Cet établissement a dû être magnifique il y a quelque temps, mais malheureusement désert aujourd'hui. Les environs sont aussi désertés. Comme c'est dommage.
Ce désert de fréquentation.

Excellent breakfast, amazing pool and close to everything. Parking free on premises.

Good room standard, nice swimming pool with shadow in afternoon time, good Italian breakfast
Poor air conditioning, quite long distance to public beaches, poor overall condition of whole real estate (looks not investments several years now)

Location is great. Nice variety but perhaps should not be repeated everyday.
Rooms are small. Washing facilities would be helpful on site: Towels could be softer:

Great hosts, perfect location! Lady on reception made our trip perfect by booking best beaches and restaurants and giving us recommendations for sightseeing 🥰
all perfect!

The staff was very nice and helpful.
It has great potential it’s just old and not taken care of very well. Needs a lot of maintenance. They also need to have a pool bar that’s open all the time with some sort of food and drinks, that’s a huge chunk of revenue they’re missing out on. The toilets by the pool smell awful and don’t even have toilet seats. The property has a beautiful sea view and could be a very nice resort with some maintenance and more amenities.

Emanuela was exceptional. she was so accommodating!
we also liked the location of walking distance to restaurants.
the rooms are very small. there isn’t a lot of vibe at the property. breakfast could be better and the pool bar wasn’t open so we did t really want to hang by the pool without access to drinks and food.

The breakfast was adequate and that's about all. As for the ladies working at breakfast time, they were brilliant. Always cheerful and doing their best to keep the breakfast buffet replenished.
A credit to the hotel.
We were surprised to find that the pool bar was shut at all times. the area there was scruffy and overgrown, generally neglected. The hotel badly needs a bar to be open, in the evenings as well.

the breakfast and breakfast staff were top notch, the best turns out they were also the cleaning staff and again amazing pool was amazing
manager in charge of staff very abrupt and un friendly......always babies crying at breakfast and at night... pool bar/food closed WAAAAAAY too early

Great location. Beautiful suite. Excellent beaches each direction. Good selection of restaurants walkable. Excellent pool area. Vanessa (reception) was very helpful with our many questions about transportation and touring. We hope to visit again.
The food staff seemed to have customer fatigue. I’m sure it’s been a long season for them. The landscaping and parking area could have used a bit of maintenance/upkeep.

Friendly staff , nice breakfast, clean and well equipped rooms, great pool with sun beds all around. Free parking with enough space
The hotel is not really in Monopoli but in Capitolo where the offer in restaurants is not so large. Better to have a car if you want to visit the city in the evening

I came here with my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small kids) and we booked the family suite with 2 bedrooms. The suite was perfect! It included a spacious balcony, small kitchen with fridge and the air conditioning works great (very important for Puglia in the summer). The location is perfect, walking distance to an amazing beach, good restaurants (highly recommend Elia and L'Ancora, just make sure to know some basic Italian or have your google translator). The hotel has a great breakfast buffet, and a very nice pool. The hotel staff was very accommodating, they helped with making restaurant reservations, site seeing and helped us with any kid stuff. Monopoli is a 10 minute drive, beautiful city with restaurants, sites, shopping and there is a great grocery store called Familia in Monopoli (important for families). The hotel has plenty of free parking and you do need a car here (driving is really easy in Puglia as long as you have navigation with your phone). We had a great time here and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pool and local by the beach
air conditioning controlled by a central source with wouldn’t turn off. staff could not figure it out nor could offer additional blankets when asked.

I booked this property for the swimming pool and large sitting area with many sun lounges.
Tables and chairs in the gardens.
Large communal undercover sitting areas outside rooms.
Located close to some restaurants and bars.
Lovely verandah with view of pool.
Breakfast room staff was pleasant as was the receptionist.
The property is very old and tired. The large neon sign with name of hotel not lit up in the evening. Very old and uncomfortable two seater couch in living room. Extremely small bedrooms with only Double Beds.
Shower door in few of bathrooms not sliding well and in my bathroom one panel was missing hence water would spray out on floor. Very old shower fittings and poor
pressure.
THE WORST WAS THE POOL! IT WAS OFF LIMITS AS IT WAS GREEN AND COULD NOT BE ENJOYED FOR THE ENTIRE FOUR NIGHT STAY. We were told there was mention of this on the booking site- not that we could see and had we, would certainly not have stayed at the property. All outdoor pergolas and timber around the pool was in need of repairs. Gardens not well maintained.

We loved how friendly the staff were. The location was good.
It would have been nice to have a path straight from the hotel onto the beach but crossing the road was no big deal.

the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooms had great shutters so the rooms were very dark in the morning. staff were helpful with recommendations and booking restaurants, taxi etc.
the website stays “seasonal” use of pool, however no dates. hence we arrived in mid-May and it was 27 degrees and expected to use the pool and pool area as we were a large family group however told no and that it was our fault as it was written on the website. no dates were provided and the use of the word seasonal is too vague. the location isn’t great as you need to book taxis to get anywhere which cost us over €500 over 3 days. would have preferred to use that money to stay closer to a town. overall wouldn’t recommend.

The staff were helpful
The pool doesn’t open until 1/6. The air conditioner in our unit did not work and it was very hot. you need a car or to pay for taxi to travel anywhere

The Swimming Pool and courtesy of staff
The dinner was expensive and not very good, everything else was great

What is remarkable is the huge swimming pool with the bar/restaurant on a terrace next to the pool, although totally separate. The sea very close to the hotel offers spectacular views. The breakfast is excellent, generous and customized.
Overall, the feelings we have are good.

Great, big and clean pool. Spacious room with fridge, beds comfortable, perfect views from balcony. Sweet breakfast, very good coffee and all nice people in the hotel. Very good for families with children. Check-in & out was smooth.
Small public beach spots 5 mins walking distance, so you need to cross the busy street. But the beach itself was clean with perfect water. No big malls around, shopping possible in 1 local shop, restaurants open after 7pm. If you have a car, not a big deal as you can shop for family lunch in Lidl in Fassano or Penny in Monopolo. The apartment had a kitchen with basic stuff to cook and serve.

Great Hotel. Very nice people and super clran rooms. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Would recommend renting a car to go sightseeing. This is definitely a great place in order to reach all the main attractions in the vicinity. (Trulli, grotte, polignano, ostuni, etc....)

Very nice and clean apartment.
I'd like to see more attention to the swimming pool. Beds were dirty. This is bad because the pool is very nice.
