Ein sehr schöner Palazzo. Hotel ist im 1. und 2. OG. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das reichhaltige Frühstück gibt es in einem sehr schönen Saal. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Lage direkt an der Via Toledo, daher nahe amSpanischen Viertel, Metro Altstadt und Hafen - sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr üppiges Frühstück in einem tollen Frühstückssaal. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gesäubert und ein großes Plus ist auch die Klimaanlage. Die Lage direkt an der Via Toledo (zur nächsten Metro-Station nur 50m) ist vor allem abends praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

comodissimo per gli spostamenti e la visita alla cità. Personale accogliente, colazione abbondante. Ottima ristrutturazione del palazzo
aggiungerei qualche accessorio al bagno (mensole per appoggiare il beauty, antiscivolo per la doccia)

In realtà sono stato dirottato tramite una telefonata alcuni giorni prima del soggiorno, ad un Hotel sempre della stessa catena (Hotel Napolit'amo Medina) ma a 200mt. per un problema. L'Hotel Napolit'amo Medina è un ottimo Hotel gestito molto bene dal personale della reception. Molto cordiali, disponibili, discreti e gentili si sono resi disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e questo l'ho apprezzato molto. Bravi! L'hotel si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo a 200 mt. della centralissima via Toledo. Stanza comoda con aria condizionata cassaforte frigobar bollitore e con una bella vista sul Castello Maschio Angioino. La colazione è stata varia e buona sia dolce che salato. La zona antistante dell'Hotel è molto tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte.

Clean and comfortable stay.
No extra bedding or pillows in the room. Mattress was very hard but being picky.
Not an obvious find with signage. The hotel is behind big doors which has access to other facilities.

Location is excellent, breakfast a bit limited but good
Signage on the streets a bit limited. We did not find this easily as it’s not marked well on the streets sign.
Overall is great place to stay for few nights.

Impossible to find it with maps. It send us to some unsafe streets. Had to ask locals for directions, there is no hotel sign.

Breakfast goes cold if you're not there within the first hour and is not replinished. A bit noisy due to being a busy main street location

location was perfect, right above naples’ central shopping area and about a meter from the subway station. central station is only 3 stops away and if you like to walk the port and sea area is 20 minutes away. the room was perfect for two people, it was the small but at the same time it was right. breakfast was amazing (the best one i’ve ever had at a hotel so far!) and really varied from sour to sweet.

The hotel was set in a grand old house. The location was great. The staff were friendly. The dining room was very grand. The air con was good.
The room and the bedding were a little tired and old fashioned. The lounge area was tiny so you couldn't sit and read. There was no bar or safe in the room.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is close to the Spanish Quarter, right next to the Toledo metro stop. And a short walk to the Lungomare. It is charming, the staff is professional and very helpful but most of all, the breakfast is wonderful. It is plenfiful and oh so good. The best little sfogliatelli (and I tried many). My only regret is that I forgot to leave a tip to the cleaning staff. I feel really bad about that.

Located in a closed yard off the pedestrian part of Via Toledo in walking distance from centro storico and the seaside. The hotel is on the first and second floor of an old palazzo with spacious, high panelled rooms and a grand breakfast room. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of cakes, bread, bread, jam, cheese, and fruit.

Due to our flight being delayed, we had to book the hotel last minute, in the middle of the night. No hassle at all with the booking.
It’s our fault not asking the name of the man on the front desk/reception when we arrived otherwise I would have mentioned it in this review - he was so accommodating and made the stressful situation we found ourselves in bearable. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond all with a smile on his face. We were tired and hungry and he even gave us cake, tea - the works!
Location was great, at the city centre and near the shops. The room was clean and tidy - amazing high ceilings.

Location was excellent, close to the port, restaurants, museum.. Breakfast was good, lovely cakes and coffee. The cleanliness was outstanding with housekeeping on a daily basis. The presentation of communal areas was also spotlessly clean.
It was very difficult to find with no signage at all. The room was lovely but only one pillow, no mini fridge (fine in April but maybe not in August). I know it’s a Brit /American thing but a kettle would be good in the room (or a fridge - hot/cold drinks). Didn’t feel like a hotel, more like ‘a room with breakfast’.
