Very good
Nice, original room. With shower AND bath. Plus a desk to work. Very good.
Couldn't find the wifi code. Probably may fault. Pretty noisy in the corridors... rooms not very soundproof.

Wouldn't go back
The breakfast buffet was amazing---that was the best part of our stay. I loved the scrambled eggs, bacon, and freshly made jams from the fruits from their garden. The restaurant staff were also very warm, happy, lively, helpful and kind.
Unfortunately, we were placed in room 101 right next to the lifts, lobby and restaurant. Our first two nights, we heard guests coming and going up till 4:00 a.m. while they were screaming in the hallway. We constantly heard people coming in and out of the lift all night long and of course in the mornings when the guests were on their way to and from the restaurant. And, as expected, because we were so close to the restaurant, the aromas of the food seeped into our room---our room smelled like the restaurant which wasn't so nice on our first evening when everybody seemed to order fish! While the hotel staff were super friendly, warm and so nice, for some reason, they had a tendency to talk SUPER loud and because we were across from the lobby where they sit, we could hear every single word they were saying to each other and to other guests. We asked to switch rooms and the staff kindly accommodated us and we were sent to stay just two rooms down which made a considerable difference. We were able to finally sleep, it was quiet, and we did not smell the food from the restaurant. The biggest disappointment was the spa on the hotel grounds, Vitalia. My husband and I made an appointment for a duo massage. I asked for a hot stone massage and he asked for the classic massage. We were told despite them being different types of massages we could have them at the same time, in the same room with two different therapists, no problem. When we arrived for our massages, one of the therapists would not stop interrogating us about why we wanted different massages. We explained I liked hot stone massages and that my husband didn't but she refused to accept our answer and repeatedly asked, "But why, why?" Finally, I was so fed up and so irritated, I simply stated, "No problem, I will just do the classic massage" but she wouldn't accept my solution so we just walked out and didn't get any massage at all.
