The apartment is newly renovated and has key essentials - towels, cleaning supplies, cooking and eating utensils, a decent size tv.

The property was advertised as having AC units, but there was only one AC unit in the living room. All rooms had no AC units. While there were nets to open up the windows and prevent mosquitos from coming in, I still felt hot. Myself, sister and kids had to sleep on the floor in the living room so we weren't so hot. Please indicate what parts of the house have AC units. Also the bathroom drainage wasn't working well; we had to purchase a floor mat because the kids always had water flowing outside of the bathroom. The adults can manage, but it's not well suited for kids especially when it has no door and proper drainage flow.

Nice clean apartment in a nice resort close to the beach.

There are only a few minor things that could be improved. There was only 1 mirror which was much in demand by 5 people. Perhaps a mirror in each bedroom and a small rubbish bin would help. The rubbish bin in kitchen could be bigger .

Excellent flat - modern and clean, great pool and lovely location

You definitely need a car we booked a taxi from the airport but needed a car really. That isn’t a problem just good to know for future.

Superb

The apartament is fantastic, very clean and big enough for 2 families.

It is far from all the shops and restaurants but we took Uber to Lidl in Albufeira for €5 to do our weekly shopping.

Great place with everything you need

Most comfortable beds in all of Portugal! The hosts are super friendly, great communication and easy-going attitude. The place is fantastic, well equipped with great Wi-Fi. Brilliant kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The pool is huge and there's loads of space. 5-10 minutes drive to Albufeira (between 5 and 10 Euros for a cab, depending on where you go). The beach is stunning, even though I wouldn't recommend the restaurant by the beach. There is however a very nice restaurant about 250 yards from the property, to the right of the Atlantico Hotel. Couldn't ask for more, I'd definitely book this place again. This time a year the restaurant/pub by the pool is closed and so are most things in Sao Rafael, but this wasn't a problem for us. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here.

No negatives. The place is brilliant and so are the hosts

Near the beach, condo complex with nice gardens and pool.

Clean, comfortable, great for cooking and relaxing. Grill.

10 minute walk to beach, no ocean view (although it was advertised as such), however it was a peaceful apartment complex with lovely gardens and pool.

Could base to explore the Algarve with kids

Super clean apartment with all the facilities you need. We were traveling with a 6 year old and 10 month old. Nice pool, nice beach, super friendly host. Hopefully we have the chance to stay longer next time

Great location, attentative host, perfect apartment.

Great accommodations, kitchen, deck, nice tv, Netflix, very comfortable.

Could have used 2 bathrooms, but I live with 4 girls.
