Cleanliness was superb on arrival.
Location is excellent, private parking was plentiful. Private parking access with garage underground if needed.
Reception service and replies via messaging and in person was excellent, and cannot be faulted. There were two broken chairs on arrival and a tatty looking shower hose, which we reported and were replaced swiftly, such was the attentive replies.
Apartment was fitted with high quality kitchen, doors and windows, with a balcony for sun and shade depending on your time of year and preferrence. Shower pressure and control was good, and bathroom was well tiled. Compared to the competition for the nights needed, value for money was excellent. This may have been due to lack of demand between seasons, but worth bearing in mind as you can certainly save money whilst not compromising on quality, location or service. I would stay again if the price was right. The large wallpaper photos were colourful and a refreshing touch after a tiring day.
It is a professionally run apartment service from my experience, and the high rating is deserved.
It's a designer look brochure apartment, I understand. So a little practicality is sarificed for looks. Suggestions how our stay could have been improved.
There is knowhere to hang your coats or hats, or put shoes at the entrance. Instead there is a full height mirror. There is still room on the wall behind the entrance door to provide hooks. There was a narrow shallow wardrobe in the lounge next to the TV as an afterthought, but it cannot be cosnidered large enough nor is it practically located, as it is located at the opposite end of the apartment from the entrance, meaning you would have to walk through the dining area and lounge to access. Underneath the missing coat hooks, a low soft bench with shoe storage would assist with getting ready to go out. Instead shoes were left littered on the floor in this area, and coats hanging over the backs of chairs. The apartment looks great in photos, not so great when inhabited. Our living space looked like a temporary airport departure lounge for the duration of the stay.
One reason for this is suitcases also have knowhere to live, adding to the clutter. Very low one shelved cupboard units are in each bedroom, which is ok for folded clothes, however if you have long dresses or suits you want to hang etc and are a fashion guru, and like to dress like the apratment looks in the photos, don't stay in Apartment Ameretto at least, you will leave with many creased clothes. Taller units would afford more space for cases beneath and clothes to be at eye level rather than waist or below. For me it was not a problem, but some may prefer normal wardrobes.
The ceiling lights in the bedroom look like operating theatre lights. They provide very bright light. Stick to the bedside table lights if you want to relax and don't want to feel like being under the scalpal. The choice is yours.

That's the second time we have booked this apartment, I love how close it is, the garage is always a bonus when you don't need to defrost the car in the morning. Close walk to the main Krupowki street.
2 toilets rolls for family of 5 for a full week seems a bit tough haha however we did the shopping and got extra. The mattress in one room is very soft so if you have a back problem chose a sofa bed.
It would be beneficial to add some wall hooks so you can hang jackets instead of putting them on the chairs in the living room.

Good location. Decent sized apartment.
Breakfast was not good. No toiletries. Open electricity sockets (with the switch board out) in one of the bedrooms.

Pretty much everything.
The apartment's WiFi did not work for the first 5 days. Meanwhile, I was able to use networks of adjacent rental apartments - only in the living room though.

Didn't have any
It was really dirty, the mattresses were too small for the bed frames, my bed was broken, when my husband fixed it we then saw how disgusting it was, dirty condoms under the bed, rubbish and dusts. All beds were the same, really disappointed
