Everything was amazing except the food

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The staff on site were extremely helpful. The cost of the stay was very reasonable.

The quality of the food in the restaurants could be improved. I was disappointed with the standard of what is served. Seemed expensive for low quality. Should I stay next time I will be having my meals outside the resort.

Ok i forhold til prisen .

Størrelsen på Lejligheden og hvor den lå tæt på pool og restaurant . Dejlig terrasse med udsigt over vandet.

Rengøring, og vedligeholdelse af møbler kunne være bedre, spisebordet var ubrugeligt pga det ikke var spændt og køkkenet er ikke til at lave store måltider i. Men fin fryser og køleskab. Fik skiftet håndklæder efter 2 dage 🤔..

Empapelados para check in y para desayuno

la ubicación de la habitación con respecto a la piscina era muy buena, pero no pude bañarme ya que se tiraron las chicas de recepción una hora y media o más para hacer el check in y por la mañana a las 10:00 ya tenía que dejar la habitación.

las chicas de recepción no hacian un check in como pueden hacer en cualquier establecimiento similar, 5 o 10 minutos y listo. Allí se tiraron una hora y media tranquilamente por reserva. La cola no se movía. Otros huespedes y yo les pedimos que nos dieran una hora u hora y media más para la salida, y a mi por lo menos no me la concedieron. Encima, llegué tarde y corriendo a un concierto que iba en el Castillo. La hora de salida a las 10:00, es muy temprano, en España en la mayoría de los sitios se sale a las 12:00 o más. Y por si fuera poco voy a desayunar y doy mis buenos días y pregunto si es allí el desayuno incluido del hotel y me dicen que si, pues me eché un plato con cosas que había todo frío y luego cuando estoy en la mesa desayunando me dicen que el desayuno incluye un desayuno caliente que no estaba en el buffet y te lo hacen ellos y te lo traen.

La piscine,

Les lits ne sont pas confortable du tout, un check in a 16h et un check out a 10h. Le premier jour je n’ai pas trouvé des draps pour le canapé lit que j’ai ouvert. Le service nettoyage n’a pas passé après 3jours comme indiqué sur le annonce, on a passé 4 nuits, pas de nettoyage.

Ogólnie pobyt udany. Duży wybór basenów, piękna lokalizacja z widokiem na morze. Trochę daleko do centrum miejscowości.

Cisza, spokój, prywatność, osobne wejście do apartamentu. Duży wybór basenów. Roślinność, zadbane ogrody wokół domków.

Monotonne śniadanie, brak świeżych warzyw.

Super family holiday.

Location and facilities were excellent . We'd access to a small but clean beach with lifeguard and our back gate opened to the pool. It was Fantastic.

Tiempo de espera para check in

La recepcionista que nos atendió hizo lo posible por recuperar el tiempo perdido y nos asignó un alojamiento lo más cerca posible al evento y esto nos ayudó muchísimo. Fue muy amable y muy educada.

Indicaciones ineficientes para llegar a la recepción. Más de 45 min para hacer el check in (no sé si es porque hay demasiados pasos a nivel del sistema, si hacen la función de check in / tourist info o si los huéspedes no completan adecuadamente sus reservas). Dar información está muy bien pero si hay demasiada espera los huéspedes se desesperan (no lo digo solo por nosotros sino también por el ambiente de desesperación de los demás huéspedes haciendo cola para hacer el check in).

Hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece y poco preparado para españoles

Mala coordinación ,muy caro ,incluso con media pensión pedimos 4 bebidas y 18€,una pasada,están acostumbrados a trabajar con extranjeros buen de dinero y con los españoles como que les da igual. No nos gustó nada la mala coordinación diciendo una chica en recepción que si podemos utilizar tal piscina tal gimnasio ,tenemos que coger el coche para ir y me dicen que no,que no podemos entrar.

Piscina pequeña Media pensión te clavan con las bebidas. Comer super caro Preparado todo para extranjeros. Por ese precio hay hoteles en Málaga mejor preparado para todo el público. El personal si fue agradable al menos. Pero está claro que este hotel es de un extranjero y enfocado a todo ellos, lógicamente es probable que sean ellos los que dejen el dinero pero aún así es una pasada un tinto de verano 5€. Luego critiamos a los políticos que roban etc etc

Hyvä loma, hyvä huonesto, viihdyttin paremmin kun hyvin 10yötä.

+ Meille kävi tuuri ja saatin uusi rempattu huone, parvekkeella. Huoneisto oli iso, 2 makuuhuonetta & olohuone ja parveke. Huoneistoon kuului myös oma henk.koht autopaikka, joka oli tosi hyvä sillä vuokrattiin auto. + Hyvin varustettu keittiö, tehtiin aamupalaa itse. + Resortti sijaisti hyvällä paikalla, kävelymatkan päästä (2km) isosta fugen kauppakeskuksesta. + Resortilla muutama ilaminen uima-allas mitä saatin käyttää, toisessa oli ihanan rauhallista ja toisessa sitten enemmän lapsiperheitä yms. + Resortin omat ruokapaikas oli hyviä, yhtä lukuunottamatta. + Pyyhkeet sekä siivous oli maanantaisin ja perjantaisin. + Resortilla on erittäin hyvä sali, jossa on hyvin laitteita jaa arkiaamuina järjestetään jumppaa. Salille meidän asunnosta oli n.1km matkaa. + Liikuttiin paljon jaloin ja käytiin useasti resortin ymäri lenkillä, resortti on vrm 3-5km yhteensä, erittäin iso. Resortista avautuu upeat maisemat, alue on erittäin siisti ja kaunis. + Resortin ympäri menee juna, joka on ilmainen, sen avulla hahmottuu alue paljon paremmin.

