Room was big, beds were nice, we had a lake vieuw room and that was really nice.
there was no fridge in the room, and due to being green the hot water was not very hot.

Beautiful location: next to the water, 1 min from the highway, but you cannot here that. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Dinner location by the water is also beautiful.
Nothing to report

The hotel is located right by the lake, offering a magnificent view from the restaurant and bar. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The food was excellent, and the cocktails at the bar, accompanied by chilled music from a DJ, provided a perfect way to end our day. Additionally, they provided a lockable shed for our bicycles.

I like Iris from the restaurant that could knowledge the problem we had with our food. And with the surprise dessert for our 10th wedding anniversary. She took control and fix the problem and made sure we left happy that day.
We choose this hotel to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. In the reservation i put this information requesting maybe a upgrade. We got a email back saying that maximum that they could do was 35 euros heart balloon and champagne in the room because they were very full this day..... On check in time i found very cold not even congratulations to us or nothing.
I understand you could not give upgrade but not even a simple congratulations.
Fine we got a package that included dinner as wel. We could not find that information at the website wich menu was....
The menu was very poorly that we could choose. For main course we could choose fish or pork. * i dont eat any of this*
So i asked Iris our waitress she said i could change them for a burger with french fries....
I did.... the worst hamburger of my life.
Another woman was also complaining about the hamburger next to our table.
We talked to Iris and said how disappointing our day in that hotel was going. That from all the hotels we choose there bcs was in a nice location by Veluwe...
She completely took charge of it and try to make us happy surprising us with one very nice congratulations on your jubileum with some desserts.
My impression of the hotel was not very good.
If was not bcs of her i dont come back to this place.
All the personnel we had contact was not very nice. I know what i am saying bcs first i worked 10 years at marriot hotel and i have plenty experience of horeca en hotel management. Definitely need more eyes for pleasing customer in this hotel.

The view from the restaurant was very nice.
Our room overlooked the car park.

The staff in the restaurant was not specifically friendly or willing to attend to me, but the staff at reception was super nice and kind.

ALL! The quiet place, sunset from lake view room top floor. Very well equipped for conferences
Sorry to say but the space in the toilet was not enough for a tall person like me 6'2"

The room was pleasant and a good size with a pleasant view of the lake. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
The staff in the restaurant were a bit slow and non-reactive. Every time we booked a table it hadn't been taken into account. We often stood waiting to be seated with waiters walking past us.
We never had two key cards working at one time - they seemed to cancel each other out.
We were told before coming there was easy walking for our dog from the hotel, but were then threatened with a 100 euro fine for walking around the beach. There were cycle paths everywhere and so we were unable to give the dog a decent walk from the hotel.
Booking the room was also very complicated and fortunately a second member of staff stepped in and solved the problem after many messages.

We loved the location, right by the lake, where we could enjoy our food and drink in the sun. The room was big, comfortable, very nice and new. Just like in the photos.
The tiny insects flying all around the lake. But I guess they exist anywhere there is greenery and lake. .
Also be sure to ask for a double bed if you are a couple. Twin beds are a problem.

The breakfast was varied and freshly made. Great quality as well. The room where it was served has a nice view towards the lake and is quite spacious and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and the room was nice and clean.
Would’ve loved to be able to stream Netflix (for example) on the TV in the room we were staying.

amazing everything

Comfortable bed and spacious quiet room
Dogs are allowed in the restaurant, one of our breakfasts was very noisy because one of the dogs didn’t behave well.
Smoking area is just by the entrance
Our two single bed were constantly separating- we never had that problem in other hotels

Spacious room and a good place to stay on New Year's eve with a dog; away from fireworks. Possibility to walk the dog near the hotel too.
The few staff members were willing, friendly and trying.
Food in the restaurant was quite okay-ish.
Most of the few staff members were not capable and not at all prepared to handle a full house on New Year's eve. Entertaining 'Faulty Towers' like service in the restaurant, with wrong orders being delivered to our table time and time again and a VERY long wait for desert.
We also got a room for disabled (though we are not and weren't informed beforehand). It had a strange open space bathroom with a door that didn't close.
The prices went throught the roof. Drinks around dinner were very steeply priced!

extremely dog friendly and well located next to parkland and a beach. extensive barrier controlled parking. very friendly staff.
the restaurant menu is slightly limited but that send, the food was excellent and service better than most.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was quite diverse. There was also a sitting area outside the room, but since it was misty we didn't make use of it (the same applies to the waterfront area which I can imagine it's nice but we weren't able to see it due to the weather conditions).
The mattress was too soft.

Very good location, good facility, fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff!

We had a super room with kettle and coffee machine, plus dressing gown and slippers and also a small bottle of prosseco
What I didn't like was the public area's could have had a bit more attention to cobwebs on the curtain rails

nice location
the common spaces are not clean

beautiful room overlooking the lake
very soft bed so a poor night sleep - every small movement made by my partner made the whole bed move
unable to reserve a table for dinner because the restaurant was fully booked. this was disappointing because I had booked this hotel because of the on site restaurant so that we wouldn’t have to go out. fortunately, there is a another restaurant within walking distance where we had a great steak (but the staff here didn’t seem to know about it; we found it using Google maps)
bird scarer or gun shots at 7am (but possibly not related to the hotel), either way not welcome at that time of day
