The hotel was charming, clean and comfortable. The staff were superb. The breakfast buffet is pricey (25 euros), but has many delicious selections. A wonderful place to stay when visiting the Vezelay area. I highly recommend the hotel.
The food was excellent, but the dinner menu is very limited. There are three pris fixe options and no ala cart choices.

The views from the room were fantastic. It was quiet, the room had all the things that make a stay comfortable and convenient, mirrors in the right places, tissues and vanity kit which are all very useful. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The breakfast was continental and ample. As the weather allowed we were able to eat outside. The food in the restaurant is also excellent, one of the best places if not the best to eat in around. Nice bar area and outside seating.
Although there was fresh whole fruit, it would be better if one or two seasonal fruits were cut for the guests.

The staff on our arrival could not have been worse. They watched my wife and I struggle with our luggage upstairs. Not even a hint of help. They literally just watched. We were also told that although the restaurant was still open we were too late. We asked if anything at all could sent to our room and we’re looked at with disdain.

The hotel is beautiful and is located in a very pretty village with cafes/restaurants.
We booked an 8 course meal for New Years Eve. The food was lovely but there was not enough staff on. Huge waits between courses and we waited 10 minutes for our initial wine order to be taken. After 3 hours we had enough.

The building of the hotel is beautiful and located very convenient for Vezelay and for the visiting Chablis, Avalon and beautiful Noyers. Our room was decent size and with very good sized spotless clean and newly renovated bathroom. Hotel haven’t parking but have attached village cheap public parking. Stuff members were nice and attentive. View to the hills from our room was very relaxing and picturesque.
I really didn’t like carpet on the floor. I find wood floor more hygienic and suitable for the hotels. Our friends stayed at 6 floor when the elevator goes only to the 5. They wasn’t suggested with any help with luggage. Breakfast costs 20 euro and really don’t worst it: very limited selections of real food, a lot of sugary pastries, very odd watery scrambled eggs, no vegetables. The problem that this is only option available around at morning. We didn’t like their restaurant. It was our last night of long trip and we had high expectation from usually reliable Michelin recommendations. Sadly it was the mediocre minus to compare to all dinners and lunches we had till this point.

Beautiful room, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was copious and had a variety of healthy items. The restaurant was good, portions generous and menu selection was unusual. The prices were high but that not unusual for Michelin rated restaurants.

Great Location. The room was a little small, but nice new bathroom. Good breakfast. Very nice guy at the bar with great recommendation (the "fine de bourgogne" was very very tasty). Easy Parking.
No pastry for tea-time. That's sad, because the terrasse would be a great place to have some coffee and cake

Everything went well. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The venue is great, the hotel is roomy and beautiful. The bathroom is very comfortable too with both bath and shower. Beds are extra comfortable and the place is super clean.
It was al perfect. The only small issue was that we opted for a room with a terrasse. But the ventilation system exited just next to the terrasse making it a bit loud to enjoy the terrasse at night and sleep with the windows open. But we're pretty sensitive to noise so maybe not all people would be bothered.
