COLD ROOM

Central location. Car park nearby

Not enough wardrobe space. Tablet on floor by bed. Dust and dental floss behind the bathroom door. Stain on curtains and 1 pillowcase. No heating in bathroom, very cold .

Great location

Close to Victoria station and trams. Easy check-in. Room right across from lift, which we thought may be a noise issue but we had earplugs with us and weren't disturbed, except for the cleaner waking us up despite us only being there for one night. Bathroom very clean but shower cubicle was tiny. Appreciate there was a bath in there too though, so limited on space.

Requested twin room and allocated a double. Didn't have time to dispute it as we were late for an event. Other than that, everything was fine. Expensive but expected for city centre.

The staff were amazing The club room nice not good

It was really expensive and only after an upgrade did I get a little value however they could not include breakfast downstairs and said they could not possibly include which I thought was really awful considering I was travelling alone and paid a lot of money to stay and I stayed a week there were no power points for phone next to bed and I tripped over wires also the toilets needed brute force to flush it was really awful and that was dismissed Also parking was extra and awfully expensive and not on premises also I was told I got discount so didn't receive ihg member points appaling

Absolutely lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

Odd stain on the seat of the chair in room 117. Breakfast seemed slightly unorganised, no coffee cups or cutlery but was soon rectified when we told staff

The staff were very attentive and helpful.

It was a very hot day and unfortunately the room temperature can't go below 19 degrees. A bedroom temperature of 18 is recommended for a comfortable sleep.

Welcoming staff , clean hotel and great location. Perfect stay for a stop over in Manchester

The staff were very friendly , was travelling for a concert for my partner’s birthday , they left a card and free drink card for us both to enjoy a complimentary drink. Breakfast was lovely and nice clean hotel. Will book again next time i come to Manchester as ideal location too No parking at hotel but plenty of options very close by

More basic than expected.

The location is great for the band on the wall. The staff are very helpful . The bed was very comfy. The executive lounge was a nice experience.

I thought the corridor on the executive floor looked like a travelodge , walls painted black and white with no decor at all. You would think it would be done up like the lobby?! The bathroom was much smaller than you expect for a junior suite. A very tiny narrow bath and a very tiny shower like you get in a caravan. Didn't care for the toiletries, they are not good quality. I dont understand why some of the soft drinks provided for free in the executive lounge couldn't be placed in the fridge in the room for your arrival?

Good size and location, as well as clean friendly, decent breakfast.

Helt greit hotell, med fallende standard

Hyggelig og imøtekommende personell

Hotellet bærer preg av konstant turisme. Det begynner å bli slitt. Burde vurdert å pusse opp og fikse mangler. Om ett håndtak i dusjen er knekt, så bytter man det. I tillegg spurte vi hotell personellet om å skru på tv en i baren for en fotball kamp. Fikk til svar at noen hadde stjålet den og hadde manglet i over en uke

Worth it!

The room was very big and we had two double beds which was nice and they were extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in the northern quarter and within walking distance to the shopping area too. There was plenty of public transport options near the hotel too

The dest staff and night staff was amazing could not of done more! Lovely staff

Bed was like a water bed! The breakfast was just disapointing! Loads of choice but awful scrambled egg was awful! Egg benadict was stone cold! Like it was made night before! And egg was hard really need 2 train the staff as the room was expensive! Good night service but awful breakfast witch is the last memory of a guest shame.

Good location

The fitness suite, had very few machines, two of which were out of order. The breakfast had ran out of some products by 0945, even though it was due to be served until 1030. The room had stains on the carpet and the shower temperature control was broken.

I wouldn’t go back it was very expensive and the curtains in the room were filthy I had stayed in the holiday inn right

The ladies at breakfast were very nice

The girl On reception was just so rude not one bit helpful checking in charged me the wrong price not what I had booked on booking.com then said Wel that what is on my screen there nothing I can do about it , asked her about parking she said I can park anywhere I’m from Ireland I hadn’t a clue where to park ,asked her for the nearest shop to get water her answer was down the road .

The furniture in the reception area was very tired and let the initial appearance of the hotel down.

The first hotel i slept comfortably! The bed was extremely comfy and room was very cozy!

I think the rooms and the hallway needs a little bit of renovation
