Pragtfuldt hotel.

Skøn beliggenhed, smukt hotel og skønne værelser. Stort udvalg i morgenbuffet’en Skønt badeværelse med rigtig god bruser.

Dejlig stor seng men alt for hård. Det manglede et udvalg af hovedpuder.

Hotel TOP, Kommunikation verbesserungswürdig.

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich schöne Lage direkt an der Flensburger Förde, man ist schnell und auch unkompliziert mit dem Bus (wenn man möchte) in Flensburg. Die Ausstattung in den Appartments ist zweckmäßig, dafür aber sehr Skandi-modern, neu, frisch und sehr sauber. Auch von den Appartments hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser und mit 68m² auch wirklich viel Platz.

In der Buchungsbeschreibung für die Appartments steht leider nicht, dass es keine Verbindung zwischen Haupthaus und den Appartments gab, dies ist im Winter (und am letzten Wochenende war deutlicher Winter) leider sehr unangenehm, sowohl für deinen Restaurantbesuch, ob zum Frühstück oder Abends, als auch für die Sauna. Hätte ich dies gewusst, hätte ich nicht gebucht... Auf meine Anmerkung hin hat das sehr freundliche Hotelpersonal dann aber zugesichert, dies noch einmal bei der Direktion zu platzieren,- wenn auch mit ungewissem Ausgang. Auch die 15€ für einen Saunabesuch als "Nicht-Hotelgast" (!?) wurden uns freundlicherweise erlassen, denn auch davon stand nichts in den Buchungsdetails.

Lækker getaway sted!

Vi fik en lejlighed denne gang. Flot og rummelig, indrettet i skandinavisk stil, 2 toiletter- masser af plads. Smuk og moderne badeværelse.

Der var ikke en finger at sætte på. Alt var fantastisk!

Excellent- especially for people traveling with dogs

Beautiful building. Fantastic room. Exceptional service for us traveling with our two dogs. There were 2 dog beds in the room along with water and food bowls and treats! Superb service from lovely staff! Highly recommended!

Exceptional

The perfect place to relax and reload both physically and mentally. The hotel balances perfectly between nostalgia and modern comfort. Very luxurious breakfast buffet. Loved every second of our stay!

One tiny detail: a couple of xtra pillows for the bed would be nice :-)

Fantastic locationm, the restaurant was great and a really good service. The room was exceptional. Was evry surprised. Close to the beach and nice walk to Glücksburg Castle.

A baltic sea treasure

Situated diectly over the beach, this is a perfect seahotel. Old style but with modern interior and design. Beautiful rooms and excellent restaurant.

Superb

Very nice personel at the reception. Nice view from the room, which was very large and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

I had a late aftenoon meeting and the restaurant was not helpfull with something to eat.

Hotel was nice but customer service could be improved

We overall enjoyed our stay, mostly because of the nice suite. We had booked a suite with sea view and it was perfect for our needs, spacious and nicely decorated with a large sundeck and a great view of the sea. Cleaning was very good. We loved that we could bring our dog for a reasonable fee and that the hotel provided food and waterbowls and a dogbed. We appreciated that we could order dinner from room service and enjoy on our balcony.

Staff at the reception on our arrival was very impolite. Before we travelled to Germany, we checked the restrictions with the german authorities to make sure that we could travel and safely follow the guidelines regarding COVID. Upon arrival at the hotel, they had different policy than the authorities and we were told to go and get testet again before check-in. This would have been no problem if the hotel had informed us of this prior to our arrival, but we had received absolutely no information from them despite booking well in advance. Why not inform your guests directly and in advance? Instead of being nice and helpful the receptionist was quite rude and made us feel very unwelcome even when we returned with fresh negative tests to complete check-in. At no point during our 2-day stay did anyone from hotelstaff great us, except from a staffmember at breakfast, or ask us if we needed anything. It was like they just didn’t care about their customers. Very strange for a hotel at this price with such a lacking customer service. We will prefer to stay somewhere else next time.

Traditional, very nice Hotel in Glücksburg

We visited this place during a trip across Germany. We liked the style in the Hotel. Everything is nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a real surprise, rich and tasty. One of the best we had in a German Hotel.

The WLAN is unstable and also not very safe.

Superb

The breakfast was excellent, with a large open dining area, separate from the restaurant. The choice was abundant and the upholstery very nice. The rooms and property overall were very well maintained. We went for a birthday celebration and were given a small token upon arriving.

Our room did not include a bath, nor was this available. Upon arrival the reception was poorly indicated and it took us a while actually find it.

Exceptional

Everything. Wonderful location, beautiful building, superb comfortable room, excellent fresh healthy breakfast range, friendly efficient staff. The hotel has really excelled with their dog guest policy giving clear advice on where the dog can/cannot go + maps of good dog walks in the area. Our dog was very excited to find his bowl and a little package of treats waiting for him in the room. Dogs not allowed on beach outside hotel but that is to be expected & a short walk takes you to beaches where they can. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.
