You will enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms with new bedding:
* bedroom of 20 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed, a cot and a large wardrobe
* bedroom of 20 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 190 bed
* bedroom of 12 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed, a large wardrobe and direct access to the bathroom
You will share your meals and your moments of relaxation in the living room in a main room of 70 m2.
You will have:
* a fully fitted functional kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, American fridge) and equipped (coffee maker, senséo, toaster, kettle, crockery accordingly)
* a bathroom with shower, bath and sink
* a bathroom with shower

We had a family holiday with grandparents , children and 5 grandchildren 2-10
The photos don’t show how lovely the property is , a large central room with big dinning table and sitting area was great for all generations to sit and play.
All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds , 2 downstairs and 4 upstairs with a big landing with football table and a quieter sitting area
The kitchen was very well equipped, high standard of pans , plates etc
The back garden was a big grassy space which was great for lots of games and running around space . The front garden was private with shady areas to sit in when it was sunny
It is located on the edge of the village so very peaceful , but conveniently only 5 mins drive to Oisemont where there was an Intermarche
Florence was so helpful , there to meet us upon arrival suggested places to visit .
We had a problem with one of the showers and Florence and her husband arrived that evening to fix the problem
We would definitely return to this property
If the weather is hot would recommend bringing fans for the upstairs bedrooms

We arrived 2 hours late, yet we were greeted with a smile. The owner was REALLY welcoming and helpful and took us to the supermarket (we were on motorcycle).
We really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and condiments. Most villa we have been to are completely.
We are already looking to book again for next year.

The house is great - very spacious, well equipped and clean. There was a plentiful supply of logs for the wood burner and the house was generally very warm.
Whilst it is located in a small village, Abbeville and Amiens are close-by for days out, and the supermarket in the next town is just a short drive away.
Florence was very helpful and provided lots of information about the house and local area. Thank you!

We go to France every year with a friend group. This year we wanted to be near the sea and booked this accomodation. The house was even bigger and more beautiful than in the pictures. The owner greeted us at check in and ensured we would have a pleasant stay. She had great tips on activities in the surrounding area.
The accomodation was in a great area with enough activities and the home itself was so nice that it was also great to stay there for a day and drink some wine in the backyard.
All in all, I would recommend this accomodations to families and groups.

Wonderful stay! The gîte is an impressive building and was very clean. We loved that there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family gathering. The gardens were great for eating outside and letting the children run around safely. There’s so many fun things for kids to play with that mine didn’t want to leave! The host was extremely quick to respond and help with any questions I had during the booking process.

Spacious, country property with very large garden in a sleepy village. The property was well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including an electric grill and a racketeering grill. We did find the induction hob a little confusing initially. The bedrooms were spacious too. The Somme area is full of history and there are pretty and interesting coastal towns to explore. Our three generations of family had a great stay.

Huge gite that has all the mod-cons and everything you need for a stay in the countryside. The gite has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and tastefully decorated bedrooms. We relaxed here as a family after a busy and intense 3 day trip to Disneyland. Each with our own rooms and a large communal area, the gite provided everything we needed for our stay. Florence is a great host and even bought some very lovely gifts for the children in the family. We will definitely come back in the summer with grandparents and when we can make best use of the outdoors!

Great holiday in a fantastic property owned by wonderful hosts.
This is a fabulous property for a holiday for people of all ages. It is suitable for people with limited mobility, a ground floor bedroom and walk-in shower suited my elderly father well but there is also plenty of space for children with a good selection of outdoor toys and a large enclosed garden. The accommodation is very well equipped to a high standard and is well managed by the very helpful and friendly owners. We could not fault out stay, everything was perfect.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique propriété. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très spacieuse. Les petites attentions de Florence nous ont fait très plaisir à notre arrivée!

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire Florence qui mériterait bien les" cinq étoiles"!
Les locaux étaient parfaits, deux salles de bain et deux WC indépendants, c'est le top! belle cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut... et un espace de vie imposant avec une cheminée Godin dont nous avons profité pleinement (presque tous les jours!)
Garer sa voiture dans la propriété est important, et profiter de la terrasse à l'arrière ouverte sur un espace verdoyant et au calme.
Et finalement entre la baie de Somme au nord avec le parc du Marquenterre et les phoques au Hourtel, Le Tréport et Mers les Bains tout près et les falaises d'Etretat plus au sud, nous étions bien situés avec l'autoroute pas loin.

Un petit coin de paradis
Après un accueil des plus chaleureux, nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte spacieux et très confortable. Il est parfaitement bien équipé et très propre et décoré avec goût.

Accueil à l’arrivée chaleureux et convivial par Florence . Gîte extrêmement agréable et bien aménagé. Secteur calme. Terrain clôt et arboré. Jouets, vélos …. Les enfants ont adoré ainsi que leurs surprises offertes par les propriétaires à leur attention . Nous aussi avons apprécié les « cadeaux de bienvenue » .
Nous avons loué les linges de lits et de toilette . Et pas déçu de l’avoir fait. Nous recommencerons la prochaine fois .

Espace et calme.
Quel bonheur d'avoir poussé la porte de cette maison. Chacun a tranquillement la place d'évoluer à son rythme et le calme des environs est reposant.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie agréable, vous séjournerez dans des lits de 160.
Les salles de bain sont fonctionnels et bien équipées; gros plus pour la baignoire balnéo à savourer après une bonne balade.
La cuisine très bien équipée vous permettra de régaler tout le monde où vous pouvez laisser les autres convives cuisiner pour vous.
Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un moment agréable.
Nous y étions pour le weekend de Pâques et les propriétaires ont eu de très gentilles attentions pour notre fille et nous n'avons pas été oublié en tant qu'adulte.
Les propriétaires vous conseilleront de bonnes adresses pour découvrir le coin et allez chercher du bon miel à deux pas de la maison.
Et je vous laisse découvrir la surprise à l'arrière de la maison qui ne figure pas encore sur les photos.
Il y a plein de jeux mis à disposition pour les enfants font une super cuisine avec dinette très complète.

