Hotel is mooi, personeel is vriendelijk.
Liftdeuren ontzettend smerig. Wellness: zwembad was echt koud!!

Everything , the staff, the room , location.
The property allows pets.
We had blankets and bowls for our dogs.
Too many stairs to climb. I have a disabled dog and was a little bit difficult.

Heerlijk hotel. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel kunst en goede voorzieningen. Geweldig ontbijt
Helemaal niets

Large, sprawling hotel with multiple conference rooms so with varied clientele. The room was exceptional - huge, comfy bed, excellent shower, Juliet balcony, tea / coffee and mini bar. 3-4 restaurant / bar areas and a wonderful garden. Parakeets and red squirrels abound! Easy links into Mainz.
Located on the outskirts of town with very few (if any) bars / restaurants, but on a regular (and cheap) bus route.

Very nice hotel. The restaurant in the garden is a definite plus especially when the temperatures were soaring.

Friendly staff
First of all we had a room remote from the hotel... patio door didn't shut properly and room was very stuffy with grubby carpets. The staff changed the room for one in the main hotel... also very stuffy (no view) with old and grubby carpets. A/C didn't work properly and room got very hot so couldn't sleep. Went for dinner which was set outside. We were placed ata table close to the edge of the garden amongst plants... got covered in caterpillars. No parasol - so when the rain started we had to move ourselves and ended up on a crowded table with people we felt uncomfortable with. Ordered a schnitzel for 14 euros... got charged 34 euros because I unwittingly agree to let them put asparagus on the plate even though I told them I didn't like it. Complained on leaving and they did credit our breakfast costs against the room charges. But not a happy experience.

Everything was good breakfast was good especially the fresh made omelettes, the apartment location was great with fields, birds singing in the morning and deer running around in the evening, the bed was comfortable. The room was great with a fridge, welcome water and nespresso machine. The sauna was good.
The breakfast ends at 10.00hrs which is an issue when you are staying for vacation and want to have a late breakfast. The swimming pool was cold, i thought the water was heated. The sauna is open only from the afternoon again not great for vacation.

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall environment. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure that everything was spotless and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, but everything else was alright with me.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the pullout bed for my daughter was comfortable. The Adagio Restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel breakfast (well worth the cost). The staff was friendly and helpful.
I think 30 euros for a pullout bed for a child is a bit high (though it was nice that they gave her a robe for the pool).
The pool was pretty cold, though that may be just because of the energy crisis in Germany this year.
