4.0
Near to local public transport.
Room was so tiny. Washroom also. I am not able move properly while bathing I get hurted while bathing.
Breakfast is not good.
7.0
The room was clean, check-in was easy, nice location.
My room was at on the top floor and below the roof and was very hot.
8.0
The beds were comfy.
Nice bathroom with ceramic faucet.
Overall good stay.
On the day I was there it was 33c outside so it was very hot in the room. There's no airconditioning.
8.0
quite and clean
8.0
Steep stairs to room floors, no lift
9.0
Large room, quiet, comfortable, not too hot!
Easy breakfast buffet.
Competitively priced and accepted my dog (althugh I kept him in a cage for my own peace of mind).
Car parking was an issue, had to drive around to find something and then walk, also move before 9am, but that was OK as I was off before then anyway.
3.0
The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, despite the very soft mattress.
There was no toilet paper in the room. I arrived late and reception had closed, so there was no opportunity to ask for toilet paper. When I talked to reception in the morning, the guy just shrugged and said "Ah yeah, that happens sometimes. Oh well, it's done now." A mind-boggling experience.

Having a private bathroom
The room was rather tiny
7.0
The beds were very comfortable. The heating worked perfectly. The room is cleaned every morning. The location is perfect, one minute away from the bus stop and 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. It is 5 minutes away from the best ice cream shop I’ve ever tried (Roberto Gelato).
The toilet smelled a little bit funky, not horrible tho. The backyard garden you see in the photos is not accessible.

It was very cozy!
The location was not super perfect…
5.0
Clean room
You had to pay extra for breakfast and coffee...no wonder I'm pissed off...
At another hotel, that would be included
Room was a bit small for the price
At the next hotel in Leuven the service was better
5.0
surprisingly the single bed was very comfortable
it’s a 30 min walk from central, nearest shop 10 minutes, the shower cubicle was very small, bad smell in the room, no light in landing so trying to open door was a nightmare, the stairs should be illegal there that steep, think it’s catered for travellers
7.0
The hotel is very easy to reach by public transport and provides a relaxed bed and breakfast.
The hotel is simple and a bit outdated, Which I really do not mind, since it is clean.
7.0
Possibility of breakfast and we could also rent a bike. Everything was clean and the staff was kind.
There was no bin in the room and also the room downstairs was maybe to tiny.
7.0
The price is way too high for the conditions offered by this hotel
9.0
Good location, good breakfast
Mattresses should be renewed.
7.0
The hotel is located in a quiet area and is easily reachable by public transport. The breakfast buffet was nice.
The rooms are old and in need of renovation. While they are cleaned daily, the old carpet floors contribute to a moldy smell. The shower only has a shower head option and is not very comfortable.
7.0
Good location, nice staff.
Very small room and silly shower for the price.
6.0
Not far from town centre
Very small room , microscopic bathroom
If you have big luggage you won't be able to go up the stairs , as they are steep and narrow
8.0
Friedly staff, location, nice building/street. Room is small but functional and overall value for money is good.
Kettel in bedroom for complimentary tea, as in most hotels. Smart TV to be able to cast youtube/netflix from phone.