Allereerst werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren.
Na een goede uitleg over de complete en perfecte woning en een enthousiaste informatie over de omgeving, hebben we een week genoten van een heel comfortabel huis waar het ons aan niets ontbrak. Ik zou deze locatie iedereen aanbevelen.
Wij komen volgend jaar zeker terug.

Prachtige ruime woning
We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in de mooie ruime woning van Florence en Franck. Bij aankomst stonden er cadeautjes klaar. Erg leuk! We vonden de bedden wel hard en de inhoud van de boiler voor het warme water was niet altijd genoeg voor ons. De keuken was fijn en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De open haard en houtkachel waren fijn. Het contact met Florence was erg leuk en goed. Ze had zelfs nog cadeaus voor onze hond! Ook leuke uitstapjes gemaakt in de omgeving. Kortom een aanrader voor een vakantie op het rustige Franse platteland.

A not-so-humble haven in the country
Beautiful, well-maintained, expansive property with gardens galore and a laid-back vibe that made it perfect for a family getaway. The location is ideal, as the winding country roads are great for cycling and jogging, but the buzz of a city with a UNESCO-listed Cathedral and world-class shopping is just a short drive away. There's a good grocery store nearby, and a cozy modern kitchen to cook in. This is just what we needed in a challenging year, and we hope to return to recharge soon!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit, in diesem wunderschönen Haus unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Möglichkeit, abends ein Feuer im Kamin zu machen bei eher kühlen Sommertagen haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf. Wir waren aber froh, mit dem Auto dort gewesen zu sein, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch das Meer doch einiges entfernt ist. Florence war sehr herzlich zu uns, wir konnten alles unkompliziert regeln.

Très deçus
Nous avons été très déçu de la qualité de ce gîte. Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour du a des odeurs fortes d' humidité et de moisissures dans la maison camouflés par des appareils Airwick placés un peu partout. Apparement il y a eu des dégats des eaux qui non pas bien ou trop vite été réparés ("masqués").
La salle de bain n' était pas propre. Des cheveux dans la baignoire et le bain bulles qui crache des particules noirs.
Quand aux lits, on dort mieux sur un matelat pneumatique que sur les matelats dans le gîte.

havre de paix aux portes des sites naturels remarquables
Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison aux espaces bien pensés qui permettent à chacun de se sentir à l'aise. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et conçues pour y loger tout petits, enfants et adultes. La pièce principale avec ses grandes baies vitrées permet au jardin et aux roses de s'inviter et la grande table en bois de s'installer très confortablement autour des repas préparés dans une cuisine très bien équipée.
Une location absolument conforme au descriptif, avec du matériel et des meubles qualitatifs et située dans un petit village paisible qui permet de rejoindre très rapidement les sites les plus touristiques de la baie de Somme.
Notre famille a été charmée par cette grande maison mais aussi par l'accueil de ses hôtes. D'une grande sympathie, charmants, tout aussi à l'écoute que discrets.
Et que dire des petites attentions gourmandes qui nous attendaient ! Et des cadeaux pour notre petite Valentine.
Merci à vous de nous avoir permis de vivre cet agréable séjour. Nous pensons revenir en avril pour goûter à la mer en colère et nous réchauffer à vos cheminées.
Nos 2 chiens ont adoré la liberté offerte par votre immense jardin clos.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ländlicher Umgebung
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Ferienhaus "Au fil de Neuville" verbracht. Das Haus ist großzügig und gemütlich, modern und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist einfach herrlich.

Une magnifique demeure restaurée avec goût et qualité, un accueil réél des hôtes et un environnement apaisant. Nous y avons séjourné avec plaisir tout comme notre chien qui a apprécié le -très- grand jardin clos et arboré et les chemins entre forêt et champs.

Séjour au calme à Neuville au bois
Le gîte de Florence est situé dans un village très calme. La maison a été refaite avec goût il y a peu. Elle est spacieuse et bien agencée. Ma femme, mes deux enfants et moi l'avons énormément apprécié. Le jardin est grand et clôturé, c'est donc parfait pour les enfants.
Je conseille vivement ce gîte pour tous ceux qui souhaitent un endroit au calme pour se reposer en famille.

Séjour proche baie de somme
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gite très grand et très bien équipé (la cuisine et les accessoires culianires tout particulièrement, il ne manque vraiment rien et toute la vaisselle est jolie et en nombre ce qui est rare dans les locations saisonnières). Le jardin est clos et immense, on peut se dépenser (jeux de ballons, raquettes de badminton, jeux divers et vélos mis à disposition), déjeuner dehors sans aucun voisin et profiter du calme et du soleil.
Tout est fait pour faire passer un séjour agréable. Nous avons d'ailleurs découvert les confitures de Mme Defacque + le gateau battu, attention sympathique des hôtes à notre arrivée. Merci beaucoup, Florence!
Je recommande vivment ce gite pour un séjour au calme avec pour seuls voisins les petits oiseaux qui, eux aussi, semblent apprécier la vaste pelouse et le saule.

Le gîte est très agréable, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
L'équipement est idéal pour les enfants, la cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée et la literie est très confortable.
Les deux cheminées sont parfaites pour les soirées au coin du feu. La gentillesse des propriétaires et la propreté des lieux sont de vrais plus.
Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, visiter la belle baie de somme.
