It was close to the trailhead for the Mt Batur hike which is why we went to Kintamani. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Small dipping pool fed by natural hot springs was pleasant in the evening. Hot water shower. Tasty noodles for breakfast. Bed sheets were clean. For the remote area, it was not a bad place to stay; I may stay again, but I also would search to see if there were other options.
It would have been nice if they provided drinking water for the rooms. Rooms could have been cleaner and updated. We organized the sunrise hike through them and were told we'd have 2 guides for our group of 6, but only had 1.

Heerlijke kamers met prima voorzieningen

Basic room with a great comfy bed and excellent water supply device.
Hotspring pool is a must after a long day. 🐶 arw very friendly. Very easy to organize the sunrise trekking to Gunung Batur.
Too many flies (rainy season) and maybe a ceiling fan would be good, as if you wanna avoid the flies you must stay inside, that is quite fresh by night.

The room view was stunning, also the staff was super friendly and breakfast was great
Nothing to say. I really would recommend this place

It’s a great location. In a quiet place but near to everything. The room is well appointed as very clean with a tea/ coffee station and filtered water. The hosts are so friendly & helpful, they made us feel right at home. Also, they organised a boat trip across the lake to The Devi Danu temple & the cemetery, returning at sunset we had the most spectacular views.

Clean and cozy. The owner helped to arrange the morning jeep tour, good price. Ideal for a one night, and with families, with a garden, the hot spring pool (very good) and good breakfast. Playful dogs to play with. And comfortable family room.
Strange bathroom, could be improved, but not a problem. No restaurant in place, and few options nearby.
4.5
Good location, views were amazing of Lake Batur, Mt Batur & Mt Abung.
Only recommendation would be some darker curtains

Good location and host was very helpful

We liked the property and the room. The separate attached rooms were perfect for us. The water machine when it was working was very nice to have.
The staff was sometimes difficult to find and was not responsive to our Whatsapp. The hot spring was inconsistently full (sometimes day and sometimes night). It was challenging to get rides to and from the hotel to activities in the area.

Very good brekfast convenient for vegetarians.
Beautiful room in a beautiful garden.
Very kind owner with great dogs.
Pool with hot springs in the area of the hotel.
Close to Mt. Batur climb. The hotel secure the trek for next day even though we arrived quite late.
Parking place for car in the area.
Flies (probably everywhere in this particular season).

It's kept clean and the staff is very friendly and accomodating.... Their hot pool is the icing on the charm...

Good staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice hot springs pool and great breakfast. Handy location. Late checkout.
Hard bed. Some people like hard beds though. The rooms need a fridge.

Location is good. Staff was very helpful. On very short notice they arrange Mt Batur tour with guide. Even owner drove us at 3.30am to the base of Batur and bring back at 8.15 am ...
He also arranged car from Batur to Ubud last minutes. Very helpful.
Price is little on high side.

Nice rooms, lovely bed
Difficult to communicate with staff. Owner just said yes and walked off most of the time.

Very pleasant two nights stay in the bungalow for my partner and I! Property is well-kept and staff was very friendly and accomodating. They can also help you arrange for a Mt Batur sunrise hike for a reasonable price. There is a convenience store next door and plenty of "warung" to eat nearby. We were also greeted by two really cute dogs who followed us to our bungalow :D
There was no air-conditioning, which was okay since the region is relatively cooler but it makes the room feels a bit stuffy sometimes. An addition of fly-screens on the windows may be good so we can let some fresh air in without getting a million insects in the room.

You can tell that the people running this place pour a lot of love into it. They are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good and the garden super nice. They also upgraded us to a room with lake view
Some places still need a little update but they are working on it

Enjoy your breakfast in pure connection with nature and you must to try Avocado directly from their garden

Location was near the start of our Mount Batur sunrise track. The location is right next to the Hot Springs. The buildings and garden of the guest house have nice aesthetics. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was good. The rooms, beds and bathroom were clean.
The interior design is a bit outdated, but it depends on you as a person whether that is important or not. There are a lot of flies, but I think it's impossible to escape that in this part of Bali.

Perfect area near houses. Its a garden where you can rest, have a meal and play with small dog;)
Perfect breakfast, fresh juice🍹, Bali coffee🫖☕️ with milk🥛 and tasty food🥞.
In the house a big shower. And also all things for bath, gel shower , body lotion 🧴, toothbrush 🪥and toothpaste, even needle 🪡 and threads🧵
I didn’t find something bad.

The view from the room was amazing! Clean room, new fasilities and complete. I love the bed so much and the interior u feel like at home.

It’s a good place with a great owner, we arrived with friends and checked in into 2 bungalow houses and 1 hotel room. bungalows were good and clean. there were a lot of ants in one house, but we turned to the staff and they immediately helped us and cleaned everything. there were also great travel kits in every room, they literally included everything needed👌🏽the bed linen and towels were clean and smelled good.
the owner and staff were friendly and understanding, our friends felt bad when we had to check out and we asked the owner to help us and let them stay for some more time (3-4 hours). we were ready to pay, of course, but the owner said “it’s ok, give extras to my staff if you wish”. that’s a good approach I think🙂
our friends lived in a hotel room and didn't find any towels there, but I think it's not actually a big problem, because there were always somebody of the staff outside and they were ready to help

Helpful owner, very cute dog, it’s clear they are working on some of the rooms to improve the capacity of the hotel. This place is coming back from Covid and doing their best to improve themselves!
There was miscommunication about breakfast, but the owner made it right! Bathroom facilities could be updated in the future.

The pillows were soft. That's it
The shower. The fact that I had to through my friend's room to get out and lock the door.
The staff. Not welcoming at all.

Location wasn't bad
Dogs on the premises was sweet and cute.
Bed and bed sheets were clean.
Staff was nice.
Restroom was dirty.
Walls were dirty
Floors felt dusty/grimey, I wasn't able to walk without shoes in the room
The towel rack in the restroom had dead bugs everywhere
Sink was disgusting, as if they didn't even attempt to wipe it down at least.
I understand being up in the mountains it's hard to get things or get rid of bugs and I understand that some things are out of your control, but being clean isn't that hard if you're running an establishment.
TBH I would not recommend or if you're only staying for a day.

The guesthouse has a beautiful garden, which is a perfect spot for delicious breakfast. Room was very clean.

Owner was awesome and really helpful. They are still in the process of putting the place together but that didn't get in the way of me enjoying my stay at all. It'll be the number 1 guest house in Kintamani for sure.

Beautiful location, with excellent views on the top level. Staff was very accommodating and putting in the effort to make it a pleasant stay. Not everything was perfect as the owner was still rebuilding the accommodation after the covid lockdowns, but he did all he could.
Shower did not work well, likely still a result from the lack of maintenance during covid. The owner is working on it to improve it.
You will need a guide to climb the volcano for sunrise and originally got overcharged by the owner who arranged the guide.
4.5
Large clean room, comfortable bed, and they provide toiletries. The host was very nice and super helpful with planning and arranging our time in Batur. The (western) breakfast was excellent with lots of fruit, fresh juice, coffee, and really good scrambled eggs.
4.0
Friendly staff and lovely garden. Nice beds!
Nothing disapointing but after two years of Covid everything has to start up again.
3.5
They are building up the place again, the hardworking co-owner is doing its best to make you feel at home. The lush garden is relaxed.
Some things are not perfected yet in the room. basic but clean, so still good price quality. For a walk up the hill or a Jeep safari a good starting point.
