A fost OK

Este aproape de mijloacele de transport în comun,o zonă liniștită și magazine în apropiere

Mixed emotions.

Staff - phoned me with instructions what to do at the arrival after reception hours. Breakfast- good food, enough to eat to be really full. Clean rooms. Location

No air conditioning in rooms, no little fridge with cold drinks, temperature in my room was around 30°C!!

Nice place, beautiful city

Great location and friendly staff. Clean rooms

They turned down €20 for 2 x breakfasts because they wanted to charge for my children to eat as well. We brought cereal with us for the children so they already ate. Odd logic

the windows on the 2nd floor were opening easily, without any blockage, when kids' bed was just next to it

lovely stay in a friendly hotel at a fair price

proximity to everywhere in the city, history of the house, friendly touches, eg books and games in the lounge

bathrooms could do with a makeover, walls are quite thin (you can hear neighbours talking even at normal voice)

The hotel meets expectations

The bed was comfortable, and the heating was appreciated. It is quiet, and despite being on a busy street, you can't hear the traffic. It is fine that they leave the key in the box outside if no one is at the reception. There was a problem with the hot water, and they immediately fixed it.

The room is a bit small, with the bed against the wall, so if two persons are lying down, it is a bit difficult for one person to get out of bed if the other is lying on the outside.

Poor

The charge me 80€ for smoking but i dont smoke?!?!!?!?!!??? And they used my card to take them??!!?!! ❗ Dont give them your card !!!!!

Wonderful Hearts

They were very communicative and helpful. There was a big earthquake in our country, Turkey, and we were there at that time, 2 days ago. Since our flight was at night, they opened their rooms for us, they did their best, and they have wonderful hearts. Thank you very much. Now we have reached our country safe, I donated their one-night hotel fee to the earthquake victims for them.

Exceptional

Rooms were excellent - bathroom as well fitted out. Rooms were very clean. Bedrooms, breakfast room and reception were well decorated and clean. Main entrance and stairway were being renovated and if done to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel, this will be excellent. Convenient for tram route 8 which is only about 8-10 minutes into Nuremberg Central Station. Brilliant restaurant serving traditional food on the street behind the hotel (Savannah) which had stunning service and fantastic food.

Very good for short stays

Price.

the bed was too small. uncomfortable pillow. We reserved the room with breakfast included and during the checking they wanted to charge us again the breakfast. The breakfast didn’t have much options to eat from. excellent coffee.

uncomfortable and unclean accommodation in a very small room

The location was not too bad. By walking, it close to metro and tram.

The price were too high for the poor quality of the hotel. It does not have any elevator. If you have huge luggage, do not prefer to stay there. Otherwise, you could suffer from physical pains durimg your entire trip.... The staff did not inform about the check-in process properly.. When we arrived in the hotel, we could not enter inside and find the room. we waited in a very cold weather. When we called the contact number, noone answered for a long time. The room was too small for 4 people. Only 2 people could stay that room but to make money, they give very small room to 4 people by adding extra bunk to the room...

the staff were pleasant. the room was basic but comfortable. overpriced for the location and size of the room.

the gentleman who greeted us was really nice and welcoming. We were happy with the facilities.

it was overpriced for the stay - the price we paid should have included breakfast. there were no restaurants around for us to eat at, so we ended up at the local shop to pick up something for tea on our last night. there was banging and loud hoovers early in the morning.

I would stay again as the location was good.

Comfortable beds and warm rooms. Bakery right next door too.

Thin walls so we had to bang on the walls both nights because people were partying.
