Aloha Cottage is a luxurious coastal holiday home with a bright, contemporary interior. This stylish stone cottage is child and dog friendly and offers very comfortable accommodation for a family of four or two couples. This is a great base for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast and after a busy day on the beach or wandering around historical castles you can relax back the property. Accommodation is all on one level with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there’s a lovely patio area with table and chairs and an enclosed garden.
Seahouses is a great location with some good shops, cafes and pubs, a butchers and supermarket. Head to the nearby beach or pack up a picnic and head off on one of the walking trails. A popular excursion is a boat trip across to the Farne Islands to observe the seabirds and the colony of Grey Seals. Visit the impressive Bamburgh Castle which clings to a rocky outcrop, or head to Holy Island and Lindisfarne (accessible at low tide along the causeway). Just south of Seahouses is Beadnell Bay with its unique west facing harbour for sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. Good golfing (0.5 miles), fishing and horse riding available locally.

Beds : 2 x double beds.

Accommodation
Kitchen: oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer, fridge freezer, underfloor heating.
Lounge/ dining room: white leather suite, dining table and chairs, sideboard, flat screen Smart TV.
Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside tables, mirrors and wardrobes, hairdryer, door to rear garden.
Bedroom 2 : double bed, bedside tables, mirrors and wardrobes, hairdryer
Bathroom : bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Underfloor heating.
Entertainment: Smart TV, BT TV package including sports, WiFi, Netflix package
For families : cot and a highchair can be provided
Outside: small enclosed rear garden. Gated access onto a rear footpath. Small garden shed in which we can arrange for you to store cycles if required (please arrange at time of booking)
Parking : parking for one car on the drive.
General: bedding (duvets per bed & 2 pillows per person), bed linen, towels (hand & bath sheet per person, plus bathroom hand towel). Travel cot (no mattress, protector or linen supplied), high chair.
Welcome tray: tea, coffee, sugar, milk. bread.
Pets: well behaved dogs are welcome at the property. Dogs are charged £25.00 each per week or part thereof. Dog crate and dog duvet can be hired at an additional charge. Pets should not be left unattended in the property. K9 goody bag if you are bringing your dog.
Please note: Note that the access to the rear garden is via a bedroom. Children are welcome at Aloha, but you are asked not to bring biros, ink pens, crayons or felt tip pens into the property. All damages must be paid for in full.

A lovely bungalow, in a lovely location. The accommodation was well appointed and very comfortable. We had a really relaxing break. Seahouses is a lovely town, which was a great springboard to visit places and events around Northumberland.

Good location and very comfortable

The bungalow has everything needed for a comfortable break. It’s walking distance to the village with shops, pubs, take-aways and very good Italian restaurant. The enclosed garden is great for sitting in the afternoon sun. My only quibble is we had to pay £50 extra for two little dogs who didn’t leave a mess or damage anything.

Everything you could need for a dog friendly cottage. Location away from the main hustle and bustle of the tourists and on the door step of the countryside. Cottage well equipped. We broke a bowl and notified the caretaker who was very understanding and no fuss made. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay, the cottage was clean and compact I am slightly disabled so it was easy to move about and it had a nice garden to sit in. The neighbours were very friendly the cottage was nicely furnished so it was pleasant to stay in and would return for another holiday.

Yet again a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great location for us especially with our hyper active collie. Walk one way into fields and another to amenities and the beach. Can’t wait to book again.

The property was lovely and had everything included to help make our stay a good experience. The only downside was the walking distance to the shops etc and also because it appears to be in a complex of bungalows mainly resided in by older people it felt like you were concerned about making any noise. ie stopping the dog from barking. It wasnt a problem for us as we are older ourselves but imagine for younger people with children it may be difficult for both the holidaymakers and residents

We absolutely loved this clean and comfortable little cottage, it provided all mod cons and thankyou for the welcome, bread, cake and milk - nice touch. Cottage walking distance from village, but quite a distance if you are elderly.... we managed.... we would love to stay here again. Thank you

Aloha Cottage is in a very quiet area of Seahouses, within easy walking to the shops. The rear garden is sunny and secure if you are bringing your dog. This was our second stay. Northumberland is a fantastic area with lots of do and see. Sadly we no longer have our doggie friend but came back to do the things we could not last time. Saying that, the beaches are great for dogs and some of the English Heritage castles and Holy Island are dog friendly. The accommodation is very comfortable and well thought out. The kitchen is excellent and contains most things if you plan to 'self cater' and not eat out. Netflix is a good addition after long days exploring. The only complaint was the internet! I wonder whether a new router is needed as it kept switching on and off, which in turn turned the Netflix films on to pause. We would definitely recommend this property, it felt like 'coming home' on our recent stay.

My wife and I and our dog enjoyed a fabulous week in this lovely house. The cottage contained everything we required for our stay. It was immaculately kept and it definitely catered for all our needs. Within walking distance of the centre of Seahouses and beach and located in a quiet neighborhood it was perfect. Also within driving distance to numerous beautiful walks in this area of natural beauty. I gladly recommend this cottage to all holiday makers. Brilliant.

The lounge would benefit from a foot stool as the sofa was not the most comfiest, particularly after a day walking. Overall, a fantastic bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to all amenities.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Seahouses, Aloha cottage has everything you need, it is extremely clean and spacious, plus it is dog friendly which is a must for us, lovely enclosed garden, we had a wonderful time away, thank you for our yummy cake etc, would highly recommend staynorthumbria.co.uk so helpful, if ever we had to call them, Seahouses is very friendly, beautiful beaches, and most shops etc are also dog friendly, huge bonus for us!

Well situated about 10 minutes from town and beach. Excellent food at The Links. Great for walks with the 2 dogs and a safe secure garden. My second visit and the friend I came with decided she would to live in the cottage and Seahouses!!

Comfortable and central for all beaches

Being a party of three we found this cottage had excellent facilities to suit us all. Situation was central to Seahouses, just a short walk away. Garden was excellent respite area after a day on one of the beautiful beaches. Would recommend to anyone who asks about Aloha.

Excellent customer service provided by Stay Northumbria Ltd. The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and in an excellent location. The only problems that we experienced were: - some of the interior doors did not close properly; - the dinner plates provided were too big for the dishwasher. Overall, we would use this venue again. Thank you.