- Alueen kartta oli hieman epäselvä, mutta lenkkien yhteydessä alue tuli hyvin selväksi. - Muurahaisia asunnossa, mutta kämpiltä löytyi tarvittaavat myrkyt, mitä itse ei tarvinnut ostaa. - Zac’s ravintola, en suosittele. Ruoka erittäin mautonta ja ylihinnoteltua, 1/5. Ehkä drinkki/jäätelö paikkana parempi.

Te dan ganas de quedarte a vivir...

Que realmente te metes en otra película y logras descansar. Apartamento 546. Súper genial!

Las puertas se cierran a portazos y deberían de tener un sujeta vientos como mínimo...la cisterna hacia un ruido espantoso al llenarse, el sofá cama...hierros obsoletos e incómodos.... el check out a las 10h y el check in a las 16h??? Vale que pagamos por noches pero vivimos de día....

Ubicación perfecta,apartamento excepcional con acceso a las piscinas perfectas es un lugar impresionante, estás a 7 minutos en coche de Fuengirola con acceso a supermercados, centro comercial y a 20 min del aeropuerto, repetiré seguro, el chico de recepcion,Artin es encantador

Pobyt na jedną noc więc trudnonobiemtywnie oceniać

Olbrzymi hotel. Na śniadanie pojechaliśmy samochodem bo to było jakieś 15-20 minut spacerem po górę :) Dostaliśmy apartament dwupoziomowy z widokiem na morze. Apartament bardzo przestronny z w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Kompleks ma swoje lata ale to typowy wakacyjny resort. W większości goście z UK.

Olbrzymie odległości między udogodnieniami.

Dijimos de volver y hemos vuelto :)

El apartamento es un pasote. Nuevo, moderno, limpio, amplio, tele brutal, vistas al mar... El complejo tiene de todo y la playa está a 5 minutos caminando. La piscina climatizada de al lado del Zacs es un puntazo y las pizzas en The Flying Pizza muy buenas.

Realmente todo bien. Eché en falta una fregona y un microondas en el apartamento.

Para no volver... La peor estancia de mi vida

No me gustó nada en realidad

Un alojamiento en España en el que todo te lo informan en inglés. Es como sentirse fuera de lugar, ni había manera de encontrar información en español. Por otra parte, contábamos con limpieza o cambio de toallas y para nada. Nos tocó un apartamento diferente al resto, sin salida al jardín y súper viejo. Pienso que merece un mantenimiento, de toallas y colchones porque vuelvo a casa rota de no haber descansado. El complejo está algo alejado y necesitas el coche para todo. Las piscinas pequeñas y con horarios súper reducidos. Todo muy inglés. Si lo llego a saber me voy a otra parte.

Value for money

The view was spectacular from our room over looking the ocean 🤌 we stayed one night and were super lucky to have been given the room we were (250b)🙏 The staff at reception could have been friendlier and more welcoming but each to their own ways. The place is a maze so be aware you may struggle to locate your room/s. Value for money at €70 a night!

Great value lovely resort some minor issues.

Lovely duplex property nice views. Our duplex also had a private parking space. Proper home from home with all the facilities you could need.

Difficult to find property on a huge site. Shop on complex extremely expensive. Security to doors should be better evidence of previous attempted break in on rear patio door.

Very good facilities in the accommodation but location difficult

Location extremely difficult as my husband is 80 in December and I will be 77 in July! Going out was expensive as we required taxi’s to get into the town

Excellent staff and accommodation

Loved everything but the small problems. Loved The Pantry food and staff. All staff everywhere were extremely helpful. The entertainment in The Grand Bar wss excellent. The drivers who will take you to The Grand Bar and back to your accommodation, were particularly helpful and pleasant. Accommodation fantastic with fab views. Peaceful and beautiful. I will definitely go back.

Poor communication regarding facilities. It is not written anywhere that there are drivers to take you up the steep hills to the accommodation. It took time to understand. There could be more information about the buses to town and back. Maybe timetables? I found out on the last day that the drivers will take you to the bus stop. That would have helped enormously as the road is noisy, windy and dusty. I did not understand the train information. (I have a communication degree)!!.. Food was dreadful in Zaks. The ribs were undercooked. However, the manager agreed and reduced the bill happily. I did not eat there again.

Termo electrico para 4 personas insuficiente. A las 9 de la mañana llamaron a la puerta para recogerla ya que les aparecia como vacia, cuando no teniamos que dejarla hasta las 10. Colchon extremadamente duro.

Relaxing Easter break to sunny Spain

Spacious and clean apartment with sea views and good facilities including choice of pools, attractive landscaping, friendly and helpful staff

The location was a bit out of town to walk and the choice of nearby restaurants was slightly limited in providing Spanish food. The kitchen equipment was a little basic.

Alojamiento Familias con niños

El alojamiento está genial tienen de todo, pistas de fútbol, piscinas incluso había climatizada que estaba genial. Los niños disfrutaron mucho.

La única pega es la oferta gastronómica, los restaurantes tienen unos precios súper altos y la verdad un poco de pena. La ubicación no está mal para pasear por Fuengirola debes de coger el coche.

Dirty, old, electric boiler which u have to wait for the tank re-heat in after 18h roughly. Noise of neighbours, very basic breakfast. Full of ants.
