The terass was ok for evenings. Pool is great!
Location is NOT as promised
Not 3 real bedrooms, one is in the hall / seating area, no door to have privacy in the third room!
No Pool view
The final payment are totally off the charts. We got scammed by the owner who presented a handwritten bill for 865 Euro. Unfortunately I wasn't there and the bill got paid as the company had to rush to a train. All information is included in the review photos..
We have had discussions with Booking.com where the hotel offered to pay back a make-up number of 124 Euro that we don't accept, now the hotel are making up stories that we have broken things in the room.
One of our friends who made a low review of the hotel have been harassed by the hotel about changing the review made.
All summary about the hotel are in the included photos.

The pool
Everything else. We stayed at the villago- an old barrack in the middle of a farm field. Everything was very old and rotting. The cleanliness was miserable. Our youngest daughter was eaten up the first night by bedbugs. Really horrible. The breakfast was tolerable but the costly dinners were nothing but disappointing. The watery tasted red wine, the sour white wine and all the other food where surely not locally but best case from a very cheap store. PS: I never drunk a bad wine in Italy… till now. For 3 days our 5 headed family payed more than 1300€ and after that the host bagged us to rate her with a 10. That was the cherry on the cake.

the surroundings are tranquil, vast and beautiful. great if you just want to reconnect a bit within. the hospitality of Signora Giovanna and Teresa was exceptional. since I arrived without a car, these lovely ladies even took me to the city center when needed. it felt like being in a traditional Italian home. the location was a bit further out than showed on booking but absolutely no problem when you have a car. the single room is a bit dated & moderately equipped, so if you want a more elevated experience, I’d recommend you book the suite, they are more spacious, glorious and well-equipped. the pool will only be opened later in the summer, so I can’t say anything about it. overall the land is peaceful, surrounded by nature and host is fantastic and really lovely. I’d love Signora Giovana to have more manpower to keep the beauty & spirit of this place alive. Grazie mille

Our experience of this place was not good unfortunately. We are a family of 4 and were really excited about the Agro turismo experience but this was nothing like what we had imagined. The whole place looks run down and in serious need of some TLC. The rooms we were taken to off site was basically a run down shack in the middle of a field. Nothing looked like it worked properly (air con unit leaking down the walls) and you would not want to cook anything in the kitchen. Couldn’t see the pool anywhere 🤷♀️. The photos are NOTHING like what we experienced at all. I think they are from a very long time ago! Ended up having to find alternative accommodation and was flat refused any kind of refund. Do not pay for this property up front!! It was the most expensive place we reserved on our trip and was easily the worst…what a let down! 😩😩

This is the best place I have ever stayed in! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome by Giovanna and all the amazing staff. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean - it even had a fridge and a lovely outdoor seating area where I could watch the sunrise in the morning. It was so relaxing, the perfect place to read my books and drink a nice cold beer from the fridge. The pool was also fantastic. And the food was incredible!!! So fresh and delicious and there were so many courses that I had to skip lunch in order to make room for it all! The breakfast was amazing too - all the lovely cakes, pastries, fruits, yoghurts and great coffee too. I highly recommend staying here or even just coming for dinner - it really is wonderful and it’s only a 15 minute walk to the centre, down a lovely little lane, so it’s close enough to the action but also so peaceful and quiet that you feel like you’re in the middle of the countryside. I really didn’t want to leave and I’m really looking forward to coming back.

Excellent location, close to the city, but I think you can only get there by car, Maria is a stunning and nice woman and received us really nicely, the apartment is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, there is air conditioning in all the rooms and this is important because it is very hot! There is a daily cleaning service, but towels are not changed, the pool is really, really beautiful, big and fun, there is also a buffet in the pool
Very old furniture, weak current in the shower, almost no one speaks English and it is very difficult to communicate. Breakfast consists mainly of sweet pastries. They promised that there would be a coffee machine and an electric kettle but there wasn't, she brought us a machine that we couldn't turn on.

We had an amazing stay at the agriturismo Torre Pinta! The hostess Giovanna was absolutely wonderful and treated us like family! She was there for whatever we needed at any time of the day. She made sure that we had drinks available in our room as soon as we got there and she even gave us cake as soon as we arrived. Our dinner there at night was one of the best dinners we have ever had. The appetizers were absolutely delicious and the dishes just kept on coming! The 3 bedroom villa we had was so spacious and comfortable and there was enough room for at least 7 people! While the place was not in walking distance to the beach, it did have a pool, which our young kids just loved and it was only a 5 minute drive to the town of Otranto. I can't say enough good things about Torre Pinta and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Otranto! We would definitely go back and stay there again!

If you want to see the real Italy, go there. Signora Giovana is the heart of Tore Pinta. Her hospitality, helpful and delicious food... That is Tore Pinta. Lot of plantscape, cicadas. We felt like in an Italian film.

A window into the real Salento of Italy. Fantastic home cooking and a host who was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This place is a nod to traditional Italy from the decor to the food which we loved. The staff were excellent and very attentive even through the language barrier. The swimming pool seems brand new and has a bar too which was great. The distance from the beach is a little longer than stated but it’s a nice walk down past the harbour and through the old town.

Great location - short walk to the town and feels super remote once you're in the hills! Super friendly family and beautiful food. The pool is a real gem for it's location too. Oh and the cakes! Wow.
We'd have preferred the music around the pool more peaceful (but maybe we're the minority here!)
