The relaxed atmosphere. Also quiteness!! Good food in the restaurant in the evening.
No/limited lunch available. The EV charging has a standard price of €25,- per charge Independent the % of your battery. That is strange and not supporting to use this facility and not in line with modern expectations.

Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Amazing nature around hotel.
Room was in bad shape and definitely was not the same room as on booking. Also, the property does not have any personnel in late hours so you can not ask for anything which is not acceptable for 4star Hotel. The pool should be better maintained

This is a lovely place to relax with wonderful views. Saw wild foxes, stag beetle and the ISS flying by at night. Close to a number of restaurants and the one on the property is good as well.
Getting bags to the high room was a workout. Aircons struggle a bit when really hot.

We absolutely loved the location, the service, the views and the hosts! Every single staff was kind and absolutely wonderful people ❤️ will be back for sure!
We wanted to book a wine tasting and we were asked to book it when we arrive on the phone but upon arrival we realised this needed to be booked in advance :(

Nice location
given an adjoining room, could here all conversation next door, room was damp and mouldy, wet towel in room

The Le Noci property is fabulous. Infinity pool is NOT to be missed.
Dirt roads can be a little challenging. Service at the Restaurant at Ultimo is excellent. Perhaps I wax there on an off night…but the food was not equal the to rest of the experience.

Beautiful setting and lovely view with a great pool overlooking everything
We stayed at the new building which is a short drive away but if you have dinner and some wine, you're either forced to walk 20min in the pitch dark or not drink.
The room was too hot without AC
And now the impossible but the food wasn't great. My main (stew) was dry and salty and salty, the pasta a little too al dente and my bofriends Tagliata was not eatable and the Tiramisu was just weird.
The mains were taken off the bill as the staff was really lovely.
At the new build, you can't order wine by the bottle and also have only 1 glass per red, white or bubbles ro chose from, which is weird, if you say you're a Chianti retreat
The breakfast was also very underwhelming
For that money and for being in Italy (all of our other destinations on our trip we ate heavenly) that was not ok and would make me not come back despite the incredible location

it doesn’t mention anywhere that the hotel is deep in the first with no view whatsoever.
it doesn’t mention anywhere that the hotel is deep in the first with no view whatsoever. we chose not to stay and the staff didn’t even refund one of the two nights. they charged us for both night even though we didn’t stay for a minute.

great country atmosphere, beautiful design and super friendly staff!
no coffee machine/kettle in the rooms although there’s nothing to buy by walk
would think the bed will be more comfortable

very cute albergo! the staff was nice and the food was good
our room was very humid since it was in the back so no sun light at all. sometimes the cleaning crew didn’t finish the cleaning. we had a scorpion in our room the last night, so we didn’t sleep there.

Great location, in the middle of the nature, staff
very attentive and kind, beautiful construction,
comfortable bed and linen, and everything super clean.
Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room and we could hear
some noises from the breakfast area in the
mornings. Sauna area could be better structured

Pleasant, attrctive property.
Parking, loading and unloading. Space near the entrance was usually occupied by vendors so there was no space to unload.
NO TURNAROUND SPACE__REQUIRING ONE TO BACK OUT TO PARKING AREAS OVER CURVED POORLY LIGHTED DRIVE. * DAMAGED MY CAR DOING THIS--LOW WALL BESIDE DRIVEWAY INVISIBLE . PROVIDE A TURNAROUND AREA FROM RECEPTION TO PARKING!!!!

Lovely views and the staff are helpful. Good selection at breakfast- bacon, eggs, pastries, fruit yoghurt and cereal.
Taxis are so expensive here as they come from Siena. I'd recommend hiring a car as you're basically stuck if not. The main courses in the restaurant were very tasty, but I wasn't impressed with the pasta. Would be lovely to have kettle and tea making facilities in the room.

address given was incorrect and also incorrect in Booking.com

beautiful stay! amazing hospitality! we would definitely recommend seating here for a relaxing time and country experience.
the hot tub want working but they got us a hour stay at a nearby spa to make up for it!

The rustic setting and history.
It would be great if more variety could be added to the dinner menu. The food was excellent.

Our favorite was the dinner - the food was exceptional! The sauna, hot tub and swimming pool were a real treat and we all of them! The staff is so personable and helpful - they really made our stay a memory!
I think the only thing I would ask for if I came back was a different room because our room had a door that, if unlocked, would open to the next room. Great for families needing two rooms but as a couple, I could easily hear the couple in the next room talking when they were close to that door in their room.

The staff was friendly and helpful
beds were comfortable
outside pool is nice
food was not very diversified
rooms are very small, no closet in the room, bathrooms are not recently renovated
the superior rooms with garden view , have no view, outside there is nothing cleaned, simple not arranged land
there is no view over land and vineyards, as this is a mulino

The food is amazing, the staff is super friendly. On the last day, we needed to leave before 7:15 am, we didn't expect to have breakfast since their breakfast time is 8:30 to start. But the lady who works there, I forgot her name, she told me, she would get the breakfast set up at 7;00 for us. She even called me at 7:00 to let me know the break was ready! the level of the service is unexpected..... You have to try their T-bone steak, and truffle spaghetti, super yummy!
The swimming pool water is cold.

lovely location, nice pool and property. feels like a getaway and is close enough to walk to Le Meccine winery.
wifi is exceptionally slow and not available in the room, but that’s all.

Ultimo Mulino is a four star hotel in the vicinity of Gaiole in Chianti. With such ranking, the expectations were high and I must say, I was still pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a former mill which was painstakingly rebuilt and then enlarged. While rebuilding, the architects were true to original building style, so you have a feeling that you're living in the original house.
The room was nice, everything was clean, the bed was great, pillows were fine, there was an extra blanket for my wife. The room had a direct entrance also from the terrace, which then led to the swimming pool. I really liked that everything was connected from all the sides.
The staff was fantastic, we immediately connected with the receptionist, who was very nice, funny and spoke great English. He advised us on local wines and gave us all sorts of useful information for further exploration of Tuscan region.
Since the hotel is far from any village (you have to drive either to Radda or Gaiole), we had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant and the food from the local menu was really good.
All in all - a great stay in this beautiful hotel with great staff.

Staff was really friendly, the hotel is a very cool rustic property, very quiet and peaceful. Renovated bathrooms & comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Parking was excellent.
Our room was a wifi dead zone. The rooms are very dated and could use upgrading. The fridge in our room didn’t work and the lights flickered often. There is no thermostat in the rooms so it can get cold especially overnight.

The surroundings, the pool, the rooms
Everything was great!
