Awful,we only stayed the first night and had to find somewhere else

It was quite clean,and had good views from the balcony

It was in an awful building,very dark and unlit corridors,the door was very difficult to open,the bed was small and hard no proper bedding,the sofa bed was uncomfortable and no bedding,not safe for kids with glass tables .No air on which was unbearable in the heat

Could have been better. but ok we had a good in tenarife

The location was good . The property was clean

Photos on line are quite misleading it’s small . Balcony chairs very uncomfortable bed only 4.6 feet .towels worn and cheap . Only 2 pillows on bed . Building looks quite run down

Disappointing but accommodation was very good

The apartment was modern and the pool.

We arrived on the Thursday and didn’t get the pool key until Monday. The weather for the first 4 days was fantastic so it was very unsatisfactory not to have access to the pool as the pool was the main reason for booking this accommodation

Location is great, very nice swimming pool, view from apartment is beautiful.

The building is dated and needs refurbishment, the sofas need to be replaced or need a cover and I would start thinking of a make over as the furniture is dated. However for the two of us it was ideal.

Perfect Apartment for Location, Price and Friendliness

There is nothing to fault about this apartment, everything is perfect and more than what we could have asked for. Firstly, the outside of the building is slightly deceiving but when arriving to the actual apartment, we were blown away. It was pretty spacious for 2 people, and everything about it was clean, comfortable and well laid out. There were multiple useful bits left for use like a clothes horse, pegs, a bin, washing up liquid, glasses, pans etc, we were not sort of anything. There was extra towels, plus beach towels and a beach umbrella. There were little soaps and shampoos left, as we flew in on a Sunday, not all shops were open so they were helpful for the first day. The location is another thing, it is perfectly centred in the middle of everything, nothing is not walkable or accessible. We had rented a car to do other actives outside of playa de las americas, and we never had to use the car once to get to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars. it was ideal, the main strip is only a 5-7 minute walk, and there is a great lane way to access some smaller Irish bars and the beach, right beside the apartment. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and approachable. They made sure to check in with us on multiple occasions during the trip to ensure everything was okay and to see if we wanted/needed anything. I knew they were only an email or phone call away if I was unsure of anything or needed their help. The price of this apartment is so perfect, we had seen other hotels and apartments up for triple the price, but this one was just perfect, 100% worth the money. The comfort and flexibility of having an apartment is much more suited to couples and those travelling to relax. The washing machine was a huge help too! The pool was great, very comfortable, quiet at times, plenty of space to be in the sun or shade, loads of sun beds, plenty of umbrella weights and showers too. The sun hit there all day and there was a nice breeze to relax and cool you down.

The apartment building is a little bit deceiving, but once inside the apartment that worry or anxiety disappears.

Clean & great location

We have just had a 3 night stay at this apartment in Villa Honda and had a great stay. The apartment is in a great central location, very quiet but close to the nightlife/ restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Check in was easy we arrived at the apartment late and were given instructions on how to use a key safe to gain entry. Overall great stay and worth a visit !

Our only negative was that the towels did not smell too fresh and we felt it was a bit of a shame that as we arrived fairly late we had to make our own sofa bed up despite specifying the room was for 4 adults.

Superb location, very clean apartment, everything you needed and highly recommended.

Perfect location - so convenient to everything and very quiet. Everything was there that we needed. Great communication by the agents.

The sliding bathroom door should be solid as you could see through it when using the toilet!

Disappointing

Location and views

Cockroaches kept coming at night every night Apartment looks smaller than in pictures We didnt get much help from the host Strong noise every day from construction works The apartment comes with the bare minimum. We had to get everything else to clean and cook

Nice teleworking and holiday stay

Beautiful appartment, even with washing machine, nice view, perfect Internet connection, great location, good towels and good hairdryer, kitchen also with oven, supermarkets and gym 5 mins walking distance

Occasional construction work in the house and in the neighbourhood, occasionally bugs under the sink but they provided a spray, no sunbeds around pool because of Covid (for info pool not heated, as expected)
