Clean, good location, comfortable room.

-WiFi is terrible, cannot connect to WiFi in the room, sometimes can get connection outside the room. - Swimming pool and gym were not open during our stay.

Appalling shameless treatment.

Very negative customer experience both at check in and afterwards when trying to reason with management. There were no spa or swimming facilities available due to long term closure. This was not made sufficiently clear at time of booking. The fact that they had to argue the small print just proves that it wasn't sufficiently clear and the fact that they wouldn't countenance refunding a stay that was not used once the disappointment became apparent on check in just proves they have no compunction about misselling to make a quick buck. My opinion is that they are deliberately concealing their substandard facilities in the hope people will make nonrefundable bookings before they realise. Otherwise why continue to display pictures of swimming pool etc on their webpages? They also mention covid as some kind of excuse long after lockdown has ceased and hotels have returned to normal. They have no concept of customer service or satisfaction and should not be rewarded by your booking.

Good hotel for trips to Ankara (even with kids)

Everything was excellent - breakfast, location, room size, extrabeds for kids. Thank you for perfect stay!

good sleep but no other facility currently available

the rooms were spacious, well equipped, nice toiletries and extra touches. good for business/ work travellers that need a comfortable sleep and wifi only

all the facilities are closed. no gym, no sauna, no pool. it was a trip for kids and they were v disappointed. the hotel did give us a complementary fruit tray but the fact that pictures of pool and gym are still on website and you must read the details to find out everything is closed was not clarified. if. I had known facilities are not available I would have booked somewhere else.
