Für den Preis geht es.

Die Abwicklung erfolgte reibungslos und eine grundlegende Ausstattung war vorhanden. Es war auch relativ sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nur mit dem nötigsten und günstigsten ausgestattet. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und bei einigen das Lattenrost teilweise durchgebrochen.

Very pleasant and satisfying stay in a very good location.

Very clean and good facilities, a few pots, pans, plates and cutlery was provided, 2 towels were provided per person which is perfect. The apartment itself is very well located and very well maintained.

I would have liked to have maybe a few more pots maybe for boiling pasta and making a sauce, the check-in time and checkout times are not the very best. Delaying checkout by maybe an hour or two and preponing check-in by an hour or two would make the property perfect.

Sehr gutes Appartement für einen Citytrip nach Prag

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr guter Check - in . Alles sauber und gut durchdacht. Gute Lage - wir würden wieder kommen!

6 Personen wurden auf 2 Zimmer aufgeteilt - für uns hat das gepasst, aber wir konnten diese Info vorab nirgendswo herauslesen. Das könnte man vlt genauer beschreiben.

Suitable for students on spring break but not families.

Very good location.

The dishwasher did not work and the was not enough cutlery and cooking utensils. I informed the reception but nothing was done about it. There were no sofas to sit on only beds in every room.

Big and spacious place right in the center. Comfy beds and a little balcony.

The service could have been better. First thing we asked to provide an AC or a van cause that is what I expect from a host to give the guests a pleasant stay in this heat. We were told that the next day the housekeeping would bring a van. Nobody ever showed up. Called again and we've been told that there is no van anymore. We also asked for a new key since the one we used was about to break - we never received a new key because nobody was there to talk to or the message was not send to the responsible person. We had to ask to get some tabs for the dishwasher since you don’t really get any equipment to clean. Again nobody ever told the poor cleaning lady to bring us the tabs. This is a low service for your guests! Additionally the floors where not super clean. Walking barefoot or with socks - the socks/feet were dirty.

Incompetent personnel and dirty apartments.

We were given the wrong keys in checking, after uncounted tries to open our apartment we tried on the apartment in the next door and we were able to open other guests’ apartment!! We even saw their backpacks and belongings that were totally unsecured. After about half an hour of trying and an additional half an hour of waiting the receptionist gave us the right keys. The apartment was dirty and smelly. Dirty floors as we were clearly able to see footprints, dirty toilets, smelly bedding. The sink was clogged. absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favour and steer away from this place.

Great choice

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, beds ok comfortable, heating excellent, bathroom excellent.

I didn't like that there are no dishes for food preparation, kitchen towels, paper towels..

I enjoyed the location and the view from my room. but on my last night because I didn’t like the way I was treated I boo

location, view and size of rooms were very good.

the staff was very very very rude. the person handling check in was very very rude. first they would never answer my calls. I land into a foreign land and I was on the road with my bags and no help from the staff. they said check in at 3 on email. other than that the person never answered my calls. I called 10 times. the person picked up once and very rude answered don’t keep calling. I can’t help you. I come at 3. and no space to keep my bags or anything. no help in terms of where to sit for the time being. I mean the person handling check in cAn be considerate. explain clearly and suggest that you may sit at this coffee shop or go here/there/anyplace with your bags. no help at all. at check in after 5 hrs they gave me wrong room. I booked balcony room and they gave me room on ground floor without balcony. then again I fought with the guy then he gave me the correct room. then at check in one of the mattress in the room was broken.

Generally, it had a good value. Perfect for a big family as the apartment is spacious. It would have been a great place

The apartment is huge and the location is great.

We had a problem with getting the key to the front door. The dishwasher had been broken for a while. One of the rooms did not have any curtains.

Things are not as advertised.

The apartments advertise to have a view, since they are near the river. Given the location of the building, it is impossible for any of the rooms to have a view of the river or anything interesting. Just the opposite building. The apartment also advertises to have sound insulation. Very much not the case. I had to move to sleep in the second room since a group of people came to the apartment next my bedroom in the middle of the night. There is a sofa indicated in the description, which is not true. It is essentially another double bed, which is fine if we were four, but it is impossible to sit there, you can just lie down on it.
