Truely Exceptional stay at a Beautiful Resort

The private villa was exquisite. Luxurious design and excellent comfort. Staff was very hospitable and addressed my needs in timely manner. The location of the hotel is exceptional and views are phenomenol. Lot of good spots to take some great shots with your partner and family within the boundaries of the resort.

Breakfast was good but could have been better if more intercontinental options are added to the menu.

الغابه خلف الفندق رائعه - ومشكله السعر

1- خلف الفندق توحد غابة جميلة جدا مع انهار ومطاعم 2 - توجد عائلات سعوديه كثيرة تسكن الفندق 3 - تعامل الموظفين وسرعة الاستجابة 4- توصيل وجبه العشاء إلى الشاليه 5 - خدمة السيارة من الاستقبال إلى الشاليه

راحة الحمام سعر الفيلا موقع ليس على مرتفع

Отель находится в очень живописном месте,номера чистые,мебель в номере новая,еда вкусная,воздух потрясающий.

Были перебои с wi-fi,на улице бассейн без подогрева,вода холодная,персонал ответил,что это летний бассейн,хотя надо понимать,что отель находится в горах,где соотвественно другой климат,ночи прохладные,может идти дождь.

الموقع رهيب و ملاصق للفندق حديقه جابالا لاند 13 دقيقه مشي او 3 دقاق بالسياره جميع طاقم العمل من خدمه الغرف الي المزارعين و الاداريين لطيفييين اطلاله الغرفه على الجبل رهيييبه الغرف كبيره جدا و تم تحديثها قريبا الحمام كبير و البلكونه كبيره بوفيه الافطار و العشاء كبير و متنوع يوجد حمام سباحه مغطى و اخر مفتوح و اخر للاطفال يوجد منطقه العاب للاطفال حديقه الفندق كبيره و جميله جدا و مرتبه الاخ علي عند الاستقبال خدوم و متعاون يستمع لراي النزلاء لتطوير خدمات الفندق موقع الفندق قريب من معظم الاماكن السياحيه في جابالا و المحلات و المطاعم يوجد شطاف في الحمام يستاهل المبلغ المدفوع للغرفه و نرجع له مره اخرى ان شاءالله

الهواء البارد و النقي عند فتح النافذه جميل جدا خاصه الشبك موجود لمنع الحشرات فقط ريحه السجاير من الغرف المجاوره عند تدخينهم في البلكونه تدخل الغرفه و تكون مزعجه

Absolutely Fab Stay. Great location.

Everything is absolutely top notch, Mr. Emil has arranged all sort of things that we have requested. We have celebrated my partners birthday at one of the Villas and he arranged us the beautiful bouquet and yummy cake. He is simply Amazing Host, Highly recommended and we loved everything about the property.

All Great as far as our stay is concerned.

تجربة لن تتكرر..!

اعجبني التصوير المكان في الظاهر جميل ولكن هناك بعض الأشياء لم تعجبني بتاتا اتمنى من إدارة البوكنق النظر في الموضوع...!

1- تجاوب فريق العمل جدا بطيئ. 2- حجزنا فيلا رقم 108 وفي الليل تفاجئنا بوجود فئران في غرفة النوم!! لم يكن واحد كانو ثلاثه!! اتصلت بخدمة الغرف والاستقبال واخبرتهم بالأمر وطلبت تغير الغرفة لاننا غير قادرين على النوم في هذا المكان.. للأسف قالو لنا ان الفندق ممتلئ!! ولم يجدو لنا حل مقنع اضطررت للسهر ذالك اليوم بنتظار الصباح للخروج من الفندق للاسف تجربة لن اكررها واتمنا من إدارة البوكنق النظر في الموضوع..

A very pleasant hotel for leisre and relaxation.

Very clean. Excellent pool. Good facilities. Amongst the staff Ali Ahmed was particularly helpful.

Difficult to organise tours, staff did not have much information about tour organisations.

كل شيء المرافق الخدمة النظافة والتعامل بشاشة الموظفين والافطار واخص بالذكر بذلك تورال tural شخص كريم وخلوق واحترافي للغاية ولا انسى ايضا فريدا frida قدمت القهوة بشكل رائع ايضا موظفون الاستقبال توركان turkan وارسلان arslan والشخص المتحدث باللغة العربية كل الموظفين كانوا رائعين بدون استثناءات

Cozy and nice stay.

Very good breakfast and nice indoor swimming pool and spa. Very helpful staff. Property manager is very approachable and helpful.

Villa a bit run down but ok for price. Had a slight unpleasant smell from toilet. Staff always helped when asked and found solutions.

An amazing peaceful retreat

The location, and staff was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet for food was also amazing, the major highlights were the rooms, the swimming pool and the spa centre . Also the hotel was right next to the cable car station

Great Getaway location....

Premium property in Gabala. Fantastic Garden. View from Breakfast is so refreshing. Property was almost empty, due to off season as well as renovation works ongoing. But property has taken all steps not to disturb the guests and keep all necessary facilities functional. Got an upgrade to a 2 bed villa. The Gabala Ropeline entry is next door (50 Mtrs) from villa we stayed. Mr. Emil (Front office manager) was very supportive, right from day we landed airport till we completed our hotel stay.

Some furniture is worn down.

Amazing location which is at the slopes of the Great Caucasian Mountains. Indeed, fresh air. calming nature view.

Sleeping in the morning was difficult because of the transparency of the curtains. No microwave in the villa and thats the case in all Azerbaijan hotels Dinner buffet until 9 pm, wish it was until 10pm Un heated inner door swimming pool

Amazing hotel with amazing service.

The property is located in stunning mountain location with convenient rope line station (walking distance). The hotel is very well maintained with good size out door swimming pool and spa services . Highly recommend deep massage service. The dinner and breakfast were very delicious with many of vegetarian choices. The rooms are very spacious with mini bar service and beautiful smell in. The most important that all staff was extremely friendly and polite especially manager Emil from the first step into hotel he welcomed us and offered his assistance. This hotel is 100% 5star hotel with customer focused services. I would like to thanks to making our service pleasant and memorable. Thank you.
