Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber.
Das Hotel ist laut unserer Mitarbeiter ziemlich alt - renovierungsbedürftig.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean room. The breakfast was tasty, especially the cappuccino.
The room is simple, but clean and the bed is comfortable. A bonus was the balcony!
Also, try their pizza. You won’t regret it.

Breakfast was decent (croissants, bread, cheeses & meats, fruit). Location was pretty central, about 16 minute walk from Bolzano train station. The beds were pretty comfortable
- I had to check in around 10 pm at night and tried to get in touch with the hotel numerous times via email, Booking.com messenger, and phone 2-3 days before, but they never answered. When I finally did get someone on the phone, he barely spoke any English and hung up on me when he couldn't understand that I was trying to see if checkin would be available at 10 pm. Bad service and staff.
- Room was very small and hot/stuff inside. There are no screens, so if you open the windows, then mosquitoes fly in. They didn't have AC or a fan available. I'm really glad I only stayed 1 night
- When I asked if they could store our luggage when we checked out (so that we could explore Bolzano before our bus to the next town), the guys said No. When I offered to pay them to store our luggage, he still said no and explained that it was because they were closed today. The day was Sunday. Why would you close your hotel on a Sunday?

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small, but it’s enough. Really warm too as Bolzano was starting to get cool. Close to shopping. Really quiet and staff was helpful and friendly

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Stunning mountain view
The bed was not very comfortable. But that didn't spoil the experience.

The attention is superb, and the breakfast is very good; the pizzas and all the bakery are really tasty. The hotel is located close to the city center, and it can be easily reached by walking from the train station. The heating and the wi-fi worked fine as well.
More safety policies against Covid-19 would be highly appreciated. The room was clean, but it could be even quite cleaner.

Clean and welcoming nothing

The manager was very helpful and friendly.
Very noisy because of the bar, restaurant and traffic.
3.0 / 5.0
+ good location
+ decent breakfast included
- difficult parking
- room is small and crowded, a bit old-fashioned
- loud noises from the street at night and early morning
- the staff doesn't really speak English
3.5 / 5.0
The manager was very helpful. He waited for us two hours after closing the day we arrived. He didn't speak much English but we managed to communicate anyway.
The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the city center. The street is buzzing with life; cars, vespas and people sitting in cafés and bars chatting, so nothing for those who want a calm and quiet time.
The beds were hard and the pillows flat. The cleaning could be better. The floor, the bedlining and bathroom veneers was good but the mirror and hair dryer had dust and old filth. The toilet brush was the most disgusting I had ever seen in a hotel room ever.

Great location, nice staff member, room was okay and clean, parking in front of the hotel free during the weekend
Simple but good breakfast
A bit expensive in high season
4.0 / 5.0
The location is perfect, walking distance from the center. Breakfast is served downstairs & is very good. Freshly baked croissants&rolls plus a nice choice of yogurts and fruits.
The double room was well equipped however not very much space. The room had a view to the street. It was not very hot day but seemed not well ventilated.
4.0 / 5.0
Breakfast fine with facemasks used when at buffet.
Nothing under the control of the hotel but why was the local council dong roadworks in the middle of the night outside the hotel?
