Disappointing

restaurant was good; beautiful terrace easy parking easy access to where we wanted to go

wifi didn’t work grounds were not as advertised lock didn’t work on our room plumbing and light/fan in bathroom were very loud not priced correctly; overpriced for what was provided and the area

Staff excellent and most helpful when needed.

A little expensive but comprehensive. Location excellent

The room was not up to the price. Bathroom and toilet very good. The actual room was not one thing or another. Distressed bedside table just looked old and uncared for. Room lighting very poor.

If in the area we would stay there again.

the shade on the terrace as it was very hot while we were there. food presentation was excellent.

no lift but staff very helpful in carrying our luggage.

Realy calm and good, maybe because of covid, a small lack of presence from the staff

The location and calm, the pool with bar and chairs, the diner at the restaurant !

We would have appreciate more explanation of the courses and wine from the staff at dinner, and more choices for breakfast, Like a breakfast buffet and not only a continental breakfast even if it was good.

Exceptional

Breakfast was amazing and the location was beautiful and quaint. The staff was helpful and accommodating. My room was large and spacious. I would consider staying here again if traveling to this region.

There was no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Not a problem for me personally. But if you are old or handicapped this might be an issue.

no real interest in the place nor the Restaurant.

In fact, it was quite far from my expectations.

An old MAS, in no charming country side, nothing arround, about 10 mn from L'ile sur la Sorgue city center. Cold welcome from the staff, the MAS itself need real renovation (old carpet / durty in hall, old façion style and no any real touch) , poor atmosphere overall, even in the pool looks abandonned place for long, In the room, 1 big bed and 1 single bed taking all the space while we booked for only 2, very simple room with no any design. Old bathroom. no Hot water. Staff didn't apologize, just mentionned that it should be solved by the evening (quite late after cold shower!). The restaurant was supposed to be the main attraction and even their, no real big "ouaou", just simple local food without real interest. Looks that this place is in run off since long...
