The location was perfect as we were looking for something close to shopping and trails. The apartment was clean and met our needs.

Great townhome! There was just two of us but there are 3 bedrooms each on a separate floor. The master bed was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and we really enjoyed the fireplaces and the hot tub. It is a really cute neighborhood, conveniently located near grocery store, restaurants and ski resorts. We would definitely stay here again.

There were problems with our stay. Three weeks post trip no contact from Vacasa. Received many promises that Vacasa would contact us to discuss our stay but not a word. Really a shame because under normal circumstances it would have been a great place to stay.

Great property with easy access to the I-80 and downtown Park City. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the multiple bathrooms were great asset. The only thing I would say is just need to bring in any condiments or cooking oils and seasonings. Again overall great value and stay!

This is a most comfortable home away from home. It has all of the amenities one would desire! Highly recommend this home for 6 or less people!

Townhouse has 3 bdrm/ 3 ba, each in separate floors- great layout for us and 2 grown children. Well located and well appointed. Special shoutout to Local Manager Sara. When are travel plans were delayed she was exceptionally kind and helpful- thanks so much Sara!!

This house was in a fantastic location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were even able to fit our Chevy Suburban in the garage if we tucked the side mirrors! The snow removal services provided by the development were wonderful, and despite the snow storm we never struggled to get in or out of the complex. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice plus. I highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

This was a cute little place. We went during the summer, so it was warm. There is no AC, there are box fans that didnt really do a lot during the day to cool the house down. There is a hot tub outside the main floor bedroom. It is dated and was not in great condition. Some of the jets did not work and the temperature control did not work, The house had plenty of amenities for us and in general it was nice. We could not fit our lifted truck into the garage but that was fine, It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do. Overall, no real problems.

The property was perfect for our family to enjoy a week of skiing at Park City and the Canyons. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with paper products, soaps, etc. and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook but no spices or condiments. We rented a vehicle at the airport which was very helpful. There is a super Walmart as well as a Smiths grocery store just a few minutes drive from the condo. We would definitely stay here again when in Park City.

We never did get to watch tv in the main living room or the main floor bed room because a guy showed up and then left said he would come back but didn’t! The heat control was to complex to figure out so we had to have windows open the whole time to keep the house comfortable and the blinds in the main bedroom were and still are in need of repair! Other than that the house is beautiful and we enjoyed it thank you

This spacious vacation home is well positioned between Kimble junction and Park City with the Canyons a short distance away
The house is well equipped with clean white towels and white fresh bed linens (surprised not to see mattresses or pillow protectors).
Only salt and pepper are provided so anything required for cooking has to be purchased
Toilet rolls and a daily dishwasher tablet are provided. The dishwasher isn’t particularly effective as some of the cutlery, crockery and pans were not clean on arrival
Internet was fast and efficient with only a couple of episodes when it went down but restarted after few minutes
There are no instructions in the house for TV etc and no information on local area or contact number for any problems
The house is in a terrace and the neighbours either side could be heard - take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the thin stud walls allow the neighbours snoring to be clearly heard
Despite the bear hallow rules of quiet after 9,00 we did experience nuisance loud music until 2,00am on a couple of occasions. This was from across the road I believe and very intrusive as mentioned in another previous reviewer of this home
There is no telephone in the house
Despite these honest and constructive points, we did enjoy staying at this home which is very comfortable a with efficient heating and fires
We did not use the hot tub but be warned it is checked once a week with key access through the house even if the guests are not present (we were not made aware of this),

The house was great and had plenty or room for all of us. It’s a great location, you have the shopping center two minutes away. We would come back again.

Great place for a large group!
We loved staying here. Lots of bed space for a large family. Great area with everything you need in a short distance. Communication was great and they were very responsive to what we needed. We had an internet problem (that was not the fault of the owners) and they had someone over there to fix it within hours. Highly impressive. I would definitely stay there again!!!

No AC
It was in a nice location and fit our needs. Our only complaint was that there was no air conditioning or if there was we couldn’t get it to work. Lucky for us it cooled off the second day.

DO NOT STAY HERE! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! LEFT EARLY! NO COMMUNICATION!
Do not stay at this unit, or any managed by Vacasa! We booked this unit for a nice relaxing weekend, wanted to watch Wimbledon and the World Cup, and were traveling with 2 pregnant women and a 3-year old. Upon arrival, the TV didn't work and the Wifi was out of service. We called the Vacas line several times, each time they said "Oh, we'll get you in touch with the Local Manager and they'll reach out immediately." We never received a call from anyone. We ended up calling Comcast to help them diagnose the issue. They tried, but because we weren't the Account Owner and didn't have the Account Number, they couldn't send a technician out. So we again called Vacasa letting them know, and got no reply.
Additionally, the unit does not have AC! And yes, I completely get that it is not advertised as having AC, but when a unit doesn't get below 84 degrees, it is not even livable! We asked Vacasa if they could help us find another unit in the complex, that we'd be happy to pay any additional fees, and nothing. No response, no communication, nothing. We made it 18 hours. By 1 PM on our first day, we were already looking for a new place to stay.
And we found one! The Silver King lodge at Park City. GO HERE AND BOOK A PLACE! GOOGLE ALL SEASON RESORTS LODGING! We found a nice 2-bedroom 2 bathroom unit, the AC worked, the Wifi was fast, and the Cable TV worked. We even had a hot tub in our room. The pool was down the hall, a full gym, and we were walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort, where we went on the alpine slide and lifts. We had house keeping come as well, and the hotel was extremely responsive whenever we had a request.
Trust me, do not book this unit. With the availability of hotels, it's just not worth it. All we wanted was someone to call us back and help us figure out the situation. Clearly I made an initial mistake in not realizing there was no AC, but we had such a poor customer experience in trying to get any sort of help with our situation.

Great place, quite place.

Comfortable, well-equipped kitchen and nice common areas (pool, park, bbq).
We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament at Willow Park. This townhome was close, convenient and comfortable. No AC, but cools down quickly at night. Outdoor pool and park in the common area was a bonus.

Cute home, well-located!
We enjoyed our stay in this little condo in a quiet neighborhood near so many fun activities! We had the little boys with us (twins, age 9)--they loved the cute woodsy decor and the comfortable bedrooms (they tried out both the twin beds on the lower floor and the queen on the main floor)--and the TV in their bedroom. The master bed and bath were comfortable--I loved the stone floor in the bath and shower and the double shower heads. The kitchen was well supplied with necessities (though there is little room to store one's own pantry items while there) and pleasant to prepare meals in.
Be aware that there is no air conditioning. We were there during warm weather. Opening windows in the evening will keep the lower floors cool, but the master bedroom was very warm on hot days and the windows and fans in the evening weren't quite enough to make it comfortable at night on those days. In cooler seasons, it would be perfect.
Close to the galleries and restaurants of Park City (for a splurge, try Firewood!) and Utah Olympic Park (the boys loved all the challenges there), and with easy access to mountain lakes, attractions in Salt Lake City, and other nearby locations (the Homestead Crater in Midway is a must!)--the location is a great hub for a good vacation. And if you ski--this is your heaven.
