The hotel is nice and clean unfortunately they try to hard on few things I think the breakfast is not very good as far variety and also they need to be more specific on parking options
Parking is limited and the room could have a simpler layout
this is a hotel for couple looking for kinky sex and that is ok as long as it is properly advertised as such
The hotel is nice and the location very good my advise renovate the rooms to be less tacky and you have a fantastic stay
As it is I might not want to go back

spa bath made of wood pullled out from underneath a well used mattress, so bad it was comical , paint splatter on the wall looked like an axe murder had taken place.
no service on the television.
mirror in front of the spa made me think of cheap pornographie films , as did the wear marks in the spa, truly awful

Breakfast was a little bit limited in offer, but still good.

Location - we booked this for one night so we could walk to the Opera. Check-in was late in the day - 4pm - and our room was not ready until 4.30. Room was just weird - elevated bed - 4 steep steps to get up to a raised platform bed. Spa underneath that could be pulled out from under the bed to have an in-room spa - I was expecting the spa to be in the bathroom ... Balcony was very pleasant and the best thing about the room. The decor was just a little odd for us - like someone's craft project..... and going to the bathroom at night required climbing ....not something really safe for a pair of 65 year olds in a strange room in the dark. Breakfast was good - but don't know why we had to choose sweet or salty breakfast ...... Puccini opera was fantastic, the location was wonderful, and parking was very convenient. A very eccentric place ......part of the joy of travel to encounter such places...

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, big bathroom.
Breakfast is a bit disappointing.

L'atmosfera e la location sul lago

Fantastic location, close to the opera and beautiful scenery. Interesting selection of breakfast items. Most staff friendly and attempted to speak English. Very accommodating with dinner table when no reservation made. Lovely balcony which was possibly bigger than the room.
Small room with too much clutter - no where to put anything, particularly as staying a few nights. Sleep disturbed with flashing lights from tv, smoke detector, aircon unit, entrance light etc etc.
Random noises from tv as if short circuiting & noisy aircon unit. Bed not easily accessible - steps up to high rise bed with wide wooden surround. Nowhere to sit and relax. Poor transport links, no airport / train pick up, no bus tickets sold, no help with directions or information.

the location was excellent to walk to the teatro. the staff was extremely helpful upon arrival, departure and for breakfast. simple boutique, somewhat Bohemian, hotel in a beautiful setting along the sea and the mountains in the distance.

The terrace and the staff
The decor. The jacuzzi and the floor of the room were filthy.

The hotel is located on a beautiful lake (Lado di Puccini). I was able to see the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Wonderful breakfast included.
When booking it said the restaurant was open but when we arrived it was not and had to back another mile to find dinner.

I liked the surroundings and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was ok
It’s a tacky interior and old.

The location is very pleasant. Situated overlooking the lake (although our room looked out towards the rear of the hotel). The service from the waiting staff very helpful and friendly, and it is generally a fun hotel for friends to enjoy. Also, at the outset, there was an issue with room choice, but the owner was able to sort that for us.
I am sorry to perhaps be "too fussy", as was suggested, but it is really a little more serious than fussy.
The real disappointment here was cleanliness. Especially during the current crisis when absolute highest standards are expected. The hotel is a little tired, but still, the cleanliness could be very much improved. The bathroom was not fully clean, the areas around the toilet and particularly the flush had a build-up of grime over a long period. Rooms here have personal spas. which add to the fun of using a hotel like this. however, attention to 100% cleaning was not evident. The top of the spa had obvious built up of body waste and, after slightly overfilling the spa, once the jets forced the water upward, the unwanted elements appeared. Referring all of this to staff, only ensued in an argument and, why I had not pointed this out at the outset (as we were there for only one night, it was difficult.
