This rare, one-of-a kind home has it all - ocean, river, and forest, hidden right in the heart of Yachats Village only steps away from shops and restaurants. Four thousand square feet of luxury living is nestled on its own private wooded acre, bordered by a quiet white sand beach. You’ll find the grounds as enchanting as the sea itself. Surrounded by towering spruce, ferns, and rhododendron, the immense yard has plenty of magical nooks and crannies for dogs, kids, and adults to explore, even a rustic firepit that's perfect for group gatherings. Leave that car parked and enjoy walking the beaches, trails, and all of Yachats from this hidden gem by the sea.

From the majestic great room to the formal dining room, over 70 feet of windowed walls offer breathtaking views of the open ocean and ever-changing Yachats Bay (sandy beaches, rock formations, and famous tide pools). You'll have the best seat in town for viewing Fourth of July fireworks and the Kite Festival. Yet another delight is the Yachats River, perfect for a summer swim.

Elegantly appointed with quality contemporary and antique furnishings, original paintings, and Persian rugs, the home is warm and inviting. Spacious rooms flow from one to another, providing multiple gathering areas perfect for entertaining or basking in a bit of privacy. A magnificent antique parlor stove greets you at the travertine entry, and museum quality minerals and fossils adorn the home. The vaulted great room offers two comfy seating areas facing the beautiful bow-windows and a quality Brunswick pool table is tucked in one corner. French doors lead to the adjoining family room with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo, and cozy wood-burning stove (wood is not provided).

From there, an archway opens onto the stunning chef's kitchen, outfitted with fine cutlery appliances, granite countertops, and more sweeping views! The huge granite island makes this fabulous kitchen the hub of the house and the elegant formal dining room seats 12 to 14 with four more at the island. Or, you can dine al fresco on the stylish custom picnic table that seats up to 16 outdoors. Also on the main level is the oversized garage, set up for children and adults with Ping-Pong, foosball, indoor basketball, and a flatscreen TV.

Downstairs provides more private space with plenty of room for kids, a Smart TV and DVD player, a spacious laundry room, more decks, and access to the hot tub and lower yard.

All bedrooms are outfitted with luxury linens. The oversized master suite is located on the main level and has a king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress for a dreamy night's sleep. On the same level is a huge second bedroom with another quality king bed and a twin trundle that allows for sleeping for up to four.

On the lower level, you'll find a private queen bedroom with a full hallway bath. The lower family room is outfitted with an American Leather sleeper sofa, touted as the world's most comfortable sleeper sofa. This platform system offers an incomparable queen-size memory foam mattress with no uncomfortable bars. In the same room are another twin trundle bed, comfy couches, and a third flatscreen TV and DVD player.

This very special property offers a perfect blend of forest and ocean, with direct access from the yard to the sandy beach and river. Walk north for a leisurely stroll along the stunning 804 trail, famous for its biodiversity, rocky shoreline, churning sprays, astonishing stone bridges, rich and abundant tide pools, and beautiful pocket beaches. Enjoy the viewpoints and seating along the way. The trail ends in seven miles of pristine white sand beach. For a more vigorous hike, wander south to the famous Amanda Indian Trail and hike amongst streams and old growth forest to Oregon's highest coastal peak, Cape Perpetua.

Come pamper yourself at Yachats Estate, and enjoy all that Yachats has to offer from this incomparable gem of the Oregon Coast!

This private home is spacious and has beautiful views. It has a large yard with beach access. Lots of amenities and a game room. We loved our stay!

-Good House is in a great location and has amazing views It’s big and spacious Decor is good Improvements Needed Pictures are outdated. Some things are no longer there like the basketball game and couch in the garage. Carpets are white and covered in stains and are filthy. House allows animals so animal hair is everywhere. Furniture is old and some of it is not very comfortable. Beds are mostly firm and old. Lots of scratches and scuffs on walls House needs a facelift. Lots of spiders inside and out Some Boards on the deck are rotted and need replacement. Pots and pans are old with flaking teflon. Overall, it’s a large okay house in a great location with amazing views and mid grade beds. They only provide minimal garbage bags, dishwasher pods, towels and TP. We had to go buy more of all of these. Definitely would not classify it as a luxury rental.

The location of house is wonderful! It's lovely to wake up to the beautiful ocean views. Pros: Location of house. Great ocean views! Saw blow holes of whales from the deck. Kitchen is well appointed and has anything you could need. Area is quiet and neighbors are not too close. It was great to walk to restaurants and shops. We particularly loved the shop "Mystic Antiques" and bought beautiful rings there. Cons: House is dated. We were told just before we arrived that ice maker was not working. This means also no filtered water from fridge. There was a half empty bag of ice in the fridge and tiny ice cube trays. I do not want to use a bag of ice that previous renters may have dug their hands in. We had to keep refilling the trays to get ice for our drinks. After starting our laundry, we realized the dryer did not work. Vacasa admitted that they knew they dryer was inoperable and offered to have us go to another property to do laundry. I do not want to spend time during precious vacation to go do laundry at another site. Their solution was to credit us $55 for inconvenience. Sorry but that is not enough. Also, the playroom/garage room with ping pong table smells terrible. A strong ammonia smell. Overall, the house is very big and in a wonderful location. However the description of the home being "elegantly appointed" is far from the truth. For the price of the rental the appliances should work! Also, the last 10/10 review from 5/24 is fake. We were in the home at that time

Our stay at this house was amazing!! We had a long day of travel and got in at 1:45 am, however when we woke up to the beautiful landscape and beach, all our troubles melted away. The dryer did not work but thank goodness the washer did. We were able to air dry our clothes so it all worked out. The only thing that I felt could have been improved was the master toilet seat. Other than that, we would stay here over and over again!!

The views are fabulous. When we checked in there was furniture on top of furniture as if the carpets had been cleaned, but no one came to put it back where it belonged. My stepdaughter rearranged the furniture and spread out rugs. The place is supposed to sleep twelve, it does not. I'd say it could comfortably sleep 8 at the most. When we arrived we found a broken bed on the bottom floor. I reported it several times to Vacasa, no one ever came to fix it. I had to call Vacasa re location of hot tub key, long wait on the phone. The appliances in the house are bad. The grill was filthy and attached to a rusted out propane tank. I spent two days trying to clean the grill. The dryer didn't work until we climbed behind and removed a great amount of lint from the dryer duct, it was packed. The washer and dryer were dirty. The community rooms were comfortable and the location is excellent. The house needs new management.

We had a great time at the house - plenty of room to spread out, the property was quite large and fenced on the sides with direct access to the river / beach.
