Very accessible location. I had a very comfortable stay.

I booked a studio room with a twin bed, but they gave a loft type where there were 4 of us in a room. I complain and they give me a studio but with a bunk bed instead. It was a big room and somehow I had a pleasant stay there for 3 nights.

This is the best place for trips when you are in Makati and near cities in the metro.

As always, this place is so convenient when I am in Makati. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Bed assignment should be strictly followed by guests. This recent stay, my bed was occupied by a new guests when I returned to the place from a business meeting. Happened two consecutive nights so it really pissed me when new guests don’t follow rules. Not the property’s fault as they took immediate action of the incidents, but could be avoided next time if stricter rules will be put in place.

I don't mind it for one night.

I did not spend too much time in the room. I would recommend walking through from Del Arosa instead of Armosolo St. It just feels safer at night. The checkout times are adhered to strictly. If you say 12pm, make sure you are out before then to avoid having your access jammed. They will reset it but it is a hassle when your stuff is in the room.

WiFi was not that great. Only available in lobby.

The Flat is located at the center of makati. friendly guard staff upon check in & check out.

Only towel provided. All some needs like water or plate should be provided by your own. This place looks perfect for long terms lease.
