schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Lage an der Croisette ist perfekt. In einer Minute an den besten Stränden. Zimmer, Parkservice, und freundliches Personal😃

Zimmer zur Straße liegen direkt zum Lieferanteneingang vom Carlton Hotel. Dadurch viel Lärm ab 5:00 Uhr. Auch noch Spätabends bis 23:00 Uhr Lieferungen! Pool nicht einladend.

Un vrai bonheur

Le personnel a été adorable avec nous et mes 3 enfants en bas âge. Les chambres sont propres bien équipées et on s y sent bien. La proximité de la plage et des commerces est un vrai bonheur. Le personnel du petit déjeuner au petit soin. C’est la deuxième fois qu’on y séjourne en famille et on y retournera. Merci encore .

La posizione è eccezionale, praticamente di fianco l’hotel Carlton, quindi in un bellissimo punto della Croisette. Il personale è di un ottimo livello, parlano anche un po’ d’italiano e hanno un servizio di car vallet per la macchina che ti parcheggiano direttamente loro in garage. Le stanze moderne e di gusto dove anche il divano letto è comodissimo mentre il matrimoniale è gigante. L’acqua Evian che normalmente al ristorante paghi 8 euro te la omaggiano ogni giorno. I prodotti che si trovano nel bagno, tra cui una splendida crema agli agrumi, sono della Clarins!!! Io mi sono sentita coccolata. Super

I will defiantly visit Cannes but not this Hotel.

The location of hotel was excellent, and the lobby of the hotel is very nice, but that is all.

The rooms are very small, and it has not enough lights. Also, the towels are very dirty (Tye towels has stains and very old). The breakfast has very limited choices and toward the end of my stay, there was no eggs! Also, there is no room service after 8:00 PM!!! I booked a suit room and I was given and excitability one which is designed for those special needs.

Nice location. Nice rooms. Poorly staffed. Didn’t feel secure.

Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room has a less pleasant feel with a short ceiling, dark and has an outdated feel. We had to wait for the coffee a long time. Short staffed. Waiters seemed overwhelmed. Some not that friendly. They had an attitude.

I didn’t like the breakfast room. Some staff members had a bad attitude. They complained they are short on staff. Last time I stayed (repeat stay) there was more service and better security. The security seemed non existent. We didn’t see any security in the entrance area at all during our stay. Check in with bags could have been better. The front desk staff were often behind the walls Instead of at the reception desk. I will not come back to this hotel due to lack of staffing. The hotel room was missing toilet paper. We asked for more. They forgot to bring it. Other toiletries were not refilled. Room had sand on the floor. Sloppy housekeeping.

Nice but not worth the cost - especially the beach charges

Beautifully styled, smells incredible, beds were super comfortable and the Clarins products and toiletteries were a great touch.

Overlooks apartments. Beach is a short walk, this hotel is not ‘on the beach’ as you would think from looking at the photos. The service was not great, the staff struggled with some English and ‘friendliness’ (car valet were really nice) there was no FAQ’s anywhere. The beach was closed on the first night, no one told us, when we did go to the beach, we were moved because we didn’t reserve beds (no one told us we had to do this at the hotel or on entrance to the beach) they then charged 40 per sunbed - no one told us they were chargeable and we didn’t even consider it given we were hotel guests (and only there 1.5 hours) We booked this because it was ‘on the beach’ - for the lack of available information and service and cost, it’s not worth it - the beach is what really disappointed us and felt very unfair.

The hotel’s location can't be faulted, and the staff are friendly and willing to assist with excellent, great facilities in the room service again was excellent; however

soundproofing between rooms is a huge issue, especially between bathrooms; you can hear entire bathroom conversations from the next room, which is an issue if the hotel has full occupancy in the summer. The doors are noisy, which is annoying, slamming every 2 minutes. The worst part was the rubbish collection at 7 am and the chatter of workers outside the hotel, and this happened every morning for about 40 minutes in loud voices. Double glazing or a word with them conversing very loudly needs to stop ✋.

Great location but average stay

The location is very good. It is a short walk from the beach and main shopping and restaurant areas. The gym is clean too.

The beach club was very disappointing. Firstly, entrance to this isn’t included in your accommodation despite the inference from the photos. The wifi was “broken” at the beach club, for two weeks apparently, and staff were not attentive. The pool area at the hotel is beyond average. It is in a corner of the building which was in the shade the entire stay. The photos of the pool must be at peak summer time. The breakfast service was average. One morning I arrived at 9.30am and breakfast closes at 10am but, at 9.30am, all the hot breakfast was empty and me and other guests were waiting for more and staff did not bother. The mini-bar fridge was warm my entire stay. I asked the staff and they attended to it, confirmed it was warm, and then did nothing about it! Walking around all day in 30 degree heat, you could not come back to your room for a cold water. You would think a basic in any hotel is a small fridge, not at Hotel Croisette! The gym opens at 8am which is too late for guests who wish to gym in the early morning before the day begins.
