for one month, but we payed till 19th..We had to rent other place. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with him. Very unpleasant person and who lies to his customers. A couple of words about the apartments - all the electric appliances are very old. There're big holes in windows and door. It's very cold inside during the winter and you have to use air conditioner all the time. But after you stop it, 10 minutes and it's freezing again. So be prepared to spend a lot of money on the electricity. Another problem - cigarettes' smell inside. Probably other customers were smoking, so everything smells inside. If you think about working from these apartments - the Internet connection isn't very great, the speed wasn't enough.
