Sehr sehr freundliche Bedienung an der Rezeption und beim gesamten Personal - beim Frühstück!!

Frühstück super ! Zimmer gut und ruhig zum Hof. Lage bestens - Nähe Promenade ! -Bodensee !

Da 2 Häuser baulich miteinander verbunden wurden, findet man sich zurerst schlecht zurecht. Aber genügend Fahrstühle.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer sehr schön.

Nachts war die Zentrale Lage leider ein Nachteil. Wenn das Fenster offen war kamen öfters ein paar feiernde Gruppen vorbei.

Localisation très pratique à 200 m des remontées mécaniques

Le petit dej est annoncé jusqu’à 10h mais à partir de 9:30, on procède au rangement et debarassage bruyant de la salle

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt in der Fußgängerzone, trotzdem nur ca. 150 m vom öffentlichen Parkhaus (15,-€ pro Tag) und der wundervollen Uferpromenade am Bodensee entfernt. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wie leider in vielen Hotels ist das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig, allerdings sind die Tische im Frühstücksraum zu klein, um mit zwei Personen gemütlich frühstücken zu können.

A great place to recommend and to return to.

Really great place, well situated in the center, friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast with a lot of fresh fruits.

Our room got a lot of sun, which heated up the room a lot during the day. But hey, it's summer, and that was really the only downside.

Spacious room, friendly staff and central location. The spa was very nice (see criticism below).

If the spa opens at 5pm then one would expect the sauna to be pre-heated. As it wasn’t, we had to wait 3/4 hr before it was 65°C warm, and were only able to use it once before we had to leave for our dinner reservation.

the staff were extremely nice. They were so friendly and warm. We loved the hotel and the room was extremely clean and spacious. It was closer to bodensee. just 2-3 mins walk. The view from rooftop is soo pretty

The only thing I didnt like was the bedding. It was bit hard not too soft. But ptjerwise entire stay was so good

A lovely stay with colleagues

Myself & 2 colleagues all found the hotel to be excellent. Easy check-in & great facilities. The Breakfast was also very nice. As we were staying for business we were close to the station also which worked well.

Great Place, and will be our new get away location. Highly recommend.

The location in town and next to all the amenities were spot on. You could not ask for a better situation for the price of the room. The room was spacious and tasteful and modern without being over the top. The breakfast is worth every penny. The staff was fantastic.

I would have given this place 11 out of 10 except for the fact that the room key situation could have been better. They use a key fob with a night stick attached for all access. Hard to keep in one's pocket. A key card system would be better. That is the only down side.

brilliant place to stay

the hotel is in the center of the old town, the good thing is that is 3 minutes walking from the main walk path in front of the lake, so is away from the noise of the tourists. the hotel has his own parking that is cheaper than the public parking and has a lift that takes you directly to the floor where your room is

the rooms have little amount of lights so they are a bit dark of your have a cloudy day
