Fantastic hospitality. The room was lovely with rocking chairs in the window, perfect to sit and enjoy a brew. The rolltop bath was an unexpected bonus as well.

Very good breakfast.
Not enough space in the room to put our own stuff.

Feel like home. We stayed on the top floor with a river view across the street and a big separated private bathroom. Breakfast with homemade marmalade jam is tasty.

The owners, they were friendly, funny and very attentive. Our kids were very impressed with their humour.
The food, absolutely delicious!
Location, we attended the highland games, our accommodation was very very convenient.
The room, the room was quite spacious and big enough to accommodate two adults, two teenagers and our 10 year old.
The view, as soon as you pull up to the area, you realise how gorgeous the place really is. The accommodation is surrounded by trees, ferns and mountains.

Traveled with my family and they had an absolutely wonderful accommodation for us, which seems to be difficult to find in Europe. As soon as we entered my entire family just started to relax. Hosts were very thoughtful and accommodating, including providing gluten-free options for my wife. Be sure to check out the garden.

The Guest House was exceptionally welcoming, it was clean, the food was excellent and the hosts had a good knowledge of the area and recommended places to have an evening meal. the garden was beautiful and we will definitely stay here again.
There was nothing not to like.

Really nicely located, just across the road from a river and hills. The owners were helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable. We had dinner the first night, which was well-made, and the breakfast each morning was made to order and done well. Overall an excellent choice for the area.
Nothing significant.

A lovely place to stay. We all - especially our dog Phoebe - felt so welcomed! Great food and very comfortable.
We were just passing through but would happily have stayed longer.

There was much care and attention given to making guests feel at home. The space themselves felt intimate and Cosy (e.g. the living room and the veranda).

We just stayed for one night on the way back to Manchester after doing the North Coast 500 and we had a great stay! The room was beautiful and gave us royal feelings with a comfortable poster bed. The breakfast was delicious and Sharon and Davide are brilliant hosts. Very welcoming and helpful.
The house is amazing, bigger than it looks from the outside, and the welcoming committee of Nessie and Wallace was an extra bonus for us.

The customer service was amazing before we even checked into the hotel.
Sharon and Davide were beyond helpful and kind and very welcoming.
The hotel itself was amazing and felt very homely
Nothing. So so happy.

Quiet room overlooking garden freshly decorated with good shower. GF diet accommodated including with home baked produce. Wet clothes dried.
Suggestions for places to eat as was remote area and only pub had unplanned closure and so had no evening meal. For this reason we would be reluctant to stay here again.

A perfect place to stay on our journey north. The welcome, the meals and the rooms were all delightful and we were immediately made to feel at home on our arrival. We look forward to returning next time we are in the area.
