Cheap stay

The cups was dirty washed them myself. The bath had dirty ring marks round it had to clean it before a bathed my baby. No remote for TV had to ask. The air conditioning didn't work so it was very humid n hot

Brilliant would highly recommend

Fantastic value for money very spacious clean room could do with a safe but absolutely being picky breakfast was perfect everything u could want impressive staff all very helpful and polite

Will not be staying again

The limited staff they had worked extremely hard

Due to the very limited staff, had to wait ages for everything including booking in. Was given a disabled room even though we’d booked standard so not the greatest. No pillows in room and when requested we received 3 (1 1/2 each)! No change in bar tills so was requested not to use cash.

Good value for what we paid.

Breakfast was excellent, easy 20min walk into town. Rooms were very clean.

Rooms could do with updating.

Excellent location and value

Excellent value and service. Room was fine and the shower brilliant, very powerful spray and hot. The breakfast, which was included, could not be faulted. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the centre of town, perfect for our visit.

TV only showed cartoons and teleshopping. We couldn't get one news Channel or mainstream programme. Not a deal breaker, but you can get the BBC news in Egypt for goodness sake. That said, we would stay here again.

Room was great but hotel has zero data protection policy you will see when i upload full video on youtube

The fact a general member of the public walked into the hotel and got my room number and come to my room from the staff in reception and done nothing about it

Excellent few days break.

All of good quality very good breakfast service. Room nice and warm,and comfortable bed. Good to see upgrades to the hotel which will make it excellent. Good car parking.

Overnight after concert in the Anvil Theatre. Parking excellent. Taxi service from Hotel poor

Breakfast very good. Room cleanliness. Friendly staff.

Not knowing if I had a double bed or a twin room. Not a good taxi service into and out of town. Never knew when they would turn up. Always late (20 mins plus) on pick up after concert. Not the Hotels fault. Best use own car to get into and out of town.

Lovely friendly staff..Close to all the city center and lots to do around the area..very clean and comfortable bed

Was very busy at breakfast and had to go back yo our room and wait for half an hour to try again..was OK the second time we went back..although it wasn't a problem for us it could be for people needing to leave earlier

Perfect for short stay, small

Staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was great, small and cosy but not over populated :)

The only reason I gave and 9 and not 10 was because I think there should be some sort of vending machine, snacks or sandwiches to buy as there is no food anywhere late at night. We had gotten back from a wedding and I was starving, there was nowhere around to get food and the petrol station was also closed so just something on offer incase guests are hungry would of been fab.

The room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay, the hotel was conveniently situated.

Room was small but fine for one person, it had all the usual amenities, but there was a connecting door and I could hear the guests in the adjoining room talking. They were not being loud, just talking, but I found this annoying. I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. The bed was comfortable. Free parking was a bonus

I would have preferred not to have had the connecting door, making the room quieter.

the staff are great happy and helpful you had some gluten free food

beds uncomfortable to hard tv remote didn’t work tv channels need sorting out we were put all the way down the end near the noisy garage need more of a choice for gluten free

very convenient location for where we were going. Ample parking and clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly.

great receptionist - very friendly

there doesn’t appear to be large family rooms (Ie for three people). I do think it’s expensive.
