I wasn't happy with the stay.

It was clean and the interior looked nice.

It was a huge problem with the main entrance key-card in the building. It wasn't working and we could not go inside in the building. The contact guy was not friendly. He told that he knows it is a problem and the card is not working and if we are not happy we can leave to find a new place. This was at 19.30 in the night when we arrived. I was with a disabled person so I could not do this. I had to wait till someone who was living there came to the building and opened the door. When I wanted to go to buy some food, it was already late and I had to wait 30 minutes till someone came. I wasn't happy with the stay there and the way how the contact person talked with us it was really not correct and nice, you cannot send someone looking for a new location and he would send the money back. It isn't professional. The bathroom is having a smell and the shout curtain has mold.

Nice place in a good area of the city.

The apartment was very cozy and confortable. We had everything we needed.

The area is very nice and quite. The apartment has a big terrace with a nice view. Overall the apartment is clean and comfortable.

Great option in Cluj

I felt like home. We arrived a bit late than expected and this wasn't an issue - the owner gave us all the instructions on how to get the keys and access the apartment. The appartement os well equipped, close to a mall but in a quiet area. The free parking was also something we where looking for when booking it.

The only issue was with the geo-location - it got us to a close by building - so I needed an extra 5 minutes to find the entrance and the parking - but this is perhaps I did not set the destination correctly. Overall - fully recommend the place for families with children.
